Most of our staff enjoyed our dinner and we will for sure come back to sailors for our next Staff bonding or staff party in the future

This year we decided to head to this hotel and i must truly say that this trip has been interesting

We really had a good time at Sailors Beach Club during our year end Nahau Transfer & Tours Party

After learning about our situation with the previous hotel, the Sailors Beach team handled everything with complete professionalism and ensured the rest of our holiday was exceptional — to the point we didn’t want to leave

Food was delicious, staff were friendly, and as for Lela a big Vinaka vakalevu to you Lela for being an attentive to our group

Stayed at Saylors Beach Club 09/ 15/ 25- 09/23/25 with my family One of the best vacations in my life! Beach: All sunbeds with mattresses covered with oilcloth, every morning they are swept away from sand and washed with a hose, umbrellas and a table between the sunbeds, sand with pebbles, there are also stones under the water, so it is advisable to swim in slippers

Myself and my family have been coming to this hotel for the last 4 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The location is perfect, one side the beach literally as you walk out the hotel and the other side all the shops

The bubble pool was the quietest and suited me just fine, entertainment was fun and lively. Went on a boat trip for 7hours for £20. Best boat trip 👌 lovely staff, lovely bays and the sea was beautiful

The animation team are brilliant, there are different shows every night and the mini club for the children has lots on every day and the staff are brilliant with the kids. The staff are always so friendly and helpful

No tea making facilities in the rooms but made up for by its beachfront location and really friendly staff. 3 swimming pools were a treat. Food became a bit monotonous but they cater for the masses

I would expect more from a 4 star hotel?. rooms are dated, service of room was changing towels only. Never cleaned or mopped in the ten. For us smoking was a problem, you could smoke every where, rooms ,bar beach, pools

The hotel staff was attentive, the food was adequate, we liked the hotel, ten beaches are sandy, the other is rocky, there is a pool and an aquapark for children, we were satisfied, I recommend it.

The on-site aqua park has plenty of slides for adults and children, so our kids were never bored. The animation team also set up daily beach-volleyball matches and other games, making it easy to stay active

The location is fantastic; the resort sits right on the seafront and the water is crystal-clear. We spent lots of time swimming and playing on the beach

Another Wonderful Stay at Duja Didim Hotel We stayed 1 week at Duja Didim Hotel again as a family of five, 2 adults and 3 children, and loved it. Our Village Family Suite had plenty of space and was clean and modern

From reception to housekeeping, every staff member we met was kind and helpful. We felt especially well looked after by Mr Onur from the front office, who worked hard to make sure we got the room we wanted

The resort even has its own Starbucks, which is included in the all-inclusive concept – a great treat for coffee lovers. Bars and cafés around the resort served everything from cocktails to coffee

The hotel is excellent and perfect for a family. We had two kids under 3 years old and they loved the water park

The room was clean and well maintained, a good menu and plenty to choose from. Entertainment team gave good shows. The best of all was our waiter he looked after us from the minute we sat down

I also want to especially thank Muslim from the jewellery shop, he sourced an amazing diamond ring for my wife to replace the cheap one I bought when I was younger

He was very professional and respectful throughout the transaction

Bear in mind like most families it has taken us all year to save up and pay this holiday off before I start my review!! I was not going to bother leaving a review but I think it’s important if someone has children I would NOT recommend this hotel

Had a wonderful day at the cabanas and was looked after by Hugo who was a delight, funny, chatty and nothing was to much trouble. Kids entertainment didn't start will 9/9. 30, which is late and wasn't on every night

Ruth gives a personal touch, she remembers guests names which I think is great and I asked if my son could see the rescued tortoise and she rang the room to arrange this for him which he was excited about, she also came to see us off on our journey home

I realise it was coming to the end of the season but paying a premium to stay in this hotel surely in the later months the pool could be heated? Overall we were very impressed

I was also worried about the fact we had our 8yr old son with us as thete were mixed reviews on children being at the hotel but he had a great time and was treated lovely by the staff and guests

I gave one point less because of her. I hope she learns to treat Turkish citizens equally. Also, there was no need for the lie about the rooms being full when there were clearly available rooms

