Water drainage in the shower works bad, which requires some time to have again the dry floor in the shower.
We had a giant cockroach in the room, which is a strong no-go for us. Unfortunately we won’t come back because of this.
However, The location is perfect as there are a great deal of different restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops including local malls.
The reception is welcoming, great and quick.
However, it is worth noting that when you travel with baggages it has no elevator but only stairs.
The room is small but has almost all you would need (freezer, hair dryer and towels etc).

The staff were not friendly. Basic manners is missing specially the reception. Not even a hello, goodbye or thank you . Thai hospitality is the best but not in this hotel. Price is not cheap for this kind of hotel and not worth the money.

A total scam . The hotel plus make my trip . The counter opens at 10 am we were waiting there for 2 hours straight for our check in which we have booked in advance, we booked for two beds but when we reached the hotel for check in the receptionist said there’s only one bed available but we have already booked paid for two beds. So we had to cancel it and the receptionist said she can’t do anything either you have to cancel it or talk to an agent. Till now im waiting for my refund , a scam . Kindly revert back and refund the amount .

Very convenience for shopping, massage, foods etc.. there is amazon coffee inside next to lobby. Easy walk to night market etc..

Awesome location , 30 seconds walk to Krabi walking street and Vogue mall. The staff is nice and friendly. Bathroom is super hot and not very clean and smell. There no ventilation in the bathroom so it's super hot to use during the day. I went to use the bathroom at the mall instead. There seem to be only one housekeeper for the whole place. There are no hooks to hang your towels or anything in the room or in the bathroom making taking a shower difficult. I would have given it 5 stars if it was more clean since the location is central and convenient. Song tuew to Ao nang just at the front making travel easy.

Hotel is pretty nice but the bathroom smelled horrible and got worse and worse as the night went on. The night market had incredibly loud (and weirdly good) music pretty much all night. It didn't bother me because I had headphones. There are some really great cafes nearby and Amazon cafe is attached.

The room relatively small for "supreme", nothing really extra, very noisy from the street, bed extremely hard...
