Ronax Hotel in Kumburgaz

The Hotel was very Bad.I was with my Family and the Pictures showed something very different from how it actually was.I was shoked when i saw the Hotel.But thats not the worst part,the rooms didnt have fridges for left over food or water or Juice,the airconditioner didnt work,the toilet wobbled,the shower head was not good and they Breakfest was always the Same no other food always the same.The only good Part about the Hotel was that we had lounge Chairs on the beach.The people who worked in the Hotel weren't nice,and they didn't let you take anything in from a Supermarket.The buses from the Travel Agency weren't good the Bus company was Not nice either.The Travel Agencys Name is Lovelytravel from Serbia if you want to have nice Holidays dont go. here

If you come to this hotel, be sure to bring these things with you!!! Because it doesn't have any and don't be fooled by the pictures. Soap and shampoo, trash can, electric kettle, blanket, refrigerator, hanger to hang clothes, lamp to provide enough light in the room, safe to keep money, passport and valuables, swimming pool. The behavior of the staff is not friendly and polite at all. The beach of the hotel is not clean, the chairs and canopies are used and old, they only put good photos on the internet and the reality of the hotel does not match a 3-star hotel. We stayed in room 102. The breakfast was not good at all, the best food for breakfast was boiled potatoes and chopped parsley

The hotel rooms are better looking from the outside is disappointing, and the smell of stale smoke that in there, squalid rooms

So Super, not a trace ! I have never Lived in such a bad Hotel ! I wonder what the 3 stars are ! Bathroom with mold full, cockroaches in the night ! Climate location dirty, If desired, have proof photos !!!

The only one consolation : the staff was pretty nice, and Helpful, for this little review ! Recommendation in any case, not bad really ! The outside is quite attractive, but inside the total disaster, wonder how the pictures of station were made in the General !

Only Ster consolation: staff was quite nice and helpful, this little criticism! Recommendation in no case worse off not real! Outside quite respectable, but inside the total disaster, wonder how the pictures were taken in the presidential station!

No heat and no Wifi in the room where we were. They charged Us $500 to, for a room ,that was where they were doing construction on a roof, instead of giving us a discount,No elevator. We didn't even spend the night there,and had signed up for 2 nights,and they still made $600 Turkish lira

Personal dont know english or russian language, and dont know how to talk, only turkish 😉 or translate google😂
