A big plus and special praise to the hotel management for their quick and brave action in dealing with a group of drunk Irish guests who were disturbing others and breaking every rule of decent behaviour

Fabulous location. Beach, pool, restaurant access was conveniently located and great. 10% food discount. Staff were most obliging. Best frozen Raspberry Daiquiris and Tuna Pizza!

Excellent location! The hotel has its own private beach area and a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable — no complaints at all

The staff were always friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30

Pool was nice and clean and the slide was a lot of fun - the slide is only switched on late morning and switched off late afternoon so be aware of this! Pool is small but you can see what you’re getting in the photos of the hotel

The food was good - its a small hotel so I wasn’t expecting a buffet spread as far as the eye could see - but there were always multiple options for mains and desserts and fresh salads, olives, hummus etc available

There are always dessert options, but no ice cream. There weren’t many sunbeds but there were always sunbeds available so long as you were down before 10:30am and there were plenty of chairs, tables and sunshades

We stayed at this hotel from 15-21st July 2025. The staff were friendly and efficient and were quick clearing away at mealtimes and always said hello and good morning

The only problem we found was that the cleaners didn’t come every day so we had to go down to request the cleaners and pick up clean towels etc

I did have a wine and a look at a like sprite. Also, there was a horrible smell that came up the plug hole. I did get the chamber maid in. She did come in and clean that 1 time. The smell came back afterwards

I was recently at this hotel for a last minute turkey trip and this was such a beautiful place! The staff are all incredibly helpful and everytime I needed anything they would help with no hassle ! The hotel has its own beach access with sun beds and the food was incredible and the whole stay was absolutely amazing ! His service all day is perfect helps with menu issues and sees you have a good time. Fun funny lovely guy he makes this beach 🏖️ a great place to be nothing is too much for him the guests to the beach love him

We visit this Beach daily when in marmaris. an asset to the beach and Mahoney makes the beac clean and tidy daily all sunbeds set up with umbrellas ready to use

Staff friendly and efficient - especially Taha on the front desk, whose positive and top quality customer focused attitude makes him a true credit to the hotel

FABULOUS!! Check-in was smooth and easy and the reception staff were pleasant and helpful on a few occasions throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable

Housekeeping attended daily to make the beds and freshen the room and to provide fresh towels. The pool is amazing, especially for kids, with big slides. There is also a baby pool with little slides

There were cooking facilities (two-ring hob, extractor, fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery, utensils etc) provided and a pleasant balcony with chairs and table

Staff were always vigilant around the pool, keeping everyone safe. There were plenty of sunbeds; our family of four never had a problem getting beds together

We had a two-bedroom apartment, which had an en-suite/shower in the master bedroom and another bathroom and shower for the living room and kids' bedroom

Evening entertainment was brilliant, with big shows every few nights and smaller events in-between. Curly and his team made sure that there was never a dull moment

Arrived at Cihanturk greeted by filiz and erdogan who welcomed me very friendly and professional stayed at Cihanturk several times before and and highly recommend here close to the blueport and beachfront perfect location staff all lovely showers powerful and spacious room was immaculate big comfortable double bed and a seaview breakfast was lovely scrambled eggs boiled eggs toast all jams fruit cereal...

The staff were warm, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay

I especially appreciated the balcony that allowed me to unwind after long days out. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying with a good variety, and the service throughout my stay was consistent and attentive

I had a truly enjoyable experience staying at Cihanturk Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient

Stayed here years ago and it was a great experience. This time, we were disappointed because bathroom was not clean, pillows were flat and the beds were uncomfortable. Not a notable improvement in the rooms

Turkish bath and hammam excellent service highly recommend to visit if in turkey leaves you feeling relaxed

Not the best but has everything you need. Should be 3 stars at best not 4. Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Has 3 pools, 2 outdoors and 1 indoor. There's a kebab shop right outside of you don't like the hotel food

It's dirty, the most of people who work here don't understand English well, and it's always not enough cups for tea and when they appear they are not properly washed. Evening animation is very good

There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The sea is 1 km and it will take you 15 to get here

Rooms are really comfortable and nice, but even if hotel has 4 stars it isn't so good

You have to go to reception for a balance and top up. They only give you “their” rate of exchange. All set up to part you with cash. As you book into the place told that you need to pay extra for air conditioning

Just back from another great time all staff go out their way to making you welcome all the entertainment dodo, ding ding, pablo, nemo and Adam great fun

You put money into a pre-pay card system used by the hotel. 10 years ago this was probably a great system. Now it’s hard to understand why they don’t just say card only. It would remove the guess work

If you come down to the pool at a reasonable time (8:30am, let’s say) and chances are you’re having to get sun beds without a cushion and place them in a walkway for the day! The sun bed situation isn’t managed well

Just back after another great holiday

Waits for new arrivals and pounces once you’re settled at you spot around the pool. Knows the newbies and stalks you until you end up with a massage/Turkish bath or something that costs you more than it feasibly should

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation experience

Breakfast is minimum which is held at the restuarant. I cant really blame the hotel for this as its a service from another bissuness for the hotel, but because its included in your package there still somewhat resposibke

Negative Your in the action part of of town where there are restuarants and bars which comes with load music. This music normaly stops by 1am latest. You cannot open your large lugguage and leave it open to live from

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The welcome is warm and the staff is very friendly. Its location is ideal, situated in the tourist area and on the beach

The hotel is immaculate with daily room service. The communal areas are some of the cleanest I have seen including the pool. There is air-conditioning in the rooms and for a small fee, use of the security safe

Our room wasn't right when we got there but the lovely staff at reception, Ahmed, soon sorted it out and we were given a lovely ground floor room which was lovely and roomy

This was our first time in Marmaris and this hotel did not disappoint. It is centrally located with all amenities within walking distance. Sunbeds are never an issue on the beach or around the pool when we stayed

The staff in the restaurant and bar were lovely and friendly. Jimmy who was in charge of entertainment was great always trying to encourage people to join in. The nightly entertainment was good and varied

There's music playing from 10am so if you like peace and quiet you won't get it at the hotel pool put the hotel has a private beach in front of the hotel and plenty of sun beds

I went with my nan and had no problems was welcomed by all staff and my nan with bad mobility they gave us a reserved seat so then she didn’t walk after to toilet and to the room

Our room was absolutely lovely and clean. I loved the courtyards outside the rooms. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was perfect and theres a coffee shop right downstairs

Great location for walking and restaurants, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. It was off season so it was very quiet. No problems.

