Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: There's a lot to do within 700 meters of the hotel, which is very convenient.
Service: Decent, the staff were polite.
Unbelievably, the hotel’s heating system was not working, and every time I complained about the freezing cold, they irresponsibly told me it was “turned off for now.” Their only solution was to send me an extra blanket. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I actually caught a cold during my stay, and their lack of responsibility was shocking. In the end, I had to change my hotel.
Other than that, I did not face any major problems. The hotel itself was fine, but the housekeeping service clearly needs better organization and consistency. For a Hilton, I expected a smoother experience
