It’s convenient to go night market and ancient city, feel good and stay comfortable

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Location is good, down a small, quiet street, just five minutes' walk from Thapae Gate. Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was available 7-10 and had a good choice of Thai and western options, including custom egg orders.

Twin Hotel is tucked away in an alley, making it very quiet and peaceful for sleeping. If you turn right from the hotel, you're close to Tha Phae Gate, and a left turn leads to Chinatown. The front desk and kitchen staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; they assisted with my luggage and always greeted guests with a smile. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the fried eggs. As a first-time visitor to Chiang Mai, I had a wonderful experience staying here.

The locatiion was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and the room was big enough for two adults. Only one downside was there was bad sewer smell from the bathroom and it was worse at night.

The front desk service was excellent, always greeted us with a smile. On our first day, we arrived early, stored our luggage, and went out to explore. When we returned in the evening, our bags had already been delivered to our room, which was a nice touch. The location is great, not far from Tha Phae Gate, making it convenient to get to attractions and restaurants. It's also off the main road, so it's very quiet at night. Overall, I was very happy with this as our first hotel in Chiang Mai. Highly recommend.

Hotel staff especially front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice.
Only housekeeper does not replace enough tissue and need to ask for extra tissue few times. Also, no replacement of tea bag and coffee packet for last night of our stay.

The hotel is right next to Thapae Gate, just a few minutes' walk away. Breakfast is included and quite good, the place is clean, and the rooms are spacious. Definitely recommended, I'll be back next time.

The location is super convenient! It's a short walk to Tha Phae Gate, and there are tons of artisan shops, cafes, and massage places nearby. It's tucked away in a small alley off the main road, so it's really quiet. Good for breakfast.

This little gem is in a very strategic spot, turn left to Tha pae road & right to Chang Moi road. Use the alley to short cut to Warorot Market! So convenient! Need to walk out to main roads to access restaurants which are plentiful. No probs with Grab/Bolt for transportation.

Rooms are large and beds are super comfortable. Separate shower room and toilet room so no mess.

Breakfast was simple but very tasty and of good quality. There are 3 carbs, 3 local dishes, 3 western (sausage, ham, beans), bread, salad, 3 types of fresh fruits, cereal, soup, juices, coffee, tea & Milo!!! The 4 days I was there, there were variety in the carbs & local dishes! Good job! Oh forgot, they have an egg station too! Choose fm 3 types of style but when I asked for hard boiled eggs, the staff also obliged! Very nice of them!

I want to make a special mention of Namwhan, one if tge lovely staff there. She is amazing, she is everywhere and does everything!!! From check-in, serving b/f, housekeeping and being genuinely helpful in every way! Speaks good English and helped me make reservations to nail salon & restaurants! Thank you very much Namwhan! Also must thank Mo for being nice and cheerful!

Highly recommended hotel although first impression was slightly underwhelming.

😀Loved the location, few mins to the nearest 7-11. Walking distance to Warorot Market and The Phae Gate. Swimming pool was small but enough for my daughter to have fun and play. Breakfast selection was enough for us, cold and hot selection.

☹️The temperature of the water heater was only 29-30 at max...had to off the aircond before having a shower
