The rooms were clean and detailed and their activities were great. Pool Party or Gala / Hollywood Party or Pool Games, everything was well prepared and I enjoyed every evening

We here 3rd time in Delphin hotels and we love our holiday staying with family. We will stay more times in Delphin hotels,here best service,cleaning,food,staff.

The resort is large and there are lots to do rather than just being at the poolside or beach. This was especially handy as when it was very hot outside and we wanted a break from the heat, we could sit inside and relax

Check in was quick and easy, we were given a room on the first floor. It was overlooking the quiet pool and the Delphin Imperial next door

There are lots of activities throughout the day, poolside and beachside. The Animation team are fantastic, they were great at remembering everyone's names and getting you involved during the day

The porter brought up our luggage to the room and showed us the facilities within. He was very helpful in explaining the lights and controls for the room, they are all controlled by a touch panel inside and by the bed

The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing

The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach

Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood

The quality of the food and drinks is 100% excellent, the waiters are impeccably polite, and EVERYONE! They have the utmost respect for their guests. The beach is spotless, and we plan to return in the summer

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation

I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing

The lobby, hallways, tennis courts, conference rooms (and other similar spaces), coffee shop, pastry shop, and pool bar are lagging far behind. They'll likely be updated later, but for now, that's it

Ice cream is available all day, which is a good thing 😅 The coffee shop areas are nicely decorated. Plenty of space, so you can relax with or without children. Thank you so much for the great stay! 🙏🏻

This hotel is really great! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

First time at this hotel, observations: 1) The hotel has been undergoing a gradual renovation since 2023: rooms, the main restaurant, some public bathrooms, the children's area + children's restaurant, and the spa complex (including the gym) are already complete and look great

Good things: the waitress (girls) are extremely polite and nice, the pool is clean and warm

The shower in the room was leaking very badly. The guys at the reception are very polite, and the girls are on their phones and don't notice you. Parking on the premises is apparently occupied by staff cars

From being flexible in extending my stay due to unexpected circumstances, to allowing my friend to join me 1/2 way through the stay, everyone made this trip the most joyful it could be

Great time at the elegance and will definitely return Animation team were fantastic Bar staff and restaurant staff all fantastic 5 stars all the way

2nd stay here as always great food excellent quality drinks. Room cleaned daily, All the staff from getting here to leaving hard working and pleasant, they need to change the daily activities as been the same for years

All good Staff and food Excellent but I do think Guest Relations have to improve rooms spotless every day Entertainment excellent as per household staff first class

Some of the evening entertainment could be better, quiz night and karaoke not good

Our room was on the 8th floor with a balcony and sea view, we couldn't see the sea or the pool as the wall was very high, however the room was very clean and spacious

We have also done an excursion; quad biking which was very fun, I would highly recommend this. Overall, the service that we have received throughout our stay was great and I couldn't have asked for anything more

My first all inclusive holiday with my wife was here and what an experience it was. Definition of all inclusive holiday is here. Don’t know where to start but we stayed for 5 Nights and wish we could stayed longer

The staff were friendly and truly made our holiday a holiday to remember, I would like to thank Mehmet, Atta & Muslim from the snack bar, Pasha & Bayram from the coffee bar and Muslim from the shark night club

From my opinion the following things can be improved; swimming pool can be heated (the water was very cold), songs played by the Dj in the swimming pool, Disco & Shark Night Club were the same everyday - new songs would be preferable

The atmosphere is amazing, food is amazing ( everyday it’s something different, facilities, they do have it all! It’s just the place to go and enjoy nice holiday with great staff🕺🏼 100% coming back and cannot wait! Thank you so much for making it a memorable holiday ❤️

We came at the end of the season and found it to be a much quieter experience than in the height of summer - the final day, all the hotel guests were outnumbered by staff which actually was a great experience! The weather was excellent this time of year (Oct half term) and the pools and sea were plenty warm enough

A really fabulous experience here at the Delphin Deluxe. We travelled as a family of 8 from England, 3 generations and kids aged 7 & 5, and all agree it is almost a faultless hotel

To the restaurant waiters for the quick service. To the bartenders for the delicious drinks

There is also an outdoor heated pool and very large indoor pool which our children preferred. The kids slides and the older kids/adult slides were fantastic, a really great addition

