Great hotel with good facilities and large rooms. a huge pool as well as sauna and steam bath, the receptionist Ayberk was very friendly and helpful, I recommend this place

Only thing that could be improved is better functioning AC (system worked, but would constantly turn off e. Gym / pool / spa are world class for a hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Turkey for nose surgery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. Front desk staff are always ready to help you

Probably the best Marriott on the Asian side of istanbul. I am ambassador member with Marriott and enjoyed the club lounge, great breakfast and great service. Gym is equipped with world class equipment

One of them, which I believe is Watergarden Istanbul, features a fantastic musical fountain and fire show that runs every hour on the hour after 8 PM, lasting for about three songs

The hotel was brilliant and the Hotel Manager Hakan was absolutely fantastic

We had a hiccup with the room on the first night and he made sure we had a wonderful holiday by checking in regularly, and even helping with the restaurant bookings to make our holiday so memorable

There was a small minority of staff who seemed to prefer the German Guests and could be quite rude at times. Overall this is a lovely hotel with very good service, the cleanliness of the hotel cannot be faulted

Workers are friendly. The foods are great. The room is clean everyday new towels. The roombar is everyday filled in. The surroundings are good. The hammam and massages are fantastic. Its 10/10.

Dilan on Guest Relations was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a lovely holiday We found the majority of staff very welcoming and they provided a very good level of customer service

I stayed at this hotel with my two sisters for 17 days in September 2025. Our special requests prior to arrival were all met to our satisfaction so cannot fault attention to detail

The only complaint I have was the wifi, it doesnt work in the rooms, that made my stay uncomfortable as I needed to pay a lot of money for data in my country

There is one (!!) type of sliced cheese that is cut into 6 different varieties and served on 6 different plates to give the impression of a large selection (see pictures). This cheese is terribly tasteless

We had an amazing holiday here. The Hotel is beautiful, extra clean, plenty of food choices even for the picky eaters. Also the beach bar was super nice, the team is also very cute

There was never any more choice. If you like cheese, this is not the place for you. The sausage is also not worthy of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is rather disappointing for a German palate

The beach with its own sun loungers and the beach bar right next to it are great. When it comes to food, things get tricky. Every meal has some tasty items, but also some really bad ones

The building is new and impressive, the rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. The waiters mix very good cocktails with proper proportions

I can speak 4 languages and my mother language is Turkish, at restaurant hasan the waiter showed up and did not asker for permission he said i am going to chare beer on your table your friend brought you wine glass bla bla

The staff were very attentive, especially Chef Murat, who was very kind and caring towards the guests. Although the food variety was not huge, the price-quality-performance balance was quite satisfying

But what truly sets this place apart is the staff especially Ahmed and Ozge. Every single person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed

the view is amazing like there is everything. 2 swimming pools and a small one. the food is so delicious especially the chicken sandwich. i will absolutely come again with more many friends! İ recommend it !✨✨

Rooms are dirty even after cleaning, food is uneatable, very bad english on the reception,. only positive impression was saunas, gym and the pool. You have excellent food across the street at the gas station

I had to climb and go down stairs to get to the pool and tye beach with my baby stroller. No wheelchair facilities available. I asked for a baby chair almost every day during my stay, but no response

Very professional and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast but disappointed with the thermal pools. Small and with no natural light. Felt very claustrophobic especially when they got crowded.

The hotel is a little older than other hotels in the surrounding area, but the facilities inside are new, relatively clean and refreshing, and the air conditioning is powerful

The breakfast is rich and there is underground parking space. It is very close to surrounding stores and highways. There are also some places to eat within walking distance

Luxury apartments you can find only this girl. I have not found anything better. Comfortable beds, bedding, iron, washing machine and dishwasher - everything is there

Visited the emre 2 times and is always amazing,staff are super pleasant and will always have a joke with you, aisa and Fatma was super kind to us and made our stay a lot better! Would recommend coming here as it’s a very enjoyable hotel to stay at!

