Many thanks to Service Manager Sedat Bey, who worked hard for us to have a good vacation with his attention and smile in the mornings. As for food and drinks, it's one of the best in the area with exceptional flavors

Serenity's welcoming process is very nice from the start, with fast registration procedures and champagne treats like Dom Perignon, making you feel like you're having a premium vacation experience

I'd like to mention the friends who caught my attention. Özkan Çelik was friendly, natural, and gave confidence with his energy from the moment we checked in, making our vacation more colorful

Great beach facility with plenty of beds plus a pier with a bar covering all tastes Pools were plentiful if a little cool. Staff were curtious and attentive had good English and just about always sorted any issues

The 24/7 restaurant is a real world cuisine stop. The pastries at the Sunday buffet were amazing, our favorite being the cheesecake. We really thank and congratulate Ali Usta

The Estela 24 hrs A la carte is very good and Eyup, our waiter really took care of us on each visit. We loved the Fuego A la carte as well waiters and the chef who prepared our food provided great entertainment

Staff were friendly and helpful Food is generally good and plentiful-you won't go hungry Bars (lobby, pool, beach) drinks are good including named brands Main pool is of a good size and there were plenty of sunbeds (bear in mind it was October and not August) The slide is fun at the main pool but not always open

There is a 24 hour restaurant a patisserie a pancake stall and pool and beach bar foe drinks. !!! The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and as for the beach. The gardens are beautiful and if you like cats

In my opinion it is a decent 4 star hotel and not a 5 star hotel. I was told that the company only took over the hotel in January 2025 and they are in the process of updating the rooms, but I can't verify this either way

I have travelled to Turkey on many occasions and stayed at some fantastic hotels. The Selectum Collection doesn't quite live up to these, but to be fair it is a nice hotel and well worth a trip if the price is right

It is situated in quite a remote place, but there are regular buses for 70 TL into Bodrum. Although Turgutreis is nearer and in my opinion a bit nicer than Bodrum, there are only limited buses which is a shame

There were morning exercises, beach volleyball, and small evening shows. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy with some pebbles, and the entrance to the water is comfortable

There are enough sunbeds, though if you come around noon, you might need to look for a free spot. The staff are polite and helpful, especially at the reception. Wi-Fi is weak, so it’s better to get a local SIM card

Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression — a peaceful, family-friendly place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Perfect for those who just want the sea, sun, and tranquility

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. The pool area was lively and fun, and there were plenty of activities throughout the day

For desserts, there were Turkish sweets and pastries. The alcohol is local and standard quality. Animation in October is not as active as in the summer, but for those who prefer a calm atmosphere, that’s actually a plus

The hotel grounds are green, well-maintained, and compact – everything is close by, no need to walk far. The garden and palm trees along the paths create a very nice atmosphere

One of the best hotels I've visited. I was there with a 7-month-old baby and except classic kitchen there is a kitchen for toddlers, so the baby was eating everything because the choice of meals for toddlers was "rich"

I was staying at this hotel for 10 days in September with my wife and daughter. The service is great - no need to care about anything. You can focus on having a good time and hotel personnel takes care about the rest

Then follows the show program of a very good quality. The hotel daily routine, sports and leisure activities as well as great food and relaxing atmosphere makes it a great place to spend your holidays with kids

Housekeeping was done daily — everything was neat and tidy. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist. We especially appreciated the reception service — fast, professional, and with a smile

The hotels offers a variety of activities for kids and adults, which adds to the good atmosphere. The staff engaged in the activities is very friendly and motivated. It feels you play with your friends

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had only positive impressions! The property is cozy and clean, with great attention to detail. The room was bright, spacious, and had a beautiful view

The only downside was there was a lot of construction work going on at nearby hotels which is obviously not the hotels fault, my mum found it quite noisy near her room but she explained at reception and they were happy to move her to another room which was a lot quieter and she was much happier

Hotel is good, very nice location. Staff are excellent and really helpful. Mini club every evening is really good. Animation teamare fun especially Resul Ugur animation chef is a legend.