The hotel itself has great amenities: a big central pool, a heated indoor pool, spa lounge, a cozy lobby with evening programs, and several souvenir shops. The location is convenient about 30 minutes from the city center

I stayed at Baia Lara Hotel during the SPOTLIGHT seminar held by Miavit GmbH. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need large comfy bed, towels, toiletries, and more

Food is better, the new additions in the food court near the pool are nice and the grounds look fabulous

We celebrated a 22nd birthday here in the hotel and what can I say the staff went out the way delivering a cake up to the room with a card and decorating a table for dinner with balloons and getting everyone to sing happy birthday

The entertainment here at the hotel is amazing there is something for everyone , starting from darts to water gym. The staff is so friendly and always wants you to have the best holiday

We have been coming to the same hotel for 12 years with my family. What can I say this hotel is it’s amazing

There are also multiple large pools. There are multiple restaurants for extra but the free buffet has many kinds of dishes every day

This is our 7th visit and I always put an amazing review on and this is no different! The hotel is exceptional, from the food to the service, we absolutely love it! One additional shout out I want to make is to Tesa is the spa

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dalaman. Beautiful grounds, rooms, pool, spa and beach area. Amazing array of food on offer in the buffet restaurant

Tesa’s haman and intense massage was absolutely life changing! Yes I have had many treatments before over the year and I have adored every single one but this year I needed a little bit more TLC and boy did Tesa do that!! She is out of this world but I do love a deep strong massage

We were very happy, as we had hardly slept during the overnight flight. About age restrictions in the restaurant, pool. We went to the hotel restaurant, which is on the same floor as the reception

This was our 2nd time at the Delphin chain of hotels, so the bracelet was green with a seven-digit number. If this had been our 6th time, we would have been given a silver bracelet. We were finally given a room at 10:40

The choice of dishes pleased us and reminded us of what we saw at the Delphin Palace Hotel in 2024. Having put the necessary food on the plate, we sat down at a table in one of the parts of the restaurant

She said that our room would be ready around 12:00 or 13:00, but we could leave our luggage at the reception and use the hotel services freely. Then she put a fabric bracelet on each of our wrists

This happened by chance, as we went to the reception to get summer clothes from our suitcase. A staff member, not the one who checked us in, noticed us and said that our room was ready

The waiter came up to us and asked if we wanted coffee. Yes, it was our mistake, we didn't notice that in this section of the restaurant there was an inconspicuous sign "Restriction 13+"

We even had private access to a heated pool directly from our room, which made our stay feel extra special and luxurious

The hotel truly has everything – activities for children and teenagers, great sports facilities (both indoor and outdoor), spa area with saunas and Turkish bath, professional massages, and food and drinks available 24/7

The variety and quality exceeded our expectations. Everything is well planned, clean, comfortable, and designed for a perfect vacation

Amazing place! The staff are on a next level, if it's possible then anything is done to make your stay better. The food is some of the best I've ever eaten at an all inclusive resort

The hotel furniture and rooms are new and good...

My stay here was great for all the time I was there. Amazing food, drinks, activities, different bars and snack bars, restaurants, parties at night. It was bliss BUT I was scammed by the shop selling bags and perfumes

I bought perfumes in the shop and when I wanted to leave one of the sellers wanted to gift me a magnet and he insisted I should leave the bags and perfumes at the check out counter as the other colleague will keep an eye

The expansive outdoor pool is a delight, offering ample space for guests to unwind on the beach chairs. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding personnel, especially Berkeley and Ekram

This was to give the other guy time to swap my good colognes with bad ones. When I got home I opened them and they were half filled, soo old bottles with coloured fluids in them

I had an option to buy out of the hotel but chose them and all I got was disappointment

One of the outside pools is heated, apart from that the inside pool is rather small, as is the sauna - absolutely fine for the summer months, yet in chilly winter a bit tricky

The outdoor relax pool is nice since it is heated. Many guests are from Germany or Turkey which is nice. Also from other countries since they come to play tennis

A lot of refubishment was going on on site which left its mark. In winter season, most a la carte restaurants and outside bars and pools are closed

Sure enough my request was met, thanks to Hakan and the night staff at the hotel being very helpful and understanding of my circumstances which was a great help to me and made my stay very pleasant & comfortable