For us there were plenty of sun beds, but I'm not sure how it is during the season. There's also a bar down by the sea along with table and chairs under cover so that you can enjoy drinks and snacks down by the sea

He had an amazing time purely because of them. His favourite has to have been Abdurrahim. He was always attentive to our son and us. He always had a smile on his face and was able to make our son giggle every time

I absolutely loved this as I hate sand! There were plenty of sunbeds and lots of shady and very sunny areas depending on where you sat. We went from the 5th to the 15th of October so we were slightly outside of season

There was something for everybody which was lovely. The wait staff were amazing and so friendly. They have high chairs for children. The staff were incredibly friendly to our son and loved to make him laugh

I think this was my favorite part. The views were amazing and they had steps that went straight into the sea. You didn't have to worry about sand because you went straight from the decking to the water

Food choices are good, if you love cakes, big choices, something for everyone. Staff are friendly, they will look after you, cakes in the afternoon. Sunbeds, you can get by they sea, even after 8am

One thing that we did find though was that we were ignored during the first few days at meals for drinks orders etc and only once we had tipped the service then completely changed

The lifeguard, Mehmet, is an absolute credit to the hotel, he made sure only hotel guests used the beach sun loungers and jetty and kept the toilets locked and clean for guests

After a few days once he got to know us he would keep us sun beds reserved in our favourite spot. The sun beds were also large and very comfortable

The location was the selling point for us and did not disappoint, we were right on the beach and the hotel has its own jetty which was great

The staff on the whole were lovely, shoutout to Görkem (hopefully I’ve spelt that correctly) in the bar, he was great

Hotel is a really nice place great staff and perfect location. All ways clean and fresh. It has a tippical Turkish breakfast but has somthing for everyone even omlets if you ask. We will definitely be going back

Good price for a hotel room with a wonderful sea view. In the city centre. There are hundreds of shops, restaurants and cafes around. And the minibuses that go to the bus station pass very close to the hotel.

A Wonderful Stay at Serin Hotel! I recently stayed at Serin Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful

6 of us here and we love pineta deluxe. Staff are nice talkative and friendly. Our girl lily love entertainment staff they made our stay more memorable. Smirnoff at bar and barmen always nice

Just like most other all inclusive hotels in Marmaris. Location is close to shops, beach, chemists and restraunts. The hotel is large and has many rooms, but they work hard looking after it

They are the best entertainment i have seen and would recommend. The entertainment makes up for the outdated rooms and there is a very large selection of food, which is also very good

Stayed here for 5 nights, was clean and tidy. Staff team were polite, helpful and friendly, funny and approachable throughout our stay. Food a wide variety of dishes very nice

All staff can’t help you enough. I had an amazing Turkish bath which was absolutely amazing for the price! The only thing that let it down was the night entertainment but other than that the food and staff was amazing!

My massage was done by one of the ladies and she was so good honestly it was really calming and professional. My partner had his with Ozzy and said it was just as amazing. We both came out feeling so relaxed

Other reviews mention broken glass, this does happen but I do not feel this is at fault of the hotel, staff are collecting empty glasses around the pool continuously. Close enough to the beach to also enjoy

No late night disco or loud music, just excellent food and amazing staff. Hotel is fully wheelchair accessible but my room did have a bath. The spa is a must and very reasonably priced

Stayed at Prestige Hotel and had such a lovely spa experience. The setting was beautiful and relaxing, and we felt really welcomed as soon as we arrived

The lady who does hammam and massages is very nice and know how to do her job, the young girl with the red hair on the bar is cute and very kind. I'll definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends

This hotel was great value for money, a brilliant location, with a lovely spacious room, good pool area and decent enough food and I've got to especially say also that Lucas and Eve (entertainment staff) were so very friendly with fantastic music and entertainment alongside the bar staff and a big thank you to the night receptionist who was very helpful when needed on our last night

And a big thank you to Jay Jay for introducing us to the most fantastic Turkish Bath and massage deal at the hotel where the 2 ladies gave the most relaxing, thorough treatment which I can honestly say you wouldn't have got a better deal anywhere else in the world and for those who have never had a Turkish Bath etc it is a must to try once in your lifetime

Fantastic hotel taking under consideration the price we payed. Rooms are clean, hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the most important and we were very surprised the food is really tasty, props for the kitchen staff

Stayed at begonville in August Had a lovely holiday. Bemused by the negative reviews. We found the staff polite helpful and very friendly. This was our fourth stay as we find the hotel a small quiet hotel

Theres a great yoga session in the morning to start off a day and activities throughout the day to keep you occupied. I met a lot of friendly people there who i still keep in contact with now

We had a bad experience at the airport with my husband but it didn't stop us enjoying. The place was shutting down but cater to top standard. the shops nearby were practically giving goods away

The only bad point in this hotel are the rooms very old but clean and they get cleaned every day. The good point about it is the staff they are very friendly and helpful

they need to understand that diabetics can t get sugar at all. so mixing normal coke with soda daes not make it sugar free coke
