Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The hotel has an excellent location, especially if you plan to use public transportation – the metro station is right next to the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious

The room was very nice & comfortable. They provided cute slippers that I appreciated. The shower pressure and temperature were also nice. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection and was so delicious

The hotel itself is very clean, beautifully decorated and the staff were all so kind and friendly. Our room faced east so the sunrise was beautiful and the call to prayer at 6am was also a suprised treat

The service is of a very high standard, with extremely polite and friendly staff. Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasant, making it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing SPA holiday or a weekend getaway

The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, with everything necessary provided. I also visited the spa at Wish More — it was an excellent experience, everything was well organized and very pleasant

When we left 3 years ago ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In July we will go for the second time, I hope everything will be as before. Hope it opens

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, amazing food

We then realised that despite it stating no towels on loungers around the pool till after 7am that that doesn't happen and seemingly people go out very early indeed

The pool bar area is lovely and you can help yourself to bottled water whenever you like. The drinks are strong and there is a huge range :) the food at the pool bar is lovely if you dont fancy the buffet for lunch

So naturally we joined the party and my partner would go down at 6. 30am and loads of loungers were already gone. The pool area is immaculate, plenty of loungers and umbrellas available

You can help yourself to cornettos too :) Staff are very friendly. I will be honest that this hotel and seemingly the area is predominantly German and Russian tourists and not many English are around

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly, make sure to ask for Awatif at the reception, she is arabic speaker and communication is much easier when she is around,also Thanks to Mahmoud at the terrace for the amazing hospitality everytime we are there for shisha and complimentary tea

I would like to give special recognition to EMİR for his outstanding service. He was extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a genuine smile

Location is 10/10 For me the best hotel in Trabzon Breakfast is very good The staff all are friendly and helpful Excellent place to relax with sea waves 🌊 I love the terrace Next time i will stay here again and again

Staff were very welcoming and offered a lot of complementary drinks and kuymak which is the traditional food for Trabzon. The only problem was the dim lighting in the room but I guess it was to make it quiet

I would firstly like to start from arriving. As I entered the hotel security showed me precisely where reception is. Entering an environment of neatly and cleanliness I spoke to the very helpful and friendly Irem

I've found the same positive qualities in their staff and surroundings as the rest I've mentioned earlier about the hotel. When it came to the food itself it was presented great, spacious and no overcrowding

Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe is just a minute’s walk from Mimar Sinan Underground station. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

Everything is thoughtfully designed from the spacious seating to the beautifully presented buffet making it the perfect spot for a slow, indulgent meal or a stylish business catch-up

From reception all along into my room you feel the presence of everything is being taken care off by staff. Now remember that their first language isn't English, neither is mine

Good condition but not friendly reception staff The reception staff was not very friendly. The staff who brought the towels and the parking attendants were very friendly

We have organized a workshop there with a huge number of participants, everything was very smooth, service was great

It's not the first time I've stayed at the Divan in gaziantep and it's always on top

The attention to detail and the quality of service are exceptional at the Divan hotels - and here in Gaziantep we have one of the best! Every single member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting were wonderful and very accommodating

But the thing that gratifies me the most is finding a handwritten note in the room for a good stay, I travel to many hotels and I find this ticket only here. A truly unique and pleasant attention

If your a gym person then it definitely has a exceptional gym to workout. Valet parking free We done a late checkout and they were very helpful with that also. So for me hands down 5 star treatment 🙏🏾

The hotel for this money is perfect for family. the see is near and you have a beautiful pool. The personal is nice and the cleaning service in roms are perfect

We had a great fun staying at rhe Holdayn Grand Resort Hotel. The staff was friendly and smiling. Most of them had bearly no time to say hi, but the service was trully amazing

Every serving there was something mouth watering. The rooms are spacious and clean. Kids have plenty of food to choose from and many activities. The beach was clean and under bay-watch supervision

The room was quite large and clean, but the curtains were broken. The front desk service was also good. The cookies given upon check-in were delicious, and I even asked for one when I checked out

😊 If you can't get a taxi elsewhere, ask the front desk to help you call one. You can watch the beautiful sunrise while lying down in the room. 🌅 But the price is a bit high

The only upscale hotel in Manisa, from the cleanliness of the room to the location and breakfast, it is good. If the budget is enough, you can definitely choose this one

Very nice attention and comfort, the only negative aspect is that the mini fridge does not cool enough, our drinks and ice creams warmed up and melted.

The stay was very good! Also Mertcan help me with luggages and accommodating me to the room, very efficient staff.

