Great hotel. Great staff. Great view. 👌👌👌 The food was good and varied. Good for the children, they enjoyed the pool all day, with pool slides.

When i first came to this hotel i really enjoyed everything about it, it was clean and the foods were really nice

But one thing that really bothered me was the gozleme lady at the pool who is working solo for hours upon hours

i felt so sorry for her and i wish that the hotel does something about this, at least give her more breaks or also add another woman so that it’s more beneficial

Overall everyone else was really nice, the entertainment people were amazing i really enjoyed their personality and how nice they were to everyone!

it’s not right to let someone ALONE work without any fan and for hours in a space where the sun hits that poor woman directly

Good value for the price I think. There are 3 pools, kids slides. Not too noisy, but also not very quite as the hotel is in the city. The best impression I had was spa and Turkish bath

Buffet - you will find something for everyone, a lot of choices whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they also have a snack bar by the pool where you can order food if you get hungry in-between buffet opening hours

You get to the beach just in 2 minutes through the tunnel where you have fridge standing with water if you would like to take with you to the beach. You get towels and hotel has their own sun-beds

Atmosphere is good, nice friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities in the evening and day time. Good food, big choice of food. Area is not big but clean and cosy as also rooms are clean and cosy

I think there is a problem with the workload of the cleaners, because I saw how fast they had to clean the rooms. The food selection is large, new dishes are added every day. I would rate it as high-quality homemade food

We stayed at the hotel in October 2025. At first glance, the room seemed clean, but when I walked around the room barefoot, my feet were left black

Me and my partner visited Side and decided to go via TUI to the Paloma Perissia hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the entertainment and hospitality of the staff and well as the variety of the food and drinks

The facilities are great, people super kind and food is delicious. Service really has hospitality at the heart. The pools are top, sea views great

There is a wide variety and themed evenings. Bravo to the entire team, from chefs to waiters! As a recommendation, I can add, very poor lighting both in the rooms and in the external parts of the restaurant

We had reserved the most budget room, but we were accommodated in the main building. The room is larger, clean and quiet. Every day they filled the refrigerator with beer, Pepsi Cola, and other drinks

The evening entertainment was boring. The neighboring hotel had parties every night with a DJ, lasers. This was very much missing in this hotel. When we were leaving the hotel, we forgot a backpack

There are many eating establishments throughout the territory. Including a 24-hour restaurant with service. The cafe by the river is very good. The main restaurant has delicious food

The cosmetics in the bathroom are shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Enough sun loungers for a full hotel. The sea after the third meter becomes deep

it’s the second time we were here and they got even better. I don’t know who they can make the sea water clear, but it would be the cherry from the top off the cake

Location is amazing, nestled in the hills with a view of the mountains to wake up to everyday. Atmosphere is very calm, chill vibes even though the hotel can get very busy

Best Belek experience ever The hotel is great and really deserves to be a five-star hotel. The conditions were very good, food was delicious. We are happy with the atmosphere in the hotel

The hygiene standards seemed high from what we observed. The materials used were high quality, the room cleaning team (Ms. Seher) was friendly, and the staff in general were polite

There were more than enough activities that I could not do them all in the amount of time I stayed, and this is my second visit

The hotel guests are mostly German, which we knew from the start as it wasn't a problem for us. Aside from that, the hotel is very clean, the food is plentiful, with plenty of options and delicious

It's worth noting that the resort generally offers programs in German; we didn't have any problems because we speak German, but it's worth mentioning

Perhaps the only thing we couldn't understand was the lack of bidets in the toilets. Apart from that, everything was great

They don't supply water in your room, but you can find it in bottles in the restaurant or in disposable cups at any bar. There's a Russian-speaking woman at reception. The only issue I had was cleaning the room

If there is something to criticise about the hotel it'll be the normal working ours for the gym that should be at a 5 ⭐ hotel Open 24/7 with a badge reader thus an all inclusive client can use it whenever he/she want

Second would be the fact that some of the night activities that the animation team/company organised are payed extra. This kind of thing has never happened to me in an all-inclusive in europ

There are very nice aquatic activities near by the outside of the hotel although we went with a far less expensive and still at the same level experience a bit further away from the hotel

The name plates are not respected so you are never sure what you get. The best food is even outside the catering on the pool and the specials in the evening

The pool was a bit cold, but the weather wasn’t great for a few days, so it made sense. The room and hotel areas were clean and well kept. Maybe the rooms could use a little redecorating, but that’s just personal taste

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was impressively large. We’ll definitely recommend this place and would consider coming back

Even though it was the end of the season, the staff were still very attentive and hardworking. The guest relations girls were really helpful, especially Cemile — she’s such a sweet and kind person

Most activities felt done “just because they had to be done,” not because they enjoyed them. Guests weren’t encouraged to join in, and the whole entertainment area felt quiet and lifeless compared to the past

I also noticed changes in other parts of the hotel. The gardens used to be beautifully maintained, but this time they looked less cared for. In the restaurants it often took a long time to find a clean table

I usually visited twice a year, but last year I decided to skip the second stay, because the experience simply wasn’t the same. I really hope the hotel management pays attention to these changes

