Pros: Conveniently located near Tha Phae Gate, the mountain view room has a bathtub, a balcony, a nice view, and a decent size.
Cons: No elevator, it's right by the road so it's very noisy at night with a lot of motorbikes.

Excellent location, great environment and hygiene, and super friendly service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful with check-in. Overall a fantastic experience!

Clean, the room is beautiful and charming with style. Located in the heart of Chiang Mai. The staff provides excellent service, especially the one on the morning shift.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is modern and in great condition. The mattress is very comfortable (no rock hard Thai bed!). Excellent location. The staff is very friendly and helped me with my questions. Plus there was netflix on tv! Yes there is no lift but it was easy to take the stairs, I don't mind.