Rooms were spacious, bed was large and extremely comfortable, shower was excellent also. We also had daily bottled water and lots of little extras in the bathroom which were welcomed

Unfortunately, our room overlooked another hotel which disturbed my husbands sleep after a few nights, once raised with reception we were promptly moved to a quieter area of the hotel

The beach is sandy, there are plenty of sun loungers everywhere. The beaches are well-equipped, but the entry into the water isn't too deep right away—superb

The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall

It's not far from the Old City. We took public bus #1, which cost 30 lire, from Armas to the Old City

A good hotel with strong animation. Cold breakfasts and generally cold food. The beach is narrow, the entrance to the sea is bad, there are stones. There are catastrophically few sun loungers

Great hotel numbers, daily cleaning, and normal housekeeping. Perfect hotel location and all facilities, like swimming pools and everything. Nice SPA, hamam and massages

From 11 pm to 4 am there is a strong smell of sewage

Pros: Friendly front desk staff, great pool, fun water slides, coffee lounge with baristas, excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, kids' buffet, thorough cleaning, lively pool bar, included cocktails, tasty poolside food street, and good value for money

I want to start with the room it was a nice one and clean all the days, the Food is not bad but it Can be better , the drinks in the bar is amazing So much childrens in hotel but it’s ok The evening shows is so nice I want say thanks one more time for all the animation team We Will be back as soon as possible ❤️

There are daily activities available for guests who want to join in, contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area is lovely, and the beach is also very enjoyable

The all-inclusive package is well-organized, with water, soft drinks, and other beverages stocked daily in the in-room fridge. Housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy every day, which we really appreciated

The hotel is (child)friendly, and so are a lot off the staff. The pool is never too busy and the rooms are clean

First Thing we want to say that we are coming back in few weeks, Really good hotel, food is amazing , the room Always clean in the right time, the bar also perfect, and of course the animation team they have a big part to make an amazing Holiday for us

The hotel staff worked hard, the restaurant staff did their job excellently. The sea and the surroundings of the hotel clean, definitely recommend 🇨🇿🇸🇰

We stayed at the Grand Ring Hotel in Kemer, Antalya for a week as a family, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations

The hotel’s facilities were fantastic — three pools (two outdoor and one indoor), a lovely spa, a private beach area, and even a club for guests 16 and over

Everything about our stay was perfect — the hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was delicious and varied every day, and there was truly something for everyone at every meal

The animation team, especially Mert, Engin, and the animation manager (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch), made our stay even more enjoyable

They were so welcoming and full of energy, and the evening entertainment was top quality and different every night

Good hotel, lots of fun and activities, perfect view with sea and mountains. Barmen Devrim is so professional! Very tasty food and cocktails, good service

Review of BATIHAN BEACH RESORT & SPA – Summer Holidays 2024 and 2025 I chose to spend my summer vacation at Batihan Beach Resort & Spa for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025, and the experience was good enough to make me want to return again in the future

Prices have doubled from 2024 to 2025 for the same all inclusive option, the food is good, the pools are good but the service staff are invisible or something at the pools, I tried to find someone to help me find a free sunbed but couldn’t find anyone, guests put towels on sunbeds at 6 or 7 AM to reserve and go to have breakfast, and as the hotel is so crowded any body coming to the pools after 8 will...

Cleanliness is maintained at a very high standard throughout the hotel, including the rooms and the pools

The waterslide schedule at the pool could be longer; the operating hours feel a bit short, especially for families with children

Staff all lovely and helpful and spa massages were amazing. Indoor pool tiny, and not that nice, jacuzzi didn't work. Entertainment was outside and didn't start till 1015pm so too late and too cold

The buffet was constantly restocked, and the waiters were incredibly attentive and friendly. Additionally, the Food Bar next to the outdoor pool (open 11:00–17:00) was a personal favourite

Beach & Facilities: The beach is less than a 5-minute scenic walk away. The sand and ocean were very clean, with lifeguards on duty for safety. Free sunbeds are provided, though the beach bar carries additional charges