I was especially impressed by the huge water park with a dozen or more slides. Overall, I highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Club Marvy. There was something there for everybody in our group of 3 generations from grandparents to teenagers. The quality of food and drinks were excellent and staff friendly

The plantation and layout of the resort has been so cleverly thought out. There are literally olive and pomegranate trees all over the resort. The organic nature of the food and complimentary items is very high quality

The room was immaculately clean, with a good selection of drinks in the fridge, which were restocked daily. The bed was huge and so very comfortable. It is the little touches that made the holiday feel so luxurious

Buggy service to take you anywhere in the resort, and a handy little app that gives you information as to what is happening throughout the resort, and your drinks ordering service

Only minor criticism I have is although the room views are awesome some minor maintenance is needed in the rooms. But overall it is a great resort and I would 100 percent recommend spending your vacation here

I was surprised that breakfast lacked any sort of juice (other Turkish hotels have had breakfast juice). There was only water or coffee/tea variants for breakfast

There are numerous pools, slides, and other water activities for those interested (I did not use any of them)

But starting in the afternoon you could get various sodas (or alcohol) to drink. There was also a patisserie hidden on the main floor where you could get various desserts and coffee even if lunch hadn't started yet

There was a spa/sauna, fitness room, small store, activity center for kids, playground, and places to play tennis/football/basketball. The location is a short drive from the Sorgun Çamiçip public beach

At night it was noisy from music at the bar and from neighboring properties. Unlike the Side Yesiloz, the Megasaray included internet, access to the room safe, and free alcohol (though I don't drink)

I also appreciated the plethora of cats on the premises. I had a work roommate and the room ended up being tight for the two of us. We managed to push the beds a little apart from each other

The only big minus for me as a woman was the animator Cem. He gave me rude suggestions that I found very unpleasant. As an employee, you should not allow that

The food in the hotel much, but it is monotonous, and scta all day to bake doughnuts!

The food was excellent, only one minus was the terribly long lines, but the hotel is not responsible for that. The best was the kebab in the snack bar

My experience was truly wonderful – the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was extremely pleasant. Everything was well organized and attention to detail was impressive

The animation team was amazing and the evening shows are so entertaining. The club/disco was amazing I loved the summer garden club. I would love to come back to this hotel to see this team again

I really enjoyed this holiday ! The staff was great especcially the animation team. A shout out to Ferdinand and Alina they are the best and always open for a talk ! That was really appreciated

I jad to eat out almost every night and not much choice locally save for Faulty Friends. Having said that, pools and slides are great for kids, beach bar was only place I eat in day

The lobby bar is called the piano bar but has no pianist or music which makes a lovely space dull. There were pool games etc throughout the day but being British we were never once asked if we wanted to join in

Dr and Nurse great as we had to go hospital with little one and lovely bday cake, card, fruit and wine offered for my nfay. Pool and bar staff offer good entertainment

A la cartes never opened (too many tight arses who wudnt pay an extra bit for decent food, they only tequired x 10 guests to open) but really a 5* shud offer a 1 night a la carte free ( this was my experience in Marmaris and it was not a 5* and understand people dont want to pay extra after paying so much for stay)

Meal times we always got a seat with no issue, just never truly enjoyed a meal and their was a lack themed nights which we usually experience in Turkey. Entertainment was mixed, some shows excellent some not so good

The sister hotel Royal Palace has a similar layout and their snack choice is fantastic. Alhambra is a poor relation with tasteless toasties and undercooked jacket potatoes along with dried out fries and soggy pizza

In the evenings they have different programs for entertainment and at the main restaurant there are theme nights. The food is delicious and the antik Side is just for a 15 minute walk away

Everything is clean and stuff are so warm and friendly so you are welcomed as at home. They offer you a bus to the beachside and back (free of charge)

Rooms are kept super clean, staff are amazing (reception staff come across a little blunt) but overall 10/10!

There is so many areas where to have a drink or get snacks or just chill by the pool (the 16+ poolside is great to sunbathing and relaxing)

Another plus was the flexibility: we were able to easily change rooms after we weren't entirely satisfied with the location of our first room. The entire complex is beautifully designed and creates a welcoming atmosphere

All restaurants serve a wide range of tasty food, with unlimited ale Carte, you have to book which can fill up so book within a couple days and you should be fine. Pool and beach areas are clean with lovely water

This was the worst organization I've ever seen in a hotel! For example, at the Barut Lara or Barut Anda, guests can change towels as often and whenever they want, not just in the spa, but everywhere—pool, beach, spa

The receptionist was very friendly. Towel changes were limited to 10:00-11:00 and 16:00-17:00, and only possible in the spa

The hotel has a heated pool so it’s not too cold to swim, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and always happy to help in any way they can

Rooms, location, personal just to recommend. Everyone speak German, very clean, good food. Beach is perfect for families with kids, pool also

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday there was 6 of us in Total what a fantastic hotel although I think we were the only english in the hotel it did not affect our holiday one bit

The sea itself is wonderful – crystal clear, though a little rocky. There are always enough sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach

They'll find a sun lounger and bring it to you if you can't find one yourself. Emerald water, fish, small pebbles, and we didn't even need our water shoes. The entry into the sea was comfortable

This was our second stay at Lumos Deluxe, as we visited last year and really enjoyed it — that’s why we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time our experience wasn’t nearly as good