I hadn't gone in the evening before that thinking I would go to the swimming pool in the morning before going but that wasn't the case. The food, room and view were nice

Probably the best Marriott on the Asian side of istanbul. I am ambassador member with Marriott and enjoyed the club lounge, great breakfast and great service. Gym is equipped with world class equipment

One of them, which I believe is Watergarden Istanbul, features a fantastic musical fountain and fire show that runs every hour on the hour after 8 PM, lasting for about three songs

The only complaint I have was the wifi, it doesnt work in the rooms, that made my stay uncomfortable as I needed to pay a lot of money for data in my country

There is one (!!) type of sliced cheese that is cut into 6 different varieties and served on 6 different plates to give the impression of a large selection (see pictures). This cheese is terribly tasteless

We had an amazing holiday here. The Hotel is beautiful, extra clean, plenty of food choices even for the picky eaters. Also the beach bar was super nice, the team is also very cute

There was never any more choice. If you like cheese, this is not the place for you. The sausage is also not worthy of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is rather disappointing for a German palate

The beach with its own sun loungers and the beach bar right next to it are great. When it comes to food, things get tricky. Every meal has some tasty items, but also some really bad ones

The building is new and impressive, the rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. The waiters mix very good cocktails with proper proportions

The hotel was brilliant and the Hotel Manager Hakan was absolutely fantastic

We had a hiccup with the room on the first night and he made sure we had a wonderful holiday by checking in regularly, and even helping with the restaurant bookings to make our holiday so memorable

There was a small minority of staff who seemed to prefer the German Guests and could be quite rude at times. Overall this is a lovely hotel with very good service, the cleanliness of the hotel cannot be faulted

Workers are friendly. The foods are great. The room is clean everyday new towels. The roombar is everyday filled in. The surroundings are good. The hammam and massages are fantastic. Its 10/10.

Dilan on Guest Relations was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a lovely holiday We found the majority of staff very welcoming and they provided a very good level of customer service

I stayed at this hotel with my two sisters for 17 days in September 2025. Our special requests prior to arrival were all met to our satisfaction so cannot fault attention to detail

The outdoor pools were quite cold ( between 7-14 october)and the weather wasn’t perfect — around 22°C during the day and two rainy days. Luckily, the indoor pool was warm and perfect for relaxing or swimming

The beach nearby is sandy and sparkly, with plenty of sunbeds and shade. The garden around the hotel is beautiful and green, creating a peaceful atmosphere

In September, we spent 10 days at Richmond Ephesus Resort. This was our third time staying at this resort, and I can compare it to our previous stays. As always, the staff at the reception were very welcoming

The gym was open, clean, and well equipped — a big plus. The hotel itself was clean but clearly a bit worn out. There are three bars offering drinks, cocktails, and snacks between lunch and dinner

You can reach Kuşadası only by dolmuş (minibus), about 15 minutes away, costing around €2 one way. 5/10 Good value for money and great for families looking for a calm, relaxing stay

We stayed at Garcia Hotel between August 20-23 with my family. The rooms were spacious and ideal for families. The bathroom was a bit old, but still acceptable in terms of comfort

I can speak 4 languages and my mother language is Turkish, at restaurant hasan the waiter showed up and did not asker for permission he said i am going to chare beer on your table your friend brought you wine glass bla bla

The staff were very attentive, especially Chef Murat, who was very kind and caring towards the guests. Although the food variety was not huge, the price-quality-performance balance was quite satisfying

But what truly sets this place apart is the staff especially Ahmed and Ozge. Every single person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed

Rooms are dirty even after cleaning, food is uneatable, very bad english on the reception,. only positive impression was saunas, gym and the pool. You have excellent food across the street at the gas station

I had to climb and go down stairs to get to the pool and tye beach with my baby stroller. No wheelchair facilities available. I asked for a baby chair almost every day during my stay, but no response

The hotel is a little older than other hotels in the surrounding area, but the facilities inside are new, relatively clean and refreshing, and the air conditioning is powerful

The breakfast is rich and there is underground parking space. It is very close to surrounding stores and highways. There are also some places to eat within walking distance

Luxury apartments you can find only this girl. I have not found anything better. Comfortable beds, bedding, iron, washing machine and dishwasher - everything is there

Visited the emre 2 times and is always amazing,staff are super pleasant and will always have a joke with you, aisa and Fatma was super kind to us and made our stay a lot better! Would recommend coming here as it’s a very enjoyable hotel to stay at!

Food and drinks are amazing and you can always find something to eat from the huge selection. Visited the hairdressers on site and have had one of the best blow dries and hair styled with beautiful loose curls

We didn't stay at Emre this year, after 7 years but we do still go back to visit Omar the hairdresser in the hotel. He is the best in Turkey and his bouncy blow dries are out of this world

Currently staying in the hotel now and it is a lovely hotel. We are currently staying in the Annex in a suite and have a huge balcony with sunloungers and table and chairs

We are a party of 3 and it was very reasonable priced and well worth the money and we all came away feeling like a million dollars!! Very friendly and welcoming and very handsome!!! 🤣🤣

The lady boss enthusiastically took me to exchange money, which saved me from the embarrassment of taxis that only accept cash. There are people nearby who come to travel and see hot air balloons

She was very helpful and always looked for what suited us best. I don’t recall ever needing her assistance and not finding her there. I wish her all the best and hope she continues with this kind spirit and dedication

4-When serving food they don't listen to your requests well. 5-Room cleaners do not complete missing items such as towels, slippers, and ear clean

The property was very quiet. Not too many guests. I guess it could be the low season.

The restaurant environment of the hotel is also good👌