Food was lovely, different options each day and something for everyone

They did a big inflatable assault course on the Tuesday and a foam party on the Friday. The water park was ok just 4 slides but a nice extra to have

All around the hotel are fridges stocked with bottles of cold water. Pool… Pool was great, always monitored by the life guard

Then there was “tea time” at the pool bar 16:30 to 17:30 so lots on offer throughout the day. There are 3 a la carte restaurants but you only get to dine in 1 if staying fewer than 14 nights

There was the poolside snack bar open from 12:30 to 15:30, where they also had a lady making flatbreads Ice cream from 2-5 Beach bar also did food and had flatbreads made to order

4m throughout so I don’t think this is terribly great for smaller children it could have had a more shallow end. There is a separate toddler pool

Drinks… my main issue was serving them in boiling hot glasses/cups straight from the dishwasher, I understand sometimes this is unavoidable but they didn’t seem to rotate them to avoid this, it was extremely hot with temperatures hitting 46 while we were there and they were quite stingey with the ice if they decided to give any at all, often had to ask

I suggest you read the whole review here since we had an accident during our holiday. On one of the first days, my wife and son went from the yellow slide as can be seen on the advertised hotel pictures

The rooms are wonderful, spacious and clean. The food is excellent and delicious, and all the staff are very good – the waiters, the animation team, the fitness center, the gym – everyone is helpful

The reception could be more friendly, one or two of them are quite rude, however, just do your check in and go to see the others around the hotel, they are great! The team at the upstairs bar opposite the reception is Outstanding

You slide of this on a rubber band. A lifeguard at the top of the slide decides when to release you and then pushes you down the slide

I would like to complement and recomend the hotel to anyone that is looking for a good place to stay in Side. I would like to start mentioning the staff

The SPA is lovely, clean and the indoor swimming pool is warm and very clean. The outdoor area is amazing and just at the beach that you can walk all the way to the old Town if you have time and energy

Very nice vacation. The Hotel is very nice and clean. The food and drinking options are perfect, you can find something for every taste. And especially the Zumba Class of Irem worths a view.

The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The gym has 3 treadmills, dumbbells, several excercisers, elliptical trainers. The hotel offers indoor pool and sauna area

Rooms in Azura is clean cant say anything bad about the room everything worked and water/soft drinks always got refiled. So conclusion worth? yes! would i come back? yes! for reasonable price

The room was cleaned daily, but towels were sometimes not replaced unless we reminded the staff. The minibar was restocked only with water, and the glasses and coffee cups were often dirty or stained

We met friendly staff throughout the hotel, restaurant - plenty of food, tasty, very diverse, with a different themed evening every night

The trip there went smoothly in a decent, air-conditioned car. But everything fell apart on the way back. Since we didn’t have mobile internet in Turkey, we called them and waited at a nearby café

The food was disappointing — cold, bland, and the bread was stale. I wouldn't recommend the coffee either; it tasted terrible. As for Denis Rent a Car, I strongly advise never using their service

The hotel room was comfortable, with a good bed and functioning air conditioner. However, loud music played until midnight every night, which made it hard to rest

When booking, they clearly told us that the driver would drop us off and later return to the same spot to pick us up — we just had to call 30 minutes in advance

The sandy beach is clean, pleasant, and equipped with very comfortable sunbeds

The entertainment is top-notch, with plenty of activities organized by the animators throughout the day and in the evenings The only downside was one of the animators, a girl with long black hair, who persistently pressured us to buy bingo tickets from her rather than from the other animators

We were very impressed with the hotel: the resort is compact and well designed, the food is delicious and varied, which is very important to us, the alcoholic beverages are of good quality, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable (we stayed in a family room)

We have just returned from the Diamond Excellence Resort, and we truly loved our stay! As we travel to Turkey twice a year and have stayed in many 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that this one is definitely among the best

It’s always a real pleasure when a staff member remembers guests and their drink preferences among so many visitors, it makes the holiday experience even more enjoyable

