I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of Nişantaşı on a lovely street. I traveled alone to Istanbul this time, and as a woman, I felt very safe and truly welcomed.
Erdem and Mehmet were always friendly and smiling while serving a delicious breakfast :) And Nurme was also so kind and service-minded.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you!
My stay at this hotel was truly excellent. What stood out in particular was the elegant and composed behavior of the management, which added a sense of refinement to the whole experience.
Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, with plenty of variety.Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hospitality shown by the entire staff was warm, genuine, and attentive throughout.
I was also deeply touched by the friendly and heartfelt way they responded to a personal happy occasion — it made my stay feel even more special.

Upon check out I had a simple question to ask to Concierge. If breakfast is included why did the hotel manager say he'd charge the cost of a breakfast menu item to my room? This caused the hotel staff to speak to the manager who berated, yelled and even assaulted me!
I'm looking to take legal action as I can't believe a hotel could do such a thing after being a paying customer.
Over a simple query they lost their temper and put me in imminent danger by slapping my phone out of my hand as I tried to record the incident. Informed the police as I have video evidence.
