Excellent apartments. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. Move in and start living. Cleopatra Beach is a 6-minute walk away. The beach is clean and has plenty of seating. Restaurants, cafes, and shops are all nearby. A great location. Private pool and sauna. I highly recommend it.

Just i wanna say very good hotel and very nice near to the sea and supermarkets and center prefer all people to try this bis hotel ❤️❤️❤️ Clean rooms free wifi free water and free tea they have well treatment i wanna say thx cleopatra city hotel staff for this treatment

that reception are very inspection. I have full respect for customers and very clean and the room. It’s a beautiful and Wi-Fi and air condition for free so it was this hotel my best and near to the beach and they treat me very well and has beautiful view

Everyone was friendly and kind Even the manager was very generous Good staff We had best nights having fun spreading smiles with everyone dancing talking swimming Good breakfast I had best time there and I'm waiting to book at the same hostel next summer ️❤️

Hotel rooms were beautiful kept rooms just as it shows in the pictures the employees are lovely give you a warm welcome when coming in and a nice comfortable space breakfast buffet is lovely and the beach is about 5 mins away from the hotel which is lovely

This hotel should be condemned. It has bed bugs, both my kids got bitten. Food not fit for human consumption. When querying the hotel the reception staff are very rude and shocked by the state of this place The rooms have broken glass, a tv from the 80’s, sinks hanging off the wall, the walls crumbling, not even handles for the draws. The place stinks not hygiene at all.

The hotel iş nice and clean, food iş delicious and ı specially liked the workers, nice and professional, ı can hıghly recomment it, for the prıce and the qualıty. There iş a pool and a gym in the hotel and some toys for chıldren. You will feel nice.

I payed for all inclusive, but they send guests to hotel sun light restaurant, but normally can’t eat bad food and old tomatoes and fruits, shives don’t help anyone!

it’s the best location 2 minutes to the beach ,nice hotel and clean, cleaning services are fantastic and everything is good 👍🏻 helpfully staff services is perfect you can go with family with friends and also for business the place is comfortable for all situations
