We spent 6 days here and it was truly a great experience. Beach and pool areas were both clean and comfortable. Services, foods and drinks were all top notch as well

Now it has many advantages, but it has two major problems: first, the host of the entertainment group (JJ) always speaks insultingly and humiliatingly towards Iranians; While most of the guests are Iranian

What an amazing place! We visited for one week in July and we had the best time. Great food, great drinks and such friendly and attentive staff! The room was very clean and had air con and a mini fridge re stocked daily

Hotel is not so big but very cosy, has a big pool, see is very close, has a wide beach. Also a big thank you to the bartenders for very tasty cocktails. Food is good, very tasty, many different options

The territory of the hotel is compact, but there is everything for recreation. Pools, bars, SPA are at your service. At Starbucks, you can enjoy delicious coffee, ice cream, and a variety of beverages

Our room was always clean, towels were changed. Food was always tasty, lots of variety to choose from. Big thank you to the whole animacion team for interesting shows and fun parties

Animation team is very professional, organizes all kind of sports activities like aqua gym, zumba, morning gym, yoga, bellydance and fun games like darts, boccia, volleyball, very fun parties, and shows, big thank you to all animators (Aisha, Arslan, Deimile, Erdos) for our quality time here

We were staying here with my wife for a week. It was the best stay in Turkey I've had in years. The hotel is not so big, but it's a big plus because everything is very close, but the teritory is really spacious

Me and my family were looking for good hotel in good price near the sea. I found this one because this mountains view on the pics was amazing. And in real life it looks more impressive

This is by far the best hotel during our tour. It has a nice pool and facilities. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer but our tour was stupid.

We enjoyed our stay at Charisma Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view to the ocean. We loved the beach and pool area, as well as the breakfast.

Stayed at the Charisma De Luxe Hotel in Kuşadası and overall had a really good experience. The standout is the setting—gorgeous, sweeping views of the water from around the property, especially by the pools

There is entertainment for all ages, in terms of food, everything is also excellent. A very large and equipped beach, with all kinds of cafes and bars right on the coast. Thanks to the animators, especially Cokhan

We're leaving happily as usual. It's a bit crowded, especially on weekends, because it's winter. You might have to wait in line at the lobby bar. Other than that, there were no problems. Everything was great.

This is our third time back to the hotel. It's one of the few hotels open in winter. In January, we had a heated outdoor pool. The food is good, not very varied—mostly the same every day—but everything is delicious

Holiday village, 3 hotels, many pools, kids club, 6 a la carte restaurants and many more. Value for money $$$$ out of $$$$$

Same at the beach, but there were plenty of sunbeds there and every time you could find one free. I prefer the beach so it wasn't a problem for me,but it's not OK

The manager we called turned out to only speak Turkish and couldn't help. This is our third time at the hotel (repeat reservations), and we didn't expect such rudeness

Maybe the best about the hotel is the spa! Super relaxing, and amazing workers if I come back to the city - this is one of the places I am definitly coming back to

The price-performance ratio was very good. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly! The breakfast was a bit meager for a 4-star hotel.

There's an indoor swimming pool, but the entrance is a bit hidden and located within the spa, so you have to look for it, which is a bit of a hassle

I'm quite satisfied. Although there were some problems when booking, and the room status was not updated synchronously, fortunately the customer service solved the problem for me in time.

This is my first experience ever in Cappadocia but I glad I stayed in here. It was so nice stayed in here from the room cleanlines, nice food, and the luxury of the view

The staff is very friendly and ready to assist whenever a problem occurs. Bedings and bath towels are changed everyday. Bottle of 1L of water is left in the room each day after cleaning. I recommend this establishment

Reception lady named Ecem is very attentive, sweet, and kind person. From Riyadh Saudi Arabia perspective, it is value for money indeed. Definitely will return if we swing by Bursa next time

Cleaning is a big issue here, and monitoring it is also a challenge. We're just not picky, so it's fine for us; the advantages outweigh the other advantages, but those who value cleanliness may not like it

Cleaning and cleanliness - they're very poor in the rooms. They wash the floors every other time, and even then, they don't sweep or mop the corners or under the furniture, and they don't dust

However, if you complain to the hotel reception, cleaning issues tend to get resolved more or less. The TV is an old model, if anyone cares. No Smart TV, no YouTube, and the hard drive or flash drive won't connect

The changing rooms were renovated this year, and you can tell they've been updated. The view from the window onto the square is superb. The rooms are very warm, sometimes even too hot

Very good hotel in the very center Kayseri. Nice and spacious rooms and indoor pool. Very kind staff

The location is the best in Kayseri, in my opinion, everything is close, and there's a direct road to Erciyes without having to meander through the city

We had a lovely stay at Biblos. However there is not enough « activities » for adults. For example, a lounge with a pianist or with some soft jazzy music where we can have a coffee or a drink

Perfect Perfect stay amazing place true luxury and the kids clubs were out of this world . Pool and beach menus could have more variety but what an amazing place

We were very pleased with our stay; everything was extremely clean. The only thing I don't understand is why all the fees are in euros? After all, we are in Turkey.

