Hotel itself is ok for a 5 * but falls short for the winter concept big style. Arrived 21st November and no entertainment was provided after the 22nd. No uk tv channels but every other European country and Russia were catered for. I understand you don't come away to watch tv but when there's no entertainment and the weathers poor it's a case of going to bed at 9pm or just drink yourself into oblivion. Food well this was the worst food from an all inclusive hotel I have ever been to. A choice of stewed beef or veal or meatballs or sauted chicken or spaghetti with either a tomato sauce or a very sparingly sprinkled minced beef . Grilled chicken or turkey along with chips or plain rice for both lunch and dinner. There was no A La Carte options due to hotel closing .After speaking to guest relations who asked chef to join us we did get some sort of sheep/goat chops but you could always guess what is being served. The cold buffet looked ok but when you're wanting hot food the choice wasn't good. They did do 3 types of pide pizza but same ones day in day out. The soup of today was sheep's head. Variety of bread was adequate including gluten free. We did learn on the 24th November that the hotel was closing on the 1st December for refurbishment but this wasn't told to us until we asked. If I had known it was closing I would have chosen a different hotel with better facilities. We booked this holiday earlier in the year and paid full price for it through jet2. And we don't feel as if it was value for money. There was no branded drinks as advertised and the selection of cocktails were minimal with a choice of 4. Efes beer was served in a half pint glass with half of it being all head. The pool bar when open served hot drinks and a small selection of liquors and efes. But no diet pepsi or coke. Diet pepsi was only served at the indoor bars. The beach bar was the best thing about the food even tho only a small selection it was cooked fresh and was tasty. Beer was available and a variety of soft drinks and hot drinks. The sun loungers were comfortable. The bus to the beach ran between 10 and 15 minutes intervals. The pool area was very clean and no problems getting a sunbed. The hotel itself is very clean but if you are allergic to cats maybe its not for you as several frequent public areas including the restaurant which I didn't mind. Most staff are lovely but there's the odd one or two that I wouldn't give time of day to. I know the summer concept is completely different . Hence why I am on reporting on the winter one. When we arrived we was 2 of only 4 people from the uk which some people may find intimidating but most staff speak English adequately for service. Being seasoned travellers this gives a honest review of a hotel with much potential just a pity it wasn't shown. Would I come here again. The answer is NO. There's much better hotels out there for a winter break in the same price bracket.

Had a lovely 10 days here with the mrs for her birthday. Day 1 we treated ourselves to the VIP massage package in the hotel which was amazing, 2 hours of pure relaxation (must admit I believe i fell asleep a few times). On our last day we went back to get abother massage to finish off the week. Service in the spa is brilliant, loveley staff, professional and service is exactly what you want.

We had an amazing time at Oasis spa - 10/10 and would definitely go again! Highly recommend I’ve been here 3 times and it has been a great experience every time

My husband, myself and a couple of friends enjoyed two weeks at this hotel in October25. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and we were delighted to be offered food on arrival. A very good first impression. We had a room on the 6th floor, which was very clean and quiet. Our friends got the first floor – which was noisy and lacked consistency on the cleaner’s schedule. Some days they could not tell if the room had been serviced or not! The Beach area reserved for hotel guests, had a bar service, freshly cooked food, changing rooms and toilets it was first class – plenty of loungers and umbrellas at this time of year, serviced by shuttle buses from the hotel every 5 minutes. You could walk it; it would take about 20 minutes but the buses were so frequent we never needed to. The pool area of the hotel was busy, but we always managed to find beds – I imagine during peak holiday times (July-Sept) this area would be very crowded though – it’s not a large area for the size of the hotel. Pool/Beach Towels were provided from the hotel spa, a bit annoying that they could only be returned at certain times of the day, and replaced at a different time! Each visit presented the staff member in the spa the opportunity to sell the services of the Balinese ladies of the spa, it got very annoying – like a previous reviewer mentioned it is worth thinking about bringing your own pool towels to avoid this daily nuisance. The food on the buffet was pleasant and varied, with a mixture of tastes in our group – we all found something we liked each evening, apart from the seafood night – this is a completely personal preference, everyone else was enjoying it thoroughly, they even had oysters on the buffet so if this is your thing, you will love it. Bar services good – Pool Bar/Beach Bar/Pub downstairs/lobby, good drinks good service – small selection of cocktails on the AI, all good. Do not forget to book your a la carte visit, a bit of a faff, having to book at a specific time, and all diners had to choose from the menu on booking, but worth it – we had a lovely evening in the steakhouse. Overall, the staff are well trained and professional, very friendly, and helpful with a ready smile for guests. It was our last day that was a let-down, we had a very late-night flight out of Antalya airport, so we requested a late check out – extra costs €45.00 not an issue, but we were told that morning the hotel was full and that no rooms were available! After our forced 12pm check out, I rang reception on my cell phone on the pretext of making a booking for that night – guess what - they had rooms available. This suggests management cannot be bothered implementing a working process for late check outs. We were offered the use of the showers and changing facilities in the spa, the changing room was filthy so was the toilet, with paper and debris all over the floor and no working locks on any of the doors so no privacy either, another guest tried get