The rooms had a convenient "Clean Room/Do Not Disturb" switch system, and our rooms were cleaned daily, even on the mornings we chose to sleep in! The beds were comfortable with soft pillows, and the rooms felt bright with plenty of lighting and lamps

The main buffet ran like clockwork (Breakfast 07:00–10:30, Lunch 12:30–14:00, and Dinner 19:00–21:00). The variety changed daily, and it was a treat to see fresh food cooked right in front of you

A complimentary mini-bar was restocked daily, which was a lovely touch. The only minor issue was a slightly slow drain in one of our bathrooms, but it didn't impact our stay significantly

It offered a full waiter service for both food and drinks. They also featured specific dessert hours for fresh waffles, pancakes, and ice cream, which were delicious

Fantastic hotel, food and rooms great. What made the holiday more memorable were the staff from cleaners, waiters/waitresses and especially the entertainment team, nothing to much trouble had fantastic time.

Fantastic food, room clean and comfortable, view was beautiful, staff went above and beyond to help us, they were all friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend

The kids’ animation team kept my child entertained, and the evening program was enjoyable. While the Turkish show was decent, I expected some improvement. On the other hand, the Mongolian show exceeded expectations

Special mention this year to Selin and Busra who kept us entertained Melas is 'our second home

Another thing that was very disappointing were the cocktails. I tried very basic cocktails, and they were all very poorly made. It would be nice to add mimosas during breakfast as well

Cleaner was very friendly! Entertainment - Daily entertainment both at the pool during the day and at the stage at night. Main shows were at the stage, good fun and ended around 9pm

It was a late flight and our arrival time was 10pm, and with a two hour transfer time, we thought we would be going to bed with empty stomachs, but how wonderful to find out when we booked in at the hotel that a buffet was laid on in the corner of the dining room for late arrivals, so a bite to eat and a drink at the 24 hour lobby bar was very welcome

We stayed here from 5th to 12th October to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. This was our first holiday to Turkey

Drink quality could be slightly better, but overall a great holiday and would recommend to both families and couples Improvements made to the hotel this year look excellent and I would absolutely recommend this hotel, as it was great before!

We booked to have dinner at the sea front restaurant and although notifying the hotel of my partners nut allergy, we were told we would not be able to dine there

This is usually when kids went back into hotel and the beach bar down the bottom had further entertainment e. g bingo, karaoke, live bands etc

Also, some people reserving sun beds and not being there for hours is not appreciated as others could use the sunbeds. Heating the pool by using solar power might be an idea

There are 2 pools, not anything special, 2 slides which were small but surprisingly fun and they were open certain hours through the day. The beach was okay but crowded and a bit disorganised

Location ok near local shopping. Rooms served the purpose well. Thank you very much for the upgrade to the main building! Pool area rather nice

One small minus is that sometimes it is challenging to find a sunny spot by the pool as too much of the area is shaded by the fabric roofing that cannot be moved

You could also see other hotels’ pools, slides and even hear their music. So all of this lowered the hotel’s “exclusive feel”. The woman in charge of reserving the restaurant was VERY rude and unprofessional

I've been here for my second time and I wholeheartedly recommend it! The people who work here are wonderful! The waiters are helpful and polite! The pool and beach are clean and safe

Nice hotel not far away from the sea- like 300 m walk; they also take guests in golf carts frequently from 8. we had sea view room 1110 - nice, comfortable with pool view

Sunbeds and beach bar were free, but still, nothing exciting. No hidden fees, but some strict rules: no food in the room, no glass at the pool. The TV only had German and Turkish channels, no English

The bathroom was excellent, with hot water, good pressure, and daily toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). Wi-Fi was terrible, disconnected constantly. Air conditioning worked only half the time

Food was basic, repetitive, and uninspired both in the restaurant and at the beach bar. Drinks were even worse at the beach, watered down and flavorless

i believe it caters all tastes, at least i had a lot to choose from. drinks in the bars- variety, international as well. wifi free of charge everywhere, even on the beach

overall im very satisfied, we had great relax! even enjoyed the hamam and 4 massage sessions

First of all pros, a lovely hotel, pretty modern, very clean, friendly staff. Choice of bars and places to go in the evening were good and waterpark was absolutely fantastic

