The hotel location is good, it is in old town area and near tourist attractions. The room cleanliness was acceptable. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. One thing to be improved was WiFi, it was able to connect but it was not stable and slow.

Firstly, make sure you use google maps when finding this place as apple maps will take you to a random street 10 minute walk away from the hostel!
When we arrived we were told to take our shoes off (very normal for thailand) but we were told we HAD to keep them downstairs and couldn’t carry them up to our room (wasn’t a fan of this).
Then once we got to our room we immediately killed at least 15 mosquitos. (please note there are no windows in these rooms so we have no idea how they all got in there). Not nice going to sleep and getting bitten all over.
The rooms were clean enough for us, but could’ve been better, especially in the bathroom. Location was pretty good and safe were kind.
Would say you get what you pay for but i’ve stayed in nicer places for the same price. Personally wouldn’t stay again.

It was a good place to stay, the personal when we asked for luggage store bc we arrive early look us with a no friendly face but they alow us to left the luggage.

This room is surprisingly good. View of the mountains and birds singing early morning. Bed is reasonably comfortable. The lady from the front desk even helped to carry my bag to the 4th floor. She is an angel. Only drawback is the bathroom floor is totally wet after shower because of its design.

Really a cross between a hotel and hostel. They don’t clean the rooms daily. There is no elevator so avoid heavy luggage. White or grey walls and that’s about it. Very ordinary.
Location is very good, located on a street near city centre and many hostels on the same street.
Price is good, but this is for the very budget traveler.

Quite dosappo to be honest. The so called hotel is half way done in the end if an alley. Room is big but almost no amenities. Cold service and the martress is cheap and not comfortable. Luckily I only booked one night. Do not recommend

Near the old city. Just like a hostel but with private room and private shower. Very basic amenities. Room is quite dark and musky.

We loved our 4 night stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai! It’s the perfect location just on the northern edge of the old city so it’s very easy to get to all the main spots in Chiang Mai.
The room was spacious, clean and modern and we liked that it had a fridge and hair dryer included.
The staff were really nice and friendly and let us store our luggage in the reception in the morning before we were able to check in and in the morning after we checked out.
100% recommend and we definitely would stay here again when visiting Chiang Mai!

Terrible dirty rooms, dirty towels, cockroaches everywhere, uneducated staff. I am very disappointed, do not recommend. It was the worst hotel I didn't even want to stay in.

Did not stay here but called in for a breakfast. Omelette with rice and a coffee, food good, quick service and less than 100Bhat. Can't knock that.

Rooms have A/C, are clean and have curtains. Be careful when booking, they have both fan only and A/C rooms. Shared showers and sinks so unlikely you'll have to wait (you can get to another floor of needed). So 5 stars.
Service is a 4 stars mostly because the owners aren't really good at English so it was hard to communicate. But they were nice and helpful.
Considering the price and the fact that there's a restaurant there so you can have a tea or breakfast it's a 5 start overall.

Not a bad location from the main square but a bit further from the decent bars etc. we had a private room and our friends had a dorm, both were really cheap and fairly basic, our private had clearly previously been a dorm room as there were still posters about not changing beds and random plug sockets scattered around where the bunks would have been and the bed was pretty average. The rest of the hostel wasn’t bad though
