An absolutely amazing hotel!
After a bad experience at another place, I was lucky to be relocated here thanks to my friends — and honestly, what a wonderful surprise!
The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast is lovely, the garden is beautiful, and everything is designed to make you feel at ease.
The staff are truly exceptional — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Elif and Ercan at the reception for their warm welcome and genuine care throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel — it’s a real gem that I now share with everyone I know! 💛

We stayed at Empire Cave Hotel and had an absolutely perfect experience.
The service was flawless from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful.
Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, the rooms were very clean, and overall everything was beyond our expectations.
We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of.
Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, and rooms are very large. Reasonably priced too! The breakfast is very basic but they offer a paper cup for takeaway coffee which is a nice touch. All in all, 5/5

We didn’t stay after arriving - the hotel looks nothing like the photos. The terrace was closed, the garden neglected, and the place felt abandoned. When we complained, the receptionist said, “sorry cannot help.” We requested a refund through Booking.com, but the hotel refused. Misleading listing - avoid this place.

Beautiful newly upgraded hotel and location is perfect.
No welcome water or juice. No porter service for our bags. Reception toilets- paper towel dispenser empty.
Breakfast was good with all in house made authentic foods-coffee machine was faulty at breakfast no milk for cappuccino’s.
Reception staff weren’t fluent in English -two young staff not experienced enough- breakfast staff didn’t understand any English.
All staff had not uniform- didn’t know who was staff or guests.
No assistance with restuarant advise and tours- no pamphlets etc. We were told to call our agent.
Surrounding garden areas had overgrown weeds and dead plants and grass coming out paving-the setting is perfect but just lacked the final touches.
Reception area outside ashtrays full of cigarettes buds. Outside ground sign board surrounded with weeds.
Our rooms newly upgraded.
No stool for the dresser.
No baggage stools- our bags had to go onto the floor.
No hangers in the cupboard.
Water on first day then nothing.
Safe was on the base of the cupboard very awkward for older guests.
Globes blown in the room.
One cushion person only.
Kettle on the dresser with no wall plug- had to plug in the toilet.
No fridge in room.
No internal telephone system- had to walk to reception for service- reception staff had to come inform you at your room.
No room service available.
Headboard was loose.
Extra toilet paper and hair dryer were stored ontop of the towel rail heater in our bathroom. Plenty of space under the basin cupboard to store.
Our towels on the second day were just left on our bed - not placed in bathroom area.
All this hotel lacks is a good experienced manager. The building finishes are fantastic but are blemished because of no attention to detail. They were not ready for there start of there season.

Very, very bad experience, avoid it!
Very bad experience! There are lots of mosquitoes in the room, almost 15 mosquitoes one night, very suffering!!! Please see the photos
1) There are so many mosquitoes in the room, I killed 15 mosquitoes in one night, how is the hotel cleaning done, it's too exaggerated; and the front desk can only provide insect repellent, not sure if it is harmful to the human body, anyway, I sprayed a little in the room and felt uncomfortable in my throat
2) As soon as I checked in, they said there was a problem with our hotel reservation, and asked for an additional 25 euros for a temporary increase. The next day, I contacted Ctrip and said it was the agent's problem
I endured the temporary increase, but 15 mosquitoes in one night really bit me to death, I couldn't sleep at all

The room was stuffy, and I didn't think about turning on the air conditioner, after all, it was very cold outside. I didn't dare to open the window, because I could see outside, and there were mosquitoes on the first floor (two floors in total).
The breakfast was very delicious, the most satisfying breakfast.
The young man who received me was very utilitarian, and I didn't leave a good impression. But the price (one-day tour and hot air balloon, airport transfer price) was pretty good. Of course, you can't just accept the price he gives you, they get kickbacks. Their routine is to call to inquire about the price, as if the price is set by someone else. In fact, you don't understand how much he adds.

I stayed one night great hotel with great staff. Very kind and helpful. The hotel has a terrace with beautiful view of the hot air balloons early morning.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
