A hotel that feels like home — thanks to an extraordinary team. Where do I even begin. Paloma Finesse exceeded every expectation, and that’s almost entirely down to the people. Emir — outstanding doesn’t even cover it. He went above and beyond at every turn and will genuinely do everything in his power to help you. We’re going to miss him, he helped us locate special gifts for friends outside of the usual touristy bazaar areas. Arkan — exceptional. He is so observant that before you even realise something is missing, he’s already taken care of it. Kind, warm-hearted, and the kind of person who makes dinner feel like something to look forward to every single night. A big heart. Will top up your glasses and refill desserts before you realise. Adar — helpful at all hours, always on hand with great advice no matter what time of day it was. Helped us locate coffee and snacks late at night. Mahmut Kakim — a gem in the restaurant. My father had no shortage of questions (bless him), and Mahmut answered every single one with patience and genuine care. He really tried his best to explain everything — truly appreciated. Hataci — the sweetest smile and always so helpful. Selim — a warm and welcoming presence at reception, always there when you needed him. Ada — always helpful and reliable, and someone you could count on whenever you needed assistance. And the team as a whole? Huge smiles, always helpful, always present. They set the standard. Beyond the staff — the hotel itself is excellent. Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms (genuinely huge), and the food was amazing. Our room had a balcony which faced west to see sunset. The beach was a real highlight — it never felt rammed like at most hotels, and you definitely don’t have to wake up at 6am to put a towel down just to claim a spot. There’s so much space for everyone, which makes the whole experience far more relaxing. Staff there are quick to serve drinks. The beach bar is also fantastic — exactly what you want after a long day of tanning. Great food options, quick service, and such a good atmosphere. And the overall aesthetics of the hotel are stunning — everything looks so polished and perfectly designed that at times it genuinely looks like AI generated it. It’s that beautiful. We’ll really miss this place. Can’t recommend it enough. 10/10 Tips encouraged to staff. Be sure to make use of the different restaurants on offer (Med Kitchen is free, just needs reservation).

How should I start. We had an amazing experience in this hotels. We absolutely loved the rooms, loved the food, loved the aquapark. Never ran out of things to do. It was a quite season start I guess but when we were here in April the hotel was not packed. You could find more than enough space for anything. I want to thank the staff, to everyone that greeted us with a warm smile. One special mention is to the Berkcan from aquapark. Thank you so much buddy! You were so lovely and amazing, took care of us in every aspect. Felt like coming to a close friend but on a different land. Keep the amazing work! And for everybody as well.

Everything was great but the stand out for the week was the Chef’s kitchen the environment the staff and the food OMG I’ve never tasted anything like it well done to Chef Ilhan Onay, the team Mehet, Semih, zeynep and Nur their knowledge of the food amazing. The only small issue was the rooms, amazing size but missing the practicalities of somewhere to put your luggage and a small bathroom!!

Beautiful surroundings, friendly and attentive staff, plenty of space, tranquil vibes. AI buffet was great with plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner, set up more like a food court with different "outlets" rather than a standard buffet style. Everything seemed really fresh and there were a great selection of local specialities as well as international offerings. A la carte at the Med Kitchen was great, no need to book for lunch either and one evening visit per week included. The staff team are really fabulous, special mention to Omer at the Med Kitchen who went above and beyond and always had the best food and beverage recommendations. House keeping team and estates team worked seemingly around the clock, as the place is pretty much spotless and pristine 24/7. Bistro is available 24h a day should you feel the need for a cocktail, coffee, or sandwich at 4am. Definitely recommend a visit.

We arrived just after midnight and recieved a friendly welcome and were swiftly checked in and taken to our room, which had fresh fruit and a bottle of wine and full fridge of cold drinks. We were able to get some filled fresh baguettes from the bistro before bed time. Our stay was very relaxing, extremely happy and was everything you could ask for from a 5 star resort! The standard of food, hospitality, cleanliness was first class from day one and the staff were the friendliest, kindest and most professional yet personal we have ever experienced. The food in Med Kitchen was unbelievably good, very different from what we eat in England but the depth of flavours was unlike anything we have experienced before both a la carte and lunch. Yet, they catered for our yound children with freshly made pizza, plain burgers etc to ensure all were happy. The staff in the Med Kitchen were fantastic! We booked all a carte on our first night and the standard of food was first class as previouslymentioned, Ömer was the most attentive, professional yet personable waiter we have ever experienced and he went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, understood what we were choosing, made recommendations on food and drinks based on our preferences and made our family of 5 extremely welcome from the first minute in the med bar until the moment we left on our last day. He is a wonderful representative for Paloma finesse providing the highest standards in a very bespoke, personalised manner. The same can be said for Ilyas at the beach bar and Enis , a managerial the resort. Ilyas, like Ömer, is a very professional yet funny, kind, helpful man with a wonderful personality and no request is too much! Each he greeted us with a very warm welcome and ensured our whole family were comfortable and happy. Enis, helped us understand how different areas of the resort worked, what was on offer and again offered bespoke advice to enable us to get the best out of our holiday, ensuring we were happy, made to feel welcome and our needs catered for. A very warm and hospitable man who prioritises customer satisfaction! The food in the main restaurant was amazing for breakfast, lunch and dinner; we loved breakfast, as the fresh omelettes, fresh toasted sandwiches, fresh eggs made to your liking, yoghurt were all delicious with friendly staff serving all, waiters were all quick to attend our table and get quality drinks to us in a swift manner(Azim at breakfast, was great! ) T bone steaks made to order at night, were the highlight of the main restaurant but freshly cooked fish and so many other foods made an amazing dining experience each night! Food and drinks in the beach bar were also first class as the quality of taste and cleanliness were superb and served quickly too! Musa (very funny and kind) and Mosab ( friendly and made quality drinks each time). Both friendly, professional, attentive and made our holiday experience better! Drinks at the pool bar

