Stayed here September 2025. Absolutely fantastic, the entertainment was excellent, food was really good catering for all, only downside no English sausage but hey, I’m a Brit. The whole team are on it, cleaning constantly, the bar man even offered to run to the shop to fetch me an ice cream because they had ran out. Location is the best in Side, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Small walk to the old town once you know the short cut opposite the hotel. Everything was clean and good quality. Our room was one of the best, I wouldn’t have wanted a room facing the street but that’s my preference, good pool view, nice size pool and clean. Thank you to the whole team, not one of them let you down, they were amazing

A nice, small, and clean hotel with friendly staff and great evening entertainment every other day. The food was average overall, though beautifully presented. Some dishes were excellent, especially the fresh bread, grilled meats, fish, desserts, vegetables, and dressings. Pasta was not their strong point. They also seemed to add dill to almost everything—even the sushi at fish night came coated in it, which we found quite amusing.
The rooms are on the smaller side, and housekeeping left much to be desired. Our room had not been properly cleaned after previous guests—there were clumps of hair on the floor and bed, sticky shelves, and even cigarette ash.
That said, we still enjoyed our stay. A big plus was the option to have lunch directly on the beach, without having to take the hotel’s shuttle bus back and forth.

Good food, nice location, lovely waitresses.
However as soon as it gets to 22:50/55 everything goes off (music, lights, bar) and you literally feel like you’re are being pushed to go back to your room.
The music they play it’s so depressing so you feel like all you want to do is go to sleep or get drunk and not remember the night.

Hotel is very good - clean and well maintaned, service is super, food is tastefull and fresh. Music in the evenings at the pool is great - peaceful and not too loud. Our room was a bit small, but was very clean and modern. Too bad wi-fi is extra paid. We really enjoyed the time we have spent here.

Stayed here in June 2025, the hotel was clean, friendly, good value for money.
Its walkable to local places, but was very hot so we opted for local taxis, there is a ring for taxis right outside and a shuttle bus to the beach for free (times in the reception)

We stayed here 2 years ago. The biggest highlight of this place is its beach - unfortunately we need to go there by bus. This is quite a distance to the old town. Nearby is the happy bar with very loud music till 3-4 am!!! Service was mediocre. Rooms - it depends what you get. Food ok but nothing extraordinary. The pool area pretty small and crowded.

I enjoyed my all inclusive stay, the staff were pleasant & kind, rooms were very clean, the buffet food was basically good for the price, great salads & I stuck with the freshly cooked chicken & fish. I my view avoid the burgers as they are truly awful. Drinks were budget, Swimming pool was fab. I paid the Reception chap as requested in cash for Wifi & was then asked for a duplicate payment for this as I checked out, I declined to pay this twice & I think that he 'Trousered the money as a bit of a 'Hustle'. I believe that the 'Side Resort Annex' will close at the end of Oct 24 for refurbishment & then be absorbed into the current 'Side Resort Hotel' next door which will probably be renamed. Good location, it's an easy 20 min walk into Side town & Marina. I felt safe at all times.

Brilliant hotel for the price we paid… Location is perfect 10 minute walk through the ruins to the beautiful old town. Party of 3 women walked most evenings - very safe all lit up beautifully. Lots of shops, cocktail bars over looking harbour - nicest resort we’ve been to on our travels so far. Hotel - rooms very clean, have everything you need, aircon, fridge, hairdryer, powerful shower and very comfy beds. Not modern but sufficient. Food - fresh omlette station was massive bonus for breakfast. Pancakes, toast, fresh fries eggs. Lunch was not greatest apart from lovely salads, but at 3pm they do freshly cooked burgers which were great. Evening meals we found fine too. Generally some meat cooked on grilling station and again fresh salads. Only ate out 1 night out of 4. Pool very clean and plenty of sunbeds All inclusive drinks - good selection of cocktails and spirits, wine and beer were drinkable. If your coming for evening entertainment you might be disappointed as wasn’t on for long and bar shuts at 10pm. But we went out on evenings after dinner so didn’t bother us Had great break with friends and all said would return

The hotel is certainly graded correctly at 3 star. Rooms:- Immaculately clean and very comfortable beds. The shower is amazing. We started in a basement room that was horrid with no view or much light. In the morning spoke to reception who moved us to 3rd floor overlooking the pool…perfect. Location:- You can walk to the beach but it’s way too hot even at only 25 mins. Beach shuttle is great runs about every 30 mins takes 5 mins. The old town is lovely and only 10 minutes walk make sure to turn right at Antique Restaurant for a shortcut. Drinks:- Poor! Every cocktail seemed to be blue and weak as. Efes beer on tap bar area shabby. Entertainment:- Only 30-40 mins on 3 out of 7 nights. Poolside:- Loads of sunbeads but despite that there are the usual saddos reserving them at 7 am. Music from bar too loud! Food:- Awful really. Breakfast is good salads very good but the hot food consists of turkey turkey and more turkey. Burgers in the afternoon 14-16:00 are good. Turkish night BBQ was excellent the hotel should do more of these. We didn’t starve as we ate out a few times but went to lunch and dinner with dread as to what we would find. Overall wouldn’t go back despite good staff. The annex has been bought by Side Resort next door and is apparently undergoing renovation over the winter I hope it comes up to the higher standards of that hotel. I got the feeling they were winding the place down.

1st time in turkey 1st time in the annex hotel. Beautiful place lovely staff . Definitely going back. Atmosphere was perfect. Would recommend hotel very clean. Polite and helpful staff. Simply amazing time and experience. Thank you guys x

The property was in good location and 10 minute walk into Side which is beautiful. the lady who runs the hotel could not have been more helpful. food decent, good range of drinks and great value. There was a shop on site and everything in there good value (stayed at another hotel during stay where shop took advantage).
