It was terrible the rooms are cold and the cleaning people dont do anything but change towels. Never staying there agaim.

The entrance ramp was not a suitable place to carry luggage or wheelchairs. The reception area did not show any special respect for the customer and the check-in was done in a sitting manner. The lobby was clean, but the room had old and rusty fixtures and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. There were small hairs on the sheets, but the hotel location was good in terms of accessibility. The closet area did not have a rod and the clothes remained unkempt, and the hotel's own shampoo was of the lowest possible quality. The only positive thing I can say about the hotel was the breakfast area, which was due to the size of the items and the friendliness of the cafe staff located outside the hotel. There was no safe deposit box in the hotel. Due to the broken hair dryer in the room, I called the reception twice until they finally gave me another room card, and that room seemed better in terms of cleanliness. In the end, I recommend the hotel only for limited hours, for one or two days.

The hotel is very good, the staff is friendly, they helped us alot. Breakfast is complete, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, milk with nesquik, sausage, cheese, vegetables, you can have a snack. I really recommend the hotel.

Absolutely horrible experience at Atacity Hotel. The staff was rude—especially the one guy with glasses, who was the worst of them all. The other guy wasn’t any better. The room was dirty, uncomfortable, and not worth the money at all. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever stay here.

The worst hotel ever reception was not helpful at all , alot of the light bulbs were burnt and not working and one of the air conditioners was not working as well when we asked reception of this matter they said they would fix it the next day and we had to sleep in a hot room. As well our safe had a problem and they didn't do anything about it plus breakfast was bad . I don't recommend this place at all so don't ever come.

Had a pleasant stay for 2 days. Reception was extremely helpful and on point whenever there was a need. Rooms were clean and location was convenient. When it comes to the price, that was absolute worth the money for what you get. I will surely stay here in my future visits to Istanbul.

Breakfast was horrendous and they do not cater for other nationalities. Bed very uncomfortable like sleeping on concrete. House keeping horrendous, hardly ever cleaned then when they did we get lot really old ripped towels, no toilet roll and floors not cleaned despite ringing down numerous times. Waiters were fantastic and so helpful. Reception would not allow our male coordinator to help me with luggage and instead sent the maintenance man who didn’t speak English. Bit unprofessional. Wouldn’t stay again

Nice new hotel, great location for hospitals etc., but extremely noisy day and night and windows not sound proof. Trying to work from here is horrendous the wifi hardly ever works. Breakfast is very basic would have expected alot more from a new hotel, it only offers Turkish basic, no coffee unless you pay! Rooms nice, lots of things still unfinished in room such as the second shower head not working, toilet seat doesn’t fit great, lights not all working, and being able to turn on do not disturb at door all not working.

Hotel was ok, staff was nice and breakfast was below average. I was at the hotel because I was going to have facelift surgery in Memorial Hospital. My surgeon was Dr. Ercan KARACAOĞLU ( Este istanbul) and He wrecked my face, I would like to warn everyone, Please avoid this doctor at all cost.

🦋This hostel is mazing, first of all the rooms are very modern, the help service and the restaurant are amazing people 🍂. I have stayed for about 6nights and I'm very thankful for it. 🍂 I would suggest you to stay here, it's cheap & clean and happiness,