None of the pools have any infrastructure for children, likewise on the cramped beach. The hotel offers no entertainment, excursions in the area, boat cruises and so on

I loved how it was family friendly and the landscape is spectacular

The hotel is close to a metro line, a major highway and some business districts. The good dining options within walking distance are limited. One major disappointment was the mould in the bathroom

The hotel is packed with patients from some hospitals nearby. This makes the hotel calmer and less noisy, but you can bump into many wheelchair patients, full-gear nurses, etc

Very nice place , clean and nice rooms . Make sure you book your room from floor 14 and up . It has magical views. Only like 20 min from Taksim . The staff are very polite and professional.

You can take the M11 Metro directly from the airport to the hotel.

The ladies were patient and clean and caring. I had to ask them to change my bloody bedsheets after each visit from my nurses one more time each day and they were friendly enough even at those times

EXASPERATING picturesque view from the rooftop restaurant. The rooms are a Spacious, although more furniture by the side of the bed would have made the rooms Exceptional. The staff are friendly and helpful

Housekeeping' was thoroughly done each day and bottled water was provided daily. A special mention goes to Mehmed at the breakfast buffet as well as the staff in Archer

Loved my deluxe room, balcony offering beautiful sea view. Bed very comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly! Before breakfast, would walk around the bay, through the gardens and along the beach

The room was very nice & comfortable. They provided cute slippers that I appreciated. The shower pressure and temperature were also nice. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection and was so delicious

We then realised that despite it stating no towels on loungers around the pool till after 7am that that doesn't happen and seemingly people go out very early indeed

The pool bar area is lovely and you can help yourself to bottled water whenever you like. The drinks are strong and there is a huge range :) the food at the pool bar is lovely if you dont fancy the buffet for lunch

So naturally we joined the party and my partner would go down at 6. 30am and loads of loungers were already gone. The pool area is immaculate, plenty of loungers and umbrellas available

You can help yourself to cornettos too :) Staff are very friendly. I will be honest that this hotel and seemingly the area is predominantly German and Russian tourists and not many English are around

Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe is just a minute’s walk from Mimar Sinan Underground station. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

From reception all along into my room you feel the presence of everything is being taken care off by staff. Now remember that their first language isn't English, neither is mine

It's not the first time I've stayed at the Divan in gaziantep and it's always on top

The attention to detail and the quality of service are exceptional at the Divan hotels - and here in Gaziantep we have one of the best! Every single member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting were wonderful and very accommodating

But the thing that gratifies me the most is finding a handwritten note in the room for a good stay, I travel to many hotels and I find this ticket only here. A truly unique and pleasant attention

If your a gym person then it definitely has a exceptional gym to workout. Valet parking free We done a late checkout and they were very helpful with that also. So for me hands down 5 star treatment 🙏🏾

The room was quite large and clean, but the curtains were broken. The front desk service was also good. The cookies given upon check-in were delicious, and I even asked for one when I checked out

😊 If you can't get a taxi elsewhere, ask the front desk to help you call one. You can watch the beautiful sunrise while lying down in the room. 🌅 But the price is a bit high

The only upscale hotel in Manisa, from the cleanliness of the room to the location and breakfast, it is good. If the budget is enough, you can definitely choose this one

Very nice attention and comfort, the only negative aspect is that the mini fridge does not cool enough, our drinks and ice creams warmed up and melted.

We had a great fun staying at rhe Holdayn Grand Resort Hotel. The staff was friendly and smiling. Most of them had bearly no time to say hi, but the service was trully amazing

Every serving there was something mouth watering. The rooms are spacious and clean. Kids have plenty of food to choose from and many activities. The beach was clean and under bay-watch supervision

The only downside during my stay was that the room had an unpleasant smell. I stayed in Room 415, and although I tried running hot water in both the sink and the shower, the odor did not go away