This is my first time ever leaving a 1 star review on a hotel. Please note before reading, this is from someone who is not at all snobby when it comes to hotel. We booked this on the basis it was a family hotel with entertainment for both adults and children, we were told this is a 5 star plus, with branded alcohol. How wrong this was. Without keeping this long ( there's a lot to say) but let's start with food and drinks, drinks awful, if you think you will get a decent cocktail served in a glass you're wrong, you will be served watered down non branded ' cocktails' in plastic cups. Food wise, not a lot for children, tasteless, just your typical buffet style food. We booked the a la carte meal, and wish we never, it's good they take from the buffet and out it on a plate for you. Don't waste your time booking this up. The hotel is not at all child friendly, children's pool is not gated, the water is ice cold none of the children would get in. Entertainment for them was an hour a night, if that. Serving popcorn which you have to PAY for. In terms of adult entertainment again it's basic, the only good night was October fest which was event, and we were happy to see Bottled branded lager ( that's how bad it had got) Rooms are very noisy, thin walls, wasted space all over the hotel lobby is like a library, it's very formal, dark at the back and just an awful atmosphere. We got given a room outside the lobby which overlooked a tree and was around 50cm wide, we asked to switch which took a long time and we did and it was a lot better but still basic. The highlight for us was going to the beach via shuttle which is every 10-15 minutes, driver was very helpful and kind, food was a lot better at the beach, could do with a revamp again I still wouldn't class this as a 5 star. Please bare in mind they will prioritise guests who top regularly over guests who just want a decent service who have already paid the ends for their holiday. They seme to go out their way for Russians rather than English ( my personal experience) Overall just not a nice experience here, we will not be returning to this hotel and really wish we went with another hotel. We were sold on this being 5 star plus with decent cocktails and entertainment etc. Please please don't go off the 5 star reviews, we are not a high maintenance family so if you're anything like us this hotel isn't for you, save your money and do thorough research. Side itselfnis a beautiful place, and we will be returning but to a different hotel.

2nd time here as we were wowed last year and we seldom return to the same place, this time I didn't think it could get any better but it was, All staff went above and beyond, very attentive, polite, efficient and smiley as previous, the spa is still excellent, pools amazing, loved the bus down to the beach which you never have to wait long for. Beach is beautiful. Side is full of historical sites with superb places to eat and drink. Hotel food is delicious with loads of variety. I think it was better as the staff remembered us and met us like old friends really making a fuss of us, we felt like royalty. I really enjoyed the disco after the main entertainment finished as enjoy a good dance. We will be returning next year. Thank you to all staff at Arnor you are doing an amazing job

We stayed at Arnor Deluxe Hotel Side for 10 nights from the 4th of October 2025 nearly at the end of our holiday as a party of six, each in separate rooms around the hotel. On arrival, the hotel looks very grand and impressive — unfortunately, that’s where the positives stop. The hotel is huge inside but lacks usable outdoor space for its size, with lots of wasted areas. Noise is a major issue — rooms are poorly insulated, and no matter where you stay, you won’t get to sleep before 1 a.m.. The main lobby bar sound travels up through the hotel, and the balcony doors have gaps, letting all the noise in. Pool-view rooms overlook the outdoor lobby and sit right next to the night disco, so quiet rooms simply don’t exist here. If you face the outside there is a local bar that plays music until 5am and the hotel can’t do anything about it advised they are at war with them! Food is very average with breakfast being the best meal of the day, check chicken it was served raw put on top of cooked chicken with poor-quality drinks to match. Staff make cocktails by shaking two plastic cups together and often slam drinks down without care. Branded drinks are non-existent, and even basic items like juices, smoothies, popcorn, the kids club, pool tables, and arcade games all cost extra. Some guests received free beach bags — others were told they had to pay. There’s also a clear language barrier, and being polite doesn’t seem to help much. No poolside drink service, and during lunch or dinner you’ll be lucky to be offered even water. The entertainment team is unengaged, and there’s very little to do despite claims of a “busy program.” The music around the pool is on repeat — everything from heavy metal to the Macarena played nonstop. The beach was the best part — the drinks there (limited to coke, beer, and water) were better, the atmosphere was calmer, and the shuttle every 10 minutes was a nice touch. Still, it’s a bit tired and could use some updating. Room cleaning was inconsistent — floors often unswept and water not restocked. A serious warning: three of our group had money taken from their rooms. Even if it was thought to be a tip, money left inside a drawer should never be touched. Very limited in nice staff. I’ve been visiting Side for over 10 years and stayed in many hotels — if this were my first visit, it would have put me off coming back to Turkey entirely. This hotel oversells itself on every level, is very expensive for what it is, and looks like a 5-star from the outside but delivers only 3 stars, 4 at best. Total over sold this hotel and they need to change how they advertise this hotel as it is all lies. Would not return and would not recommend.