Hakan reassured me that he would do his very best to grant my request as he had to liaise with the night staff members to do so

Hakan’s calm demeanour and communication was first class. I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel

Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms for families. However, the noise of many airconditioning units outside did bother us thus we couldn't open any windows at night. Pools are great for adults and children

We were very satisfied with our stay at Akka Alinda Hotel. Overall, everything was at a very high level — no complaints at all, everything was well organized. The food was good, varied, and tasty

Pool staff is also very cool and friendly with the kids. Beach is nice and so is the jetty

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the reception worked perfectly, and all services were well organized. We also really liked the bar and the restaurant — everything there was excellent

And all day they had 2 bars, beach bar and a pool bar. The rooms were spacious and clean. They had a minibar witch had lots of drinks and were filled once a day

In the mornings there was the coffe bar and the breakfest buffe and for the lunch there were two snack bars with very good food on a ala carte menu and a lunch buffe, all so with some sweet spots for ice cream or a selection of cakes, and for dinner there was a dinner buffe and allso restourants for extra charge of 15€ per person

Juju Premier Palace is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The animation team deserves special praise — always smiling, always entertaining. They know how to create the perfect atmosphere for guests of all ages

Amazing hotel, this is our third time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect - far from noisy roads and other hotels. Animation never keeps you dull - great professional shows, very engaging and fun

But the best part was definitely the animation team — they are friendly, fun, and always make sure everyone is having a good time. There are activities all day and great shows at night

Food, service and public areas are very nice. But the room even when it was a junior suite is old and the furniture was broken everywhere. But definitely the service and people are exceptional

The 'fruit hut' was a really cool idea. In the evenings, there was a lounge cafe on the beach with a pleasant waiter. The beach was large and comfortable. Quick and easy transfer from the airport

Loads of kids everywhere, happily playing. It felt like they outnumbered the adults. Even in the adults-only (16+) zone, there were guests with infants, and no one seemed to say anything

On Saturday, the disco at the neighboring hotel was so loud you couldn't fall asleep before 11:30 PM. Overall, the hotel is good – the food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic

With premium branded hot and cold drinks available at the well stocked bars. There is minimal noise from the evening’s entertainment as it is located in the lower ground level away from the location of most hotel rooms

Buses regularly stop outside the hotel to take you the nearby towns of Mangavat (with numerous indoor and outdoor markets) and Side (with its well preserved Roman ruins). With one cloudy and rainy morning this week

The female staff members were always smiling, quick, and very professional. However, I need to mention one issue – the male waiters often spent too much time talking to each other instead of serving guests

Great hotel, however a bit far from downtown, where everything is. The pool isn’t heated, which was a bummer. Everything else is pretty much on point. Good cost-benefit.

Great hotel, great service, really nice food. Fresh local food and plenty of choice to chose from. The staff at breakfast were so helpful and so welcoming, Specially Hatice, Aybuke and the chef Okan did a great job

An absolutely excellent old hotel. The service quality is top-notch, truly reflecting the beauty of an economically prosperous era; it must have been built to incredibly high standards back then

If I go back, I'd definitely choose to stay here again. The aromatherapy scent is also wonderful, a beloved local brand. All sorts of local experiences are perfectly catered for

Very nice hotel with fantastic views of the water. Huge, tasty variety at the breakfast buffet. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Victoria in particular made us feel like long time guests

The location is great, and the lobby is cozy. The view is nice, and you can see the bridge crossing to the Asian part.

The hotel is a bit old but overall the facilities is good. Not many choices for the breakfast buffet.

The resort also has crèche and babysitting facilities; we used it once for an hour so we could enjoy the spa, and the staff were fantastic in keeping our son engaged and happy

The hotel’s private beach is only a short walk away and was lovely always plenty of space, great service, and the convenience of ordering food right on the beach

A special mention to the reception team — incredibly kind and helpful. The supervisor even upgraded our room after learning we were celebrating our anniversary

Even though we only managed to visit once during our week-long stay, it was mostly because we were enjoying the hotel so much

One of the highlights was the complimentary access to The Land of Legends, Turkey’s own version of Disneyland

Guest relations also checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Overall, excellent service, lovely spacious rooms, and serene views of both the sea and the mountains
