Very accommodating front desk staff: early check in, swimming pool use on second day even though we had checked out and had all day tour (we were waiting for a night train), gluten free bread and lactose free breakfast options, terrace from which you can watch the morning baloons, and friendly local cats

The reasonably priced suite was extremely charming and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of exercise room. The equipment was next to swimming pool by seemingly discarded

The hotel was more than we needed, the room was clean and neat. After each cleaning we were brought 2 bottles of water which was a plus. Breakfast and cakes were varied

Absolutely amazing hotel!! Location is perfect, the rooms were super cozy with all amenities. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful

And the breakfast was fantastic!! I’d highly recommend staying here; their service was excellent. It was so nice that we even extended our stay for another night! Thank you for such an amazing and welcoming stay!

The breakfast was very good, the staff were interested in meat, we were very pleased. The pool was very nice, but I found the extra 20 euros for sauna use too much.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, English and French speakers, extremely diverse, fresh and tasty buffet breakfast. The metro is in front of the hotel, the tram is 250 m away. Linen and towels were changed daily

The hotel is nice and clean, they changed the bed linen every day, the breakfast is excellent, I recommend the open buffet

Great location and breakfast and service. Rooms were a bit small but clean. Just the lift was way too small.

Little things to do in the hotel, bad and dirty gym, no pool. But the breakfast, rooms and the staff are as good as a 4stars hotel

We stayed for a 1-day trip, we did not have any parking problems. There was no noise at night, the bed and room were comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The termal area downstairs is actually 2 sections each with its own thermal pool, hamam, sauna, cold water shock, changing rooms and showers, massage room, and lounge areas

By the pool was ambient, relaxing music and the basement spa was equipped with saunas, thermal hot pools, hamam (Turkish bathhouse), shock therapy showers and an aromatherapy massage room

A lovely boutique garden hotel with management who are very interested and eager smiling kitchen staff. We were greeted with kekik (thyme) tea and invited to smash fresh olives in the lobby

There's so much to this hotel that is not on the website like it's relaxing garden features around the property, swings and hammocks, harvesting of olives and tiny oranges on their trees, the outdoor sitting areas including the tiny house with floor seating, outdoor grills and cooking areas, extra large soaking thermal bathtubs, a reading library room, free bicycle rentals, and more

It is an ideal location for rest and relaxation for couples and small families. It was quiet and wonderful for beautiful sunrises on the swings

What we particularly enjoyed was the one hour of private time in the spa area, which the family could use daily. The pool was pleasantly cool, and we were lucky enough to have it almost to ourselves

One pool at 32 degrees and one supplied by the hot springs in both areas. Service was excellent and the breakfast was really great. Would definitely come back here if I get a chance to visit the area again

We stayed in two rooms with my mother, father, wife and daughter for 3 nights. It is very good that both the thermal pools and the swimming pools are open for use 24 hours a day

Great hotel to stay at whilst in the area. They have 4 pools which makes sure that you are never crowded. 2 pools in the open and 2 pools in the bottom level by the hamam

The room is very spacious and very warm even floor. The room has everything you need. The bathroom has its own faucet with thermal water! Breakfast is very good. We really liked the outdoor pools

The reservation was made by booking and there we wrote our opinions for and against! today we received photos with all the corrections made by them! They took immediate measures, congratulations! The property is 15-20 minutes from the center located in an area with a very clean architecture of buildings, a terrace where you can have breakfast with view towards Bosphorus, the owners and the employees...

All major attractions were just a short walk away, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was a bit small, but that didn’t matter much as everything else met (and even exceeded) our expectations

There are also many restaurant and shops nearby, some of them even open till mid-night! Just that the hotel is located in the lower part of the City, recommend to call taxi when checkingin with luggage,

I recommend visiting it, as many services are available Gym, Turkish bath, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, etc. The hotel organizes tourist trips to important landmarks in Cappadocia

My only suggestion is to put the hotel restaurant menu in the rooms. Although the prices were normal for the area, we unfortunately did not hear about it until the last day. We would also like to thank the entire team

however due to the central AC, our room feels like we were at a sauna, it is impossible to turn the AC for cool air. so we just opened the window so we can sleep well. the picture below is the turkish bath place

The two if us had the most amazing time at this hotel, the staff are incredible- always happy to help! The pool is amazing with great views of Bodrum, and massive spa with big pool, sauna, steam and massages! Feeling fully relaxed after a fab week! Lovely rooms with space to chill and spread out. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Its a bit far to walk from Bodrum central as its mainly uphill

The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive especially Mustafa - he was lovely and very helpful! My room was clean however the toilet wasn’t great which was quite off putting however the room was spacious with all the amenities I could have needed

