I especially want to highlight Selva at the front desk. Her kindness, efficiency, and constant smile made every situation easy to resolve. She has natural leadership qualities, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoys her work. Selva is a true example of Turkish hospitality, and her positive attitude elevates the hotel’s service to a higher level.
I also want to thank Emre, who once went out of his way—literally leaving the hotel—to accompany me to an ATM. That kind of gesture shows a deep commitment to guest care.
And I must mention Zeynep, the young waitress at the restaurant, who always served with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help. Her service was impeccable and heartfelt throughout my stay.