I dont usually write reviews however very disappointed... bedroom walls are paper thin, could hear next room snoring , alarm , talking, toilet flushing etc. . Cocktails premixed and served in a thick high glass 😞 Bar staff miserable, said yes then slam drink down.. Adult only area had babies when approached reception said their only babies 👶 I went to that area for quiet not to hear babies cry. Food repepative , slushy. Would rate a 3 star and wouldn't return .

ARNOR Deluxe Hotel & Spa, Side, Turkey ***** Our Worst Holiday Ever! 15th September 2025 – Duration 9 Days. First Impression A lovely looking Hotel. Well decorated, lots of marble, and with a Pool, SPA and Beach via a private bus. Late Arrival Food Don’t expect anything great after a long day of traveling. Just a few leftovers from dinner that evening. The Room We paid for a pool view upgrade. Nice enough but the sink was in the bedroom. Weird! The Beach Hard to fault really. Nice bar, loungers, toilets etc. Staff polite and helpful. The Hotal Staff This falls into 2 camps. The general staff were great (as with the beach), always a smile, polite and helpful. The Bar Managers were a different beast. They seem to hate the Brits. We were always being bypassed in the bar queue and never offered a top up. Not just us but many Brits experienced the same. So, I hear you say why such a bad holiday? Well, it all started at our free A La Carte meal on day 4. There were 3 restaurants on offer. We decided on the Steakhouse. I choose the Burger (Big Mistake) and my wife had the lamb rack. Again, very nice surroundings, beautifully presented. The meal arrived but after a few bites I realised that my burger was cold and uncooked. The Manager was very apologetic and swiftly removed my meal. 5 minutes later a new meal arrived and we continued. An hour later while watching the evening show, I began to feel unwell. Then, the stomach cramps kicked in. Then the full Montezuma’s revenge. The next few days were spent uncomfortable in the hotel room. My wife making several trips to the local pharmacy for remedies. By Day 7, I was very unwell. We visited the Hotel Doctor who prescribed Antibiotics, Prebiotics and Electrolyte supplements to get my fluid levels back. I tried eating but something in the back of your mind says don’t eat more of the same food that poisoned you in the first place. My wife lived off McDonalds. I tried to contact the local Jet2 representative but apart from the initial day 1 – let’s sell you some trips, you never see them. We didn’t have a local contact number. Eventually, after using the Jet2 App for 2 hours, I was able to contact someone in the UK who passed my details onto the local Jet2 representative. At this point it is Day12 and time to go home. The Jet2 representative sent me a text. “We might not let you fly home. You still have symptoms and are not fit to fly. You need a fit to fly certificate.” This was the scariest part. What do we do now? We are being picked up in 2 hours. After a bit of Googling and a very accommodating Turkish doctor, we were issued with a certificate and started out journey home. We are back now, and I am starting to feel a bit better. Would we stay at this hotel again? Never Would we recommend this hotel? Never Will we be using Jet2 again? We’ll wait and see. The only positive is that I lost 1st 4lbs in weight. All for £4000. Thanks

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. It's brand new, the rooms and grounds are in good condition, the staff really tries to make guests feel comfortable. I recommend visiting the spa, the massage therapist Kemal is beyond praise. The animation team at Burcu Fatih Esra is just super! Always cheerful, they do zumba, darts, and aqua gymnastics. They are the best, it's always a lot of fun by the pool and in the lounge bar. The bartender Ali is very welcoming. We will come here again and recommend it to friends!