Food and drinks are amazing and you can always find something to eat from the huge selection. Visited the hairdressers on site and have had one of the best blow dries and hair styled with beautiful loose curls

We didn't stay at Emre this year, after 7 years but we do still go back to visit Omar the hairdresser in the hotel. He is the best in Turkey and his bouncy blow dries are out of this world

Currently staying in the hotel now and it is a lovely hotel. We are currently staying in the Annex in a suite and have a huge balcony with sunloungers and table and chairs

We are a party of 3 and it was very reasonable priced and well worth the money and we all came away feeling like a million dollars!! Very friendly and welcoming and very handsome!!! 🤣🤣

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the garden from our balcony was splendid

The food spread was also quite tasty. The kids loved the pool while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the beach area. The staff was extremely friendly and went so far as to make sure we had a great time

The lunch a la carte is better however, so if you're chilling by the pool and want a long lunch, you'll be well fed, well accommodated and have a view to die for

Our favourite watering hole was the Corner Bar - especially as we watched the Lionesses win the Euros there!!! Our only negative points for the resort were: More sun beds & parasols please around the pool

🥰 Mehmet especially took excellent care of us. When we visted in June 2025 the hotel wasn't too busy which for us was perfect. To say we relaxed throughout our stay is an understatement

We where given a room that quite honestly had the best view of anywhere we've ever stayed and considering what we paided was an absolute steal

The hotel after the flood. Nowhere is it noted that the outdoor and indoor pools are under renovation. In fact, only the thermal pool is available.

Many people only come to use the thermal pool from outside the hotel that makes it noisy and over crowded especially at the weekends

The staff at the reception is not very helpful and doesn't answer the questions in a friendly way. They denied the late checkout request even when the day after was Monday. Overall it's not worth staying there again

- the bed is not a single king size, but two single beds connected - not a summer blanket, but some kind of "towel", it gets cold under the air conditioner, and there is nothing to warm up with

It is seems like 5 star hotel but it was not great facilities. The location is not brilliant and it is next to main road. There is no proper parking places so i parked road side. Food was not bad and just about

On the beach there are not enough sunbeds for all of the guests. You need to reserve them early in the morning to be on the beach the whole time. The pool with slides works only from 10 to 12 and 14-16

Employees are very pleasant and they do what you ask, but you need to ask for towels, toilet paper, to make your room. But I must say that all of them are nice and polite. There is also a variety of food for each meal

The staff in the restaurants, the bars and the cafées, they all give the guests big honest smiles and they always make sure you are enjoying. The staff is kind, sweet, happy, polite, service minded and super friendly

The hotel is located near our favorite street and of course shopping stores On the roof of the hotel is located our favorite restaurant Hamdi. The room is nice, and wide, and looks to a beautiful view

Most modern hotels have a clock or lamp with USB charger, my room didn't have one and I had to buy a European wall charger for my phone, not a big problem, everything else about the hotel was great and I recommend it

The hotel is in a perfect central location, only a 7–8 minute walk from the metro station. Even though it’s situated in a bustling part of the city, the hotel manages to stay peaceful and quiet inside

We made friends with other UK/Turkish families. We ate and drank well all week. Location: We went to Land of Legends theme park and there was lots to do - water slides and rollercoasters! (Children age only up to 11yrs)

They have free evening shows that were very pretty. The private transfer was easy and only approx. Maya World we highly recommend for a family with children - snooker, ping pong, table football, x4 fun slides

I spent pleaser times with my family here. Rooms were clean and staffs were polite and friendly. Foods were delicious. Roofed pool was small but Turkish bath was pleasant.

Room: the safe box and air con worked well. Good space for 2 adults with mini fridge and outdoor swimsuit drying space. We used our own portable speaker to play downloads of music / podcasts

Service: absolutely 5 stars - all restaurant/bar staff were very helpful and friendly. It didn’t matter about language barriers too much

The hotel provides the option of half board with dinner included. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style and are rich and varied. The hotel has its own parking lot. We used the indoor pool which we enjoyed

If you plan to relax as much as possible then this hottel is the best choice. I stayed with my family just 2 days but it was not enough. We all liked atmosphere with big garden, indoor and outdoor pools
