The rooms are clean, though there is room for improvement. Toiletries are limited – only a shower gel dispenser is provided, nothing else.

The food is varied and tasty, with the biggest strength of the hotel being the wide variety and quality of the desserts – they are truly delicious. Drinks are served at the table, but once the initial order is taken, it’s rare for staff to come back and ask if you’d like more.

The pool is nice, although often a bit crowded, and finding a free sunbed can be difficult.

The beach is excellent: plenty of sunbeds available, soft sand, a gentle entrance into the sea, and a shuttle bus running every 15 minutes from the hotel. You can also have lunch at the beach restaurant, where the food is very good, though for dessert the only option available is fruit.

The biggest downside is communication. The staff don’t speak English at all, so if you don’t know German, it’s very hard to make yourself understood.

Overall, it’s a decent hotel for a relaxing stay, as long as you don’t need much assistance from the staff.

A wonderful stay! The hotel is excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff — always kind and smiling, ready to help whenever needed. The room was impeccable, cleanliness at the highest level. The beach and pool were just as you'd wish for a relaxing time. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

I had a great time at this hotel ! The hospitality was amazing from the moment we arrived with Ayberk standing out the most ! He was kind and attentive and we always looked forward to coming down for one last drink just to chat with him. The location worked for us being between the big cities of Alanya and Antalya but also near Side old city as well as being on the strip. The food was plentiful and had many choices for the pickiest eaters to the more adventurous eaters. Also there is a beach shuttle which we didn't use but the bus stop is just outside and very easy to use.

Had a wonderful stay with my best friend. Nice large rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent and drinks are served at your table in a quiet area with plenty of space to sit, both inside and outside. The beach was easily accessible with a shuttle service.

The hotel is great, the enterior is beautiful, also the location is excellent there are little shops across the street and bazaars from which you can buy some souvenirs and turkish delights.There was a variety of food and drinks(you need to try some baklava it was delicious). One night we had a alacarte dinner and you hava a three options you can choose from: italian,turkish and sea food. We went to a italian night as we eated turkish food the last couple of days. That night was amazing, the food was delicious. The rooms in this hotel are also beautiful and are very clean, the room was cleaned and the towels were replaced on a daily basis which is something that is expected from a five star hotel. The only negative thing about this hotel during our stay was the reception staff. He was not very welcoming and treated guest differently based on their nationality(if you are not russian or german you will not be very pleased). The rest of the employees were great. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel, the hotel was predominately German guests, finding a fellow English speaker was difficult so if making friends is a big part of your holiday it may not suit you, unless of course,  you speak german. Other than that  this is a fantastic Hotel and I feel its unfair an a little racist to judge a hotel based on them not speaking English, are they expected to learn the language of every guest who visits their hotel. The staff can't do enough for you and always have a smile for you. Most speak Turkish and German but you can usually make yourself understood and google translate also helps. The manager speaks perfect English and I have to say that judging by the happy staff he has, he must be doing a great job. The food is terrific, tasty and plentiful. Don't know how anyone can possibly complain about the food. The beach, (a 2 minute ride in the free shuttle) is amazing. The beach bar serves beer along with hot and cold soft drinks. And the beach restruant serves hot snacks, (freshly made before your eyes), salad,and fresh fruit, and at 3pm lots of tasty cakes and freshly made pancakes. Seriously this is a great beach long and sandy and no rocks or stones getting in your way when going for a swim. The rooms are clean and spacious, containing a kettle and mini bar. Tea and coffee is replenished daily as is cold water and sparkling water in the mini fridge. The bed is king size and very comfy, wifi is available in the room. Entertainment was hit and miss but all the entertainment team were very friendly and did their best to keep you entertained. All in all we had a great winter break away in the sun, the second time we have been at this hotel and hopefully not the last. Thanks to the manager and his great team for all their attention to detail.

A very good hotel well located in Evrenseki. The location is close to the beach (barely 10 minutes on foot). The shops are located along the street which passes in front of the hotel. Nothing to be bored about! The only downside would be the parallel hotel which would tend to shade the swimming pools in the late afternoon. The solution is to end the day at the beach. And if you want a little peace and quiet, you can opt for the four-poster beds overlooking the swimming pool, or the swimming pool reserved for adults at a height. On the other hand, as far as the food is concerned, nothing to say: there is something for everyone and much more...especially when you are staying in the middle of the Eid period! Pastries and typical dishes galore. The same goes for drinks for which you have a choice. As for the staff, everyone takes care of themselves, as evidenced by the waitress in the lobby bar, who is very smiling, very efficient, and who spends her time teasing the customers. As for the rooms, they are very clean and very comfortable. We were also able to test the efficiency of the technical service for a small air conditioning problem as well as that of the reception which was quick to give us another room. In summary, a well-located hotel with smiling and efficient staff as well as top-notch catering!

Where to start, the very very beautiful hotel with its neoclassical Greco-Roman style architecture with views of other palaces like the Orange Palace or the Crown. The suspended swimming pool on the first floor is a masterpiece reserved for adults, very relaxing A large swimming pool on the ground floor with slides personally I would have preferred more slides, what can we say about the room we had a family room which was in real a F2 downright The very welcoming staff very kind to the little attention and the buffet what can we say about the extraordinary buffet quality quantity and taste valid for all meals even at the beach a huge buffet for lunch The side beach is simply magnificent very well appointed the seaside resort is sublime The falls of manavgat the ruins of apollo. Even the type of clientele that frequents this region are generally calm and very classy. I congratulate Turkey for its infrastructure and the very high level of service offered, bordering on indecency, it is so grandiose, I thank the dream world for their very high level of competence, I thank the city which welcomed us to open arms.