We would also like to thank Eray, the nightclub bartender, who showed exemplary calm and professionalism when an incident occurred with our electronic cigarette

Animation team was great and we enjoyed the daily Bingo game at 5pm! And we really have to mention all the staff, people at the reception, the housekeeping staff, the waiters, everyone makes an effort to give the guests the best holiday

My wife and I spent 10 nights in Cornelia and were absolutely amazed! We had a wonderful time, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We particularly want to thank "Mustafa Chef" (the restaurant manager)

Excellent hotel and brilliant staff too help you with all your needs. Plenty of space for all the family 👪 ❤, swimming pools too.

3 pools outside,we went down for beds between 0830-0900 and got beds no bother , we liked the grassed area the best

The staff member there was very rude and seemed to dislike her job. This does not align with the otherwise excellent service and should not be part of the experience

The reason i hesitated to give it 5 stars was because of small issues we had, for example the bathroom door was mad out of frosted glass and not a solid door as we saw in the pictures or because of the bizarre cleaning schedule that would wake me up at around 5 AM because of the noise of the machine they were using to scrub the walk ways

Great location, great private beach and amazing entertainment staff! Sam and Donny were hilarious and such great individuals

The entertainment could also be improved, as it wasn’t always the most engaging in the evenings. That said, the facilities, pool area, and relaxing environment more than made up for it, and it’s a great place to unwind

The staff were always friendly and helpful, which really added to the stay. The food was generally tasty and there was always plenty to choose from, though I did find it a little repetitive after a few days

I recently stayed at the Grand Pasa Hotel and overall had a lovely experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere

All in all, the Grand Pasa Hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially for those who want to relax in a clean, welcoming environment

Easy check in and great that everything is all inclusive so we could enjoy amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets with a stop at the patisserie shop which had beautiful made cakes, sweets and ice cream

Corendon Playa Kemer is right on the beach overlooking the Mediterranean Sea with the Beydağları Sahil National Park behind the hotel. We were met at the airport and the journey took about 45 mins

We enjoyed the spa with Steam and sauna rooms and relaxation room after our Turkish massage. Nightly entertainment and music till midnight makes this a fun stay and friendly party atmosphere

I emailed a month in advance for a birthday and they decorated the room and left a cake and wine. The only annoying thing was the constant music throughout the day which was on a loop

It was 70-80TL for two people. The bus stops lit a bit further than hotel. And both times we were lucky to wait only a few minutes. Overall it’s a good place to relax and enjoy the time spending with your love ones

Short vacation (one week în the middle of October), but looking for longer one. Nice place to stay, big green space around, not so crowdy at this moment, but the weather and water temperature were really good

⸻ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Sunis! Everything was perfect – from the services to the atmosphere, every detail was outstanding

However, it was a bit difficult to find a sunbed by the pool. The animation team was great, especially Onur, who was very friendly. The Mister Competition show was very entertaining

I am with my partner and it was a good time in hotel and we make beach party I saw in my life best dj DJ Hakkan It was good organisation And of course after show Good music we dance And Best alcohol So generally we enjoyed our holiday

We tried using the steps to access one pool on one occasion, but the steps were so large that we are still dealing with pain from trying to get back out. There was a chair lift the inside pool but told it was unusable

But most of the stuff don't speak even English, not talking about other languages. Had to explain several minutes by gestures that i wanted coffee with milk, not water

Before booking, we specifically checked that the hotel was wheelchair accessible, and while the grounds technically are, there was no access to either pool

This was meant to be a summer holiday, and not being able to use the pool was extremely disappointing

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Entertainment is a bit sparse but it is the end of the season (October) I would recommend this hotel for families with children or people who like the quieter holiday

There is a fantastic selection of food for all tastes and plenty of choices for fussy kids. Down side was our late flight and only tripe soup as a choice so would advise to pack sandwiches for late arrivals

The room was clean, had ample wardrobe space and included tea & coffee making facilities and a free mini bar that was replenished every day with cans of Pepsi, fizzy orange, 7up and water

