Booked it hoping I could finally attend the full moon party, had to cancel due to being sick and the owners have no sympathy and wouldnt return any of my money, glad I never went here because it only has bad reviews. Save your time and energy and pick a different place, its far from the resort it calls itself and the owners dont care about you, only your money

Very good service especially at their tours office chutikan(mai) helped us find our lost bag and also send it to us to phuket after we had to leave the next day early in the morning ! Very helpful and kind ! Would definitely recommend them!

The whole place is a joke… you have to pay 1000baht for a deposit for the room key and when you are checking out employee goes to your room and comes back with a used towel that has a little dirt or sand etc on it and with that they keep the deposit… They did it to us and we saw they doing it to 3 other guest.

Better than expected! Room looked relatively new and clean. Bed not the comfiest but for the price it’s acceptable. Our only complaint is that the walls are paper thin, and the safe didn’t work so we had to call someone to fix it.

The tap water was yellow and smelled of chlorine, and the curtains didn’t work — they got stuck at the top so you couldn’t close them properly. On top of that, you can hear heavy bass through the walls all night, even when there’s no party.
But the real problem is the checkout scam. The guy who inspects the room tried to accuse us of putting a hole in a towel that was already damaged. He also pointed out marks on the bedsheets. It felt like he was just making things up to get money out of us.
Photograph everything when you arrive or you’ll get blamed when you leave.

The bungalow on the beach was practically uninhabitable from 5 pm to 7 am during the Full Moon Party. The entire building vibrated so intensely it felt like the speakers were right inside the room.
The furnishings are very basic.
I personally cannot recommend this accommodation.
