The accommodation was great! Very clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was lovely, and the location was excellent. What impressed me the most was definitely the staff.

This place is amazing. The location is very nice, as it is a small walk from the trainstation and to the city center. The hotel staff is very friendly, they take there time to know if everything is allright. At the public area/restaurant you can get free fruit all day, free water, coffee and tea and even Coca Cola cans. The rooms are very luxery and the bed was amazing. The hotel is nearby the river, so there are a few mosquito’s. But the hotel has taken many measures to repel them. I could say this is the best hotel in the area, you get a wonderful experience for the price you pay.

The location is fantastic, just a few hundred meters across the bridge from the Anusarn Market. The hotel itself is by the river, very quiet, and both the rooms and the common areas are extremely comfortable. It's super convenient for those who like to do laundry (like us folks from Guangdong!) since there's a small balcony to hang clothes. The breakfast is rich and exquisite; for a hotel at this price point, the quality is a real bonus! The staff are young women, very polite and energetic! For the same river view, hotels across the river cost over ten thousand, while this one is just a fraction of that price! It's amazing! It's a shame I only booked two nights for this trip. Next time I come back, I'll definitely stay here for the entire duration!

Great location at reasonable price. The hotel is very close to Night Market while still able to maintain peace and quiet. River side pool deck is a great place to spend time.

Had a great stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the Old Town. The breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of choices. The view from the garden by the pool, overlooking the river, is splendid.

This riverside accommodation on the Ping River has a great atmosphere. They offer a small breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee all day. The rooms are compact but come with complete facilities.

We love the breakfast because this hotel offer various kinds of food, from bread, rice, main dish to dessert like fruits, yogurt, etc. very fresh and nutritious.

Big disappointment – do not recommend!
We stayed at the hotel and the experience was very disappointing. Even though we booked 3 rooms in advance for a family with children, more than six months before arrival, they scattered us in different areas of the hotel instead of putting us close to each other. The rooms themselves smelled of mold, and there is no elevator, which made it very difficult to bring up the luggage.

The most serious problem was with the luggage – the hotel porters broke two of my suitcases, one of which was new and the other borrowed, and I did not receive any compensation or satisfactory response from them. As a result, I had to buy two new suitcases at a very expensive price since I was only at the beginning of my trip to Thailand. The staff at the reception hardly spoke English, which made any attempt to solve the problem impossible.

In conclusion, a very disappointing experience, poor service and uncomfortable conditions. Do not recommend!