Lunches and dinners were served also for a good amount of time and included a large variety of different choices, evening meals seemed to be themed and we enjoyed Turkish, Asian & seafood on these different evenings

We particularly enjoyed being able to cut a piece off a huge honeycomb every day to put in our yoghurt and cereal. If you don’t like beeswax there was also honey in a bowl you could choose instead

When we first arrived at the hotel at 1:00am we were greeted by polite and friendly staff who checked us in and took us (and our suitcases) to our room

We were pleased to be notified that the oasis restaurant downstairs was open and we were able to go get something to eat after our long day travelling

There were very limited options but I definitely have no complaints about that as we were just happy to not have to go to bed on an empty stomach

Under no circumstances should you go to factories!!! (leather, textile) a waste of time! I also do not recommend visiting the shopping center, especially the pharmacy (promotional drugs are almost out of date) located near the neighboring hotel (from the main exit to the left to the corner and to the right) - prices are twice as high as in the neighboring shopping center

Amazing family holiday at Aydinbey Hotel We had an amazing time in Aydinbey hotel. Hotel room was big enough for a family with two kids. Pools, water slides and sea were fantastic

The pools were lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds - although people did start reserving them very early on in the morning

Safeguards made us feel safe while my kids are in the water. Cleanliness was great! Rooms and other areas were cleaned regularly. There were plenty of food options, most of them were delicious

The pool area was kept exceptionally clean by the staff, they work so hard! The entertainment team were very nice and friendly. There were activities throughout the day and a kids club

Firstly, the facilities were fantastic! The kids (and adults) loved the slides and were kept amused from dawn until dusk. Pools were warm; well managed and well kept

Despite the hotel being full, it never felt busy and there were always beds available. Of course there was your morning sunbed wars but you have to expect this wherever you go. We even noticed lots of spaces available

There was a ‘poo’ incident in one of the pools on one of the days and the staff were quick to act and opened the pool as quickly as they could

Lunch around pool and beach area was the same every day with one dish changed. Drinks not the greatest either really, alcohol was pretty basic

Secondly, Husky and Azat from the entertainment team were one of our highlights. Two wonderful, happy and friendly guys who my children came to adore and would seek out. They made us all feel so welcomed and valuable

The Turkish spa experience was one to remember. My little one loved the playground. Unfortunately, he didn’t want to stay in kids club but this seemed well run

A good hotel. Not far from Side and Manavgat. Good food. High-quality entertainment. The entrance to the sea was a bit of a letdown: although it's concrete, be careful of your feet when entering the water!

We stayed for a week with my daughter and really enjoyed. The comfort room for one was big enough for the two of us. It had a nice view to the pool area and we could see the sea

The hotel was nice and the staff friendly enough. The main language was obviously German and so was the majority of the people staying in the hotel, but we did manage fine with English and it didn’t bother us

Drink bar is open from 6:00-00:00 And the food bar including All types of melon, orange, peach, plums, chocolate chip cookies muffins and Turkish pancakes opens 12:00-17:00

The food was tasty and the were plenty of options to choose from. If you want to book a table to the a la carte -restaurant I recommend to do it right away after arrival

We were too late to get a table, but that didn’t really bother us in the end. We went to the beach a couple of times, it’s near and also they provide free shuttle service

The hotel grounds are well maintained, with clean pools and a lovely beach, ideal for a relaxing holiday

The food deserves special praise — an impressive variety of dishes, fresh fruits, seafood, and traditional Turkish desserts, all beautifully presented and delicious

Next - we had a room with pool view and everything was perfect! I liked live music and the artists every evening. All the programs they have on 29 October was amazing!

A stay at Castival Hotel Side (Manavgat, Turkey) exceeded all expectations! It’s a perfect combination of luxury, style, and genuine Turkish hospitality

It was one of the most enjoyable hotels I’ve stayed at in Antalya. The pool area was very large and extremely clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly

Food was great, especially having coffee by the pool in the morning was wonderful. It’s definitely a place that I would love to come back to