The bed was two beds put together which was a little strange for a double bed. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see, yet still quiet and relaxing

Pools open at 08:00 in the morning, breakfast is between 08:00 and 10:00. Those who want to benefit from both the pool and breakfast in the morning have to rush out of the pool and go to breakfast

The food was good and delicious, and the rooms were clean. The water was more beautiful than many places around. The outdoor pool for men is excellent

Food is okay, hygiene is okay

I asked if there was a candle for what it was for, I explained, and they immediately said that I would come in 3 minutes, they made a small surprise cake, thanks to that lady, especially the pools are open until 11 pm, the thermal water is excellent, in other hotels, when I say 7, it is closed

The view, while magnificent, is from the outdoor pool for men, not the women's pool. Of course, I don't know how to solve this. There should also be alternatives for younger children in the pool

It's located approximately halfway between the airport and the city center, about 35 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes by taxi. The nearest beach is about 15 minutes by bus

The receptionist speaks English and very good Russian. He was always helpful with any questions I had. I definitely recommend this hotel

Had a weeks stay whilst having some dental treatment. Hotel was clean and accommodation was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend.

The distance to the beach is only six, seven minutes' walk and you have free sunbeds and umbrellas that belong to the hotel. Animations and dances are organized every day

I was on the last minute cheap vacation with some working on laptop and this hotel for such purpose was perfect. You had WiFi in room and place to do some work

I was on vacation for a week in this hotel. The stuff is gentle, on service. Everybody is polite and have smile on their face. Cleaning service comes everyday. Wifi is good quality, pool and food are great

I sent four nights at the Cappadocia Cave Resort with my family. The location of the hotel is very central and perfect for visiting Cappadocia. The rooms are great with lots of space and lots of charm

A nice place to stay in Cappadoccia. Placed at quite an height. They also have a good Indian restaurant. But it's at a distance from the main city center. You need a vehicle to come down.

Best of all is that this hotel is situated in the best part of İstanbul, Süleyman Mosque is very close and this quater of Sirkeci is nice to sit outside, have nice food and a tea and to look at all the people who come form all over the world

He loved walking around the grounds visiting the fish, frogs, playground and harassing the local cats. The pool area was incredible and so nice to relax around with an iced coffee or beer

We had a wonderful stay in hotel Azur Cirali. Beautiful mystic nature, nice rooms, good food at the hotels restaurant, very clean, very kind staff and most important not crouded. In 10 minutes walk on can reach the beach

The gardens are incredible, accommodation is fantastic value - the kids enjoyed exploring the gardens, saying hello to the fish in the water feature, and - of course- swimming in the pool

This place would not be for everyone as it is quiet and non of the usual ‘all inclusive’ type of entertainment and the bar area was very quiet

Beautiful gardens hide the cosy cabins in little nooks of flowering shrubs, climbers and ramblers. The pool is perfectly sized for the numbers fo guests and the beach a short walk away to an idyllic spot

There is a fire inside the hair dryer, it is sensitive to heat and can be turned off automatically. Even though the staff offers the resources they can, it is not enough. The TV does not work for the channel you want

I think we need to be aware of this, don't we want to let someone else use a place we use! Or do we not want the customer to come to our business again? I can't help but think that we have to choose these

Admittedly I only stayed at this hotel a very short few hours, but it appeared there isn't a ton to offer in the direct local vicinity. It was however close to the ferry, which is why I stayed there

Although the view varies depending on the room you are in, we can say that beautiful rooms predominate. Rooms that offer this opportunity have the opportunity to see the sea

They have made the air conditioner fully protected against incoming customers. It does not cool below 26 degrees

One issue was the noise from the pool bar this was relentless in rhetoric evening until 1130/midnight so if you did want a chilled evening this wasn’t an option

I wanted to book one of the al a carte restaurants as we could have 1 free booking, got told it had finished ! Entertainment was good on the night and beach foam party was fun! A lady called Janet was lovely to our daughter x Everything was in Euros which was annoying as we had English money or Lira , and was quite expensive

Not really much to do around the hotel but a short walk to a few shops and a shopping centre. I do like to stay different places so I'm not sure I would return to this hotel/ area

3 of our party of 5 had a vommiting bug for 24 hrs during our weeks stay but I don’t think this can be blamed on the hotel it was just bad luck, The food wasn’t very varied but was ok quality, the snack bar was mainly fried food but cooked fresh

We were going to book an al a carte but were told only the Italian was open and we would all have to chose the same food. Maybe the hotel was winding down as it was the last week of October

Superb quality of services. Breakfast was amazing with fresh goods from villages nearby. Rooms are brand new and very spacey.