Really disappointed with this hotel, as aesthetically it’s beautiful, we encountered a number of major issues whilst staying at the hotel. 1) We stayed in the larger family suite, which is one of the better rooms, we had cockroaches in the children’s room and our bathrooms on multiple occasions during our stay. I will attach videos and pictures. 2) Security issues with the door. Our door on multiple occasions would go off like an alarm clock at 3-4am, waking everyone up. I understand these things can happen, it’s not a big deal if it’s fixed and the hotel apologise. However, not one apology was offered by the hotel, literally not once did someone say “oh I’m sorry about that”. So I’m stood in reception at daft o’clock waiting for someone to come out and fix it, all the while we can’t lock our door. On the 3rd day it still wasn’t working, although the reception assured me it was working and even offered to walk me back to show me in a somewhat patronising way….I agreed and walked back, surprise, like I said it wasn’t working, AGAIN no apology from anyone. 3) A supreme lack of service in the main buffet restaurant and “signature restaurants”, beach club and the med. Staff are stood around in groups laughing and on personal devices whilst people sit for extended periods trying to wave and get attention. On one instance a member of staff come over still on his device, didn’t make eye contact whilst taking our order and got the order totally wrong. We ate in the main buffet restaurant around 15-20 times, we were greeted and shown a table once, and had waiters come over for drinks less than a handful of times, so quite often you’d have breakfast, lunch or dinner without a drink, unless you trundled off to the bar yourself! 4) Avoid the spa, it’s dreadful. My wife had a massage and said it was so bad, a young lady who didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Whilst in the spa my wife was personally mocked several times by staff. 5) Mini bar not stocked for days on end, despite asking housekeeping and reception. Had to ring reception for 3 days solid several times to get it restocked. 6) Stolen belongings. On our last full day a member of staff came to stock the mini bar and stole money from the cabinet above the mini bar, this was buried in amongst the children’s toys and general mess, in no way could this have been mistaken for a tip, as he’d of had to move items to find it! In summary, it’s just not a 5* hotel in anyway. This was all reported at the time to the Tui and hotel reps, once we got back home they offered £150 compensation…………. My advice, avoid this hotel, there’s plenty in turkey which are much much much better.

What a great holiday. From the warm welcome from the Porter, despite it being 4:00am, to the lovely waiting staff and bartenders, the staff all made you feel welcome and at home. No mad rush for a sunbed in the morning, there are plenty to go around by the pool and along the very nice beach. Plenty of choice of food, it does rotate around relatively quickly, every 3 days or so but there are restaurants on site to book that help give some variation. A great range of drinks, both local and international included within the all inclusive offering with a wide variety of cocktails and a selection of mocktails as well. The waterpark is great, not just for the kids but good fun for adults alike. There is a big castle set up for smaller children to explore and use making it accessible for all ages. The main swimming pool is huge, it must be 50 metres or so, there are then some apartments that have their own pool arranged as swim up rooms. The rooms are lovely, nice and spacious although would benefit from a little more storage. You get a stocked mini-fridge which is refilled each day, although, a bottle opener would make getting in to the soft drink bottles much easier! Overall, no real complaints, I would definitely visit again and am keen to explore some of the other Paloma properties if this is the standard we can expect.

A wonderful hotel. We especially want to highlight the high level of service at the à la carte restaurant, Med. Our waiter, Mert, was beyond reproach. And Victoria at reception was the friendliest receptionist we've ever met.

Hello everyone!! We vacationed with our family and children and really loved this hotel for its cleanliness, pleasant and welcoming staff, delicious and varied food, and entertainment for the kids! Special thanks to Victoria at the reception desk, who greeted us, told us where we could have lunch, and after lunch helped us resolve our Booking issues (we had reservation and payment issues). It would be great if all hotels had such a kind and responsive employee as Victoria!!! Everything was super! Thank you!
