I stayed for three days at Mercure Bakırköy Hotel this month, and my experience was truly excellent

The front desk staff were very helpful, and I want to thank Yusuf specifically for his help. Also the staff at the gym/pool both were fantastic, the had a very warm attitude and were very helpful

The room is very big and very convenient to travel everywhere! It is very convenient to take the subway, very close to the community, and very convenient for shopping and eating! ! I will continue to stay here when I travel with my family next time

Everything provided during my stay was highly satisfactory and reflected great attention to detail and quality. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future, as my stay was exceptional on all levels

I've stayed at other hotels in the area, and the quality is proportional to the price. It's clean, and I would stay there again.

What we didn’t like so much: We were excited about the so called “spa” included, but I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a spa. It’s a freezing cold plunge pool, with a STINKY sauna and steam room

Great location near restaurants, tram stop and shops. All the main attractions (Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc) are walking distance away

The restaurant/bar on the top floor has great views of the Bosphorus and the Sea of Marmara

It was convenient to have a fridge (but careful as things already in the fridge cost money if consumed) and the room was made daily. The breakfast was good as well as there were lots of options and generally good tasting

We also had an issue with ordering a taxi through the hotel, as they booked us a taxi to the wrong airport. It’s a good price but I would just make it very clear which airport you need to go to with the hotel

Overall: I would recommend to stay here for the cleanliness, and good location to shops, public transport and big attractions. The breakfast was also convenient and tasty!

Very clean and cozy. Good food and kind and polite staff. Been there for five days and I think, if you are looking for a place near industrial xones of Istanbul, it is a great choice

Mr umit from kitchen and Mr manager mesut have a good service and the food was really good the room is very clean and very good staff I recommend it

I preferred to stay in the one with the demolition noise- which they seemed to think was fine as the noise would stop at 6pm. They also told me the sauna was chargeable and swimming pool free

Everything is wonderful. very beautiful atmosphere. Very clean in all areas of the hotel. The staff is very polite and friendly. Also the staff at the bar and the waiters in the restaurant are very good professionals!!!

Everyday cleaning and fresh towels. Breakfast: rich, hot and cold, tea and coffee, panoramic view to the city. Wellness: clean, but smaller as in the pictures, hamam and sauna for 10 euros

We love this place! Staff is helpful and the rooms are perfect! Cozy beds and great shower pressure no matter what floor you are on! Breakfast is included and they have a great selection of foods!

Iran. It was a clean 4-star hotel. Considering it’s located in a city near the border, it’s actually a good option. The breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but it was high quality. I’d say it deserves a 4 out of 5 rating.

overall experience was good but there was cigarette smoking smell in room which was unbearable at some time due to the dryness in the atmosphere and lack of ventilation

Hotel is good. Staff is kind. There was a breakdown and there was no water, but everything was fixed at 10 pm.

It has a parking lot, the staff is concerned, the rooms are clean, I stayed for 2 days, but I did not see the breakfast because I left early.

Our room was very smelly and dirty and has only been cleaned twice during our entire stay. We never got fresh towels unless we complained at the reception. The pool is small but clean and doesn't get to crowded

Nearby plenty of Bazaars, fake well-known luxury brands in a poor quality. This shouldn’t be allowed honestly, waste producing, the stuff will not last long and will end in he trash anyway

In my opinion, this hotel is very good. The staff is helpful and friendly. The barman girl in the hotel lobby is beautiful and kind, as are everyone else. DJ Nedimond and manager Altan is wonderful

Turks here were mostly nice, for some you could clearly see the pretend the friendliness and when you doeasnt want to buy or pay for something that changes the facial expression

The sea is nice, not crowds, hotel has own area on the beach to you find you place under to lay in the shadow conveniently, bar offer is fine including good eating

The concierge team was extremely helpful throughout our stay, arranging taxis, reservations, and even medicine via WhatsApp

The spa, pool, and gym were excellent, featuring a steam room, sauna, and salt room for recovery. We especially enjoyed the pier area with sunbeds and direct ocean access, always supervised by a lifeguard

The staff greeted us warmly in the outdoor reception area with refreshments after our hour-long drive from the airport

We stayed at Allium Bodrum for 5 nights based on a friend’s recommendation, and it was an incredible experience

On the way back from the yalikavak we normally took a taxi back to the hotel

I especially appreciated the late check-out option, which allowed me to enjoy a more leisurely departure. One downside was that guests are charged to use the pool, which I found disappointing

We had a great stay at levni for nine nights. They upgraded us to an executive room upon request which had a sea view the room was spacious for two people. The location of this hotel is ideal for first time visitors

I must mention Ahmad in particular who helped us to book the tours, including a wonderful private walking tour that was remarkably good value, and how to get an Istanbul card (essential for getting around on public transportation)

Had a wonderful stay recently at the Levni Hotel. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. The bedroom was clean and modern. Hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices

The Levni was recommended to us by someone who had stayed there. She has high standards so we expected it to be good and it did not disappoint. It is an excellent hotel with excellent staff

Staff were very welcoming and offered a lot of complementary drinks and kuymak which is the traditional food for Trabzon. The only problem was the dim lighting in the room but I guess it was to make it quiet

I’ve never been great with handling cash, and while I was in Antalya, Turkey, I made another mistake — I counted ten 200 TL notes as 1,000 TL instead of 2,000 TL. Furkan noticed my error and kindly corrected me

It is not that clean as the sofa had aome dirt on it. Also they didn’t refill the shampoo despite telling them to do so twice. Also didn’t put an extra toilet paper when they cleaned the room

The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Only the pillow need to be improved (feather pillows would be nice). the housekeeping lady was kind and very helpful to us and she is really doing a good job

This is newly built hotel and everything is fresh, even the hotel scent is great. Staff are friendly but in my case it took us 3 calls and 30 minutes of wait to get an iron and finally the didnt bring it

The hotel is new and excellent, breakfast very good, but their were few things wasn't good, the AC was not working in most rooms, the fridge was off, and one room was dirty, we told Busra from reception but nothing has been fixed, we discovered later the fridge cable not connected, our rooms 1902, 2009, 808, 807, 806 for two nights

Generally, it was clean, nice, and had no problems, but the hotel rooms and dining areas were very cold. The thermal pool was very small, only about 15 m2, and the water temperature was very nice

The Hilas Thermal Resort & Spa was an excellent experience. We stayed in the Terrace Room, which had an enormous balcony offering wonderful views. The room was beyond spacious and incredibly clean

There is a nice hotel in Bominti, the receptions are so polite and responsible. Every thing is so chic and clean. The residence and hotel are both in one building.

Everything about this hotel is great but the stand out feature is the staff, we were made to feel like we were at home from the minute we walked through the door and the reception team became our 2 year olds best friends as he got to know them each day

My adult son had a great time and my toddler could not wait to go on his ‘adventures’ from the front door and was upset when we left Turkiye as he couldn’t go back to the hotel! We will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and if we go back , we will be sure to stay again

They even go above and beyond to provide a pamphlet with all the tourist sites info you could ever want, and even make your reservations for you! Last but not least, we were very grateful for the hotel providing a wheelchair for my mother

The hotel has a reputation for being family friendly and like a home away from home. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old town and a short stroll from nearly everywhere you could wish to go

The tram is very cheap, and being so close probably saved us hundreds in cabs which tend to be quite expensive in this area. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and we were provided incredible service