The menu items were sometimes strange like boiled chicken? It was literally bits of what looked like dry chicken pieces in some coloured water?! I noticed some hot meals that may have been left from the previous day were then moved over to the salad bar

We noticed on our last 2 days that our room key worked in other doors! My son accidentally went to the wrong room and the key worked, so beware! Lastly we caught a bar man at the sunset bar not putting alcohol in the cocktails

Unsure of the reasoning, maybe running out with it coming to end of season? Regardless, unacceptable when you pay for all inclusive. We went to the lobby bar instead and they were putting alcohol in so we stayed there

24 hour bar above reception also excellent esoecially if you arrive late in the evening. Rooms were cleaned daily and pretty spacious we felt for a family of 5 sharing an interlocking room

Just a couple of negatives the food gets very repetetive, its the same foods at lunch and dinner most days. The snack bar was good but again repetetive

The staff were professional, welcoming, and really made me feel comfortable. The hammam and sauna were spotless and very relaxing, and the massage I had was one of the best I’ve experienced

More then, waiters gave me a watermelon juice and one fruit salad with sparkler and wrote on: ‘Happy Birthday’ with chocolate souce

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sultan of Side! The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with lots of variety

The pool and beach areas were beautiful and always well-kept, and the entertainment team kept things fun without being over the top. I absolutely loved the spa and wellness facilities at Sultan of Side

The pool is also nice, not so busy. The only minus is the beach that is a little bit too far away from the hotel and there is no shuttle bus. The beach on its own is very nice, large with a lot of sun beds

Food was good but very repetitive. Most of the staff were attentive. There are a number of pools all cleaned daily. Hotel has a private beach 5 minutes walk away

We spent all our time in the pools. There was a pizza oven open every afternoon and it was great! Kids had a ball. There is a huge bar at the pool to meet all your drink needs

This place has become like our own hotel, where we spend our winter holidays every year without hesitation. This year was extra good, even better than before

Palms at the reception hall are amazing, so beautiful decorated for Christmas. On the 24th arrangements was good, decorations, live music, dances, drinks and sweets

First of all, I would like to thank the animation and entertainment team, public relations, kitchen, service, bar, housekeeping, janitor, Kids Club, the entire team for giving us such a wonderful holiday

They welcome new guests very nicely, helps with luggage from a taxi and helps at the reception dest, comes with drinks while organising papers

We enjoyed kids club as well, they could play there without parents , and the best of all kids disco every evening

The pool attendant did a brilliant job making sure everyone had a sunbed and kept the area spotless. Yes, some beds were reserved early, but even if you wanted a lie-in, it was never a struggle to find one later on

We stayed for 7 nights in this hotel and it was absolutely amazing and unforgettable time with friendly staff and amazing service large range of food also I'd like to say special mention to guy on check in desk ti upgrade our room for bigger and also remember guy from entertainment team we playing table tennis and definitely will recommend this destination to people with families everything set up...

Fantastic 10-Day Stay – Best Holiday in Turkey Yet! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just arrived home after an excellent 10-day stay, and I have to say this was the best food I’ve had in Turkey

We would also like to mention Tahir, one of the restaurant waiters, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and truly added to the warm atmosphere of the restaurant

We used the small front pool here the barman Mohamid Dennis is the best , here the lager was better than the inside bar

I would say there is something to eat for most people. Lunch is a good choice but again cold food , one occasion went as soon as it opened, the soup was just warm , and a chicken meal cold , even the chips were cold

breakfast Queue for omelettes , sometimes 12 deep the lady making them is lovely smiling most of the time, it needs more on that station to deal with the amount of people. food is quite often cold 80% of the time

The bedding was clean , the pillows awful,old and lumpy and worn out, mattress too hard for me. Resturant in general very good waiting on staff some better than others but in general all worked hard

We used the beach a few times , they serve drinks in cheap plastic not at all very strong ,can only get larger and wine though the food is simple , chicken or burgers or some mix from other meals

Maybe they should heat the Bain Maria up. Dinner is much the same and can get boring. The desserts look amazing but most taste the same
