Great Hotel for it's Price, amazing slides on the pool, water is bit cold but kids enjoyed every moment. staff is friendly and customer oriented, rooms are clean, not too big but normal size

It is not that clean as the sofa had aome dirt on it. Also they didn’t refill the shampoo despite telling them to do so twice. Also didn’t put an extra toilet paper when they cleaned the room

Visited the spa. The massage was good. The facilities were clean. The therapist was very professional. One small issue was that the rooms were cold during the massage

The service was good. They even gave us champagne. However, the water in the room's pool can only reach 24 degrees Celsius. I didn't use it during my entire stay. It was a waste.

The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control

They gave me a good room and told me to call anytime if I need any help and I felt very welcome in the hotel. The room was clean and it smelled good even though it was a smoking room

The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Only the pillow need to be improved (feather pillows would be nice). the housekeeping lady was kind and very helpful to us and she is really doing a good job

This is newly built hotel and everything is fresh, even the hotel scent is great. Staff are friendly but in my case it took us 3 calls and 30 minutes of wait to get an iron and finally the didnt bring it

The hotel is new and excellent, breakfast very good, but their were few things wasn't good, the AC was not working in most rooms, the fridge was off, and one room was dirty, we told Busra from reception but nothing has been fixed, we discovered later the fridge cable not connected, our rooms 1902, 2009, 808, 807, 806 for two nights

I my view avoid the burgers as they are truly awful. Drinks were budget, Swimming pool was fab

Hotel is very good - clean and well maintaned, service is super, food is tastefull and fresh. Music in the evenings at the pool is great - peaceful and not too loud

The whole team are on it, cleaning constantly, the bar man even offered to run to the shop to fetch me an ice cream because they had ran out. Location is the best in Side, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Small walk to the old town once you know the short cut opposite the hotel. Everything was clean and good quality

Generally, it was clean, nice, and had no problems, but the hotel rooms and dining areas were very cold. The thermal pool was very small, only about 15 m2, and the water temperature was very nice

Clean, spacious, and professional. Good breakfast and decent dinners. We especially enjoyed the dinner buffets on the weekends. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel's pool and Turkish bath are 5-star. The food is fantastic in terms of taste and variety; I highly recommend it. The entertainment group, Bariton, was also wonderful.

The Hilas Thermal Resort & Spa was an excellent experience. We stayed in the Terrace Room, which had an enormous balcony offering wonderful views. The room was beyond spacious and incredibly clean

We had a wonderful family holiday in Küçükköy. We stayed with our family of four and were truly satisfied. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we felt right at home

Bathroom with all the amenities, fresh bedding and towels along with bottled water daily which was a great plus considering it’s not advised to drink tap water

The saunas and swimming pool were a good addition, for me it was excellent as I like a cold plunge after using the sauna but for my travel companion the water was a little too cold

We’ve stayed for 4 nights and it was really excellent for the price. The staff were really quickly to check us in, provided good travel advice for places to visit and eat

I also had a full body massage and in all honesty it was really good, the masseuse knew exactly which muscles needed the right pressure and in the right places

As for the room although not the larger it had all that could be required for a comfortable stay

On the penultimate night of our stay we have made use of the SPA facilities

The breakfast was not as good as 5 stars. The receptionist was efficient but too hasty in explaining. They accommodated me anyway by changing the room. In any case I recommend it.

I’ve stayed here few times visiting Istanbul and it’s a good location and it’s clean and the breakfast is really good! Staff are friendly will definitely stay here again if I want to be in that area.

There is a nice hotel in Bominti, the receptions are so polite and responsible. Every thing is so chic and clean. The residence and hotel are both in one building.

Pool and hammam were a fantastic bonus after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious - variety of options was good. Also their afternoon tea sweet bagel was amazing!

Everything about this hotel is great but the stand out feature is the staff, we were made to feel like we were at home from the minute we walked through the door and the reception team became our 2 year olds best friends as he got to know them each day

My adult son had a great time and my toddler could not wait to go on his ‘adventures’ from the front door and was upset when we left Turkiye as he couldn’t go back to the hotel! We will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and if we go back , we will be sure to stay again

They even go above and beyond to provide a pamphlet with all the tourist sites info you could ever want, and even make your reservations for you! Last but not least, we were very grateful for the hotel providing a wheelchair for my mother

The hotel has a reputation for being family friendly and like a home away from home. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old town and a short stroll from nearly everywhere you could wish to go

The tram is very cheap, and being so close probably saved us hundreds in cabs which tend to be quite expensive in this area. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and we were provided incredible service

The hotel is quite beautiful, with a classical Greek mythology theme. However, it's winter and the pool water is cold, which is a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was also very rich and varied. My only regret is not bringing a swimsuit to enjoy the pool!

I was given a room on the basement level, right next to the pool and sauna. So, even with the AC set to 10 degrees Celsius at night, the room was still very hot

The location is fantastic, right in the town of Göreme, making it super convenient for hot air balloon rides and visiting attractions. The hotel service was excellent, and the whole place is decorated with great style

We just left this hotel couple of days ago and I wanted to share my experience as I heavily rely on other reviews! We LOVED Aria Riva! I don’t like staying at same hotels but I would stay at Aria again if I go back to Alanya! Its location is perfect! 3 min walk down to the beach and it’s actually on the best part of Cleopatra beach (beach 6 in my opinion)

The hotel left a wonderful impression. Supermarkets and a bus stop are nearby. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. Breakfasts are delicious even for short stays. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel isn't on the beachfront, but Cleopatra Beach is just across the road, along with excellent restaurants on the coast and a supermarket across the street. I was very pleased with my stay. Thanks to Erica!

The shower is spacious and has good water pressure. There's only one elevator for the hotel's 6 floors, so sometimes we had to wait quite a while. There's a pool, and the water is quite cool

WiFi in the room and the hotel generally worked well, and the TV only had 3-5 Russian channels. Overall, it's an excellent hotel with a few minor issues, and I recommend it

We contracted rotavirus during our stay. It turned out there were only 4-5 families like us. The air conditioning in the rooms runs at 3, and the filters aren't cleaned at all. I had to remove and clean them myself

We stayed at this hotel in July. The room was given a normal, on the 4th floor. True, it cost an additional $ 40. The Internet is quite nothing for $2 a day. As for the food, you won't go hungry, that's a fact

Our room is terrible , it was very dirty, no one cleaned our room for 2 days, towels were not changed. Also the safe didn't work. As for the food and everything was super and tasty, entertainment was also good.

Tv had bad reception Looker wasn’t working, after few times complaining no one came to fix. Food was average, lot of vegetables options, very few meat dishes. The food plates wasn’t very clean

The atmosphere was first class. Special mentions for Umit and his wonderful, wonderful massage. He found and addressed some issues with my wife that her normal team of medical professionals at home never spotted

Sometimes they can be a real PITA if you just want to chill, but at Hotel Yetkin they got the balance just right. Always smiley and friendly and perfectly happy to leave us alone to do our own thing, Fabulous

Mr Yetkin himself would wander about and speak to the guests at mealtimes. He must be in his 80s and his vision for the hotel has certainly been fulfilled. The animation team were bang on the money as well

I took 5 massages there, it was like a lymphatic drainage massage and guys I kid you not all the water from my body is gone. I have been to several spa treatments and this one is one of the best
