On Friday and Saturday nights, the noise from the neighboring bar completely prevents me from sleeping. Drums, electric guitars with amplifiers, and so on. The noise level is so loud that even on the street across from the hotel, I have to shout to be heard. Apparently, hotel management can't control the "musicians" and is trying to solve the problem by replacing the wooden windows with plastic ones. In response to our complaint, they offered earplugs.

My honest review! The communication with the staff was pretty complicated since i can’t speak the local language. I expected better English skills expecially in such a touristic area. But the staff tried his best to stay nice. The room wasn’t that clean. The trash can wasn’t empty and there was still lots of calc and dust in the badroom. My very lowlight was the noise around. I couldn’t close my eyes all night long… lots of bars and clubs nearby so I litteraly had the feeling the music was right in my ears. I couldn’t stay there more than one night although i had paid for the whole stay already.

It is located in a good location, it is a clean hotel, the bad side is that it is very noisy at night, if you want to relax it is almost impossible :( When you go to the hotel after shopping, there should be a quiet environment, but it really wasn't here. Also, the wifi is very bad, it almost didn't work.

The location is great!at the city center near the Taksim metro station. At nights it is very noisy but this is normal because there are lots of restaurants and disco clubs in taksim. Hotel room was small but very sweet.Staff was veey helpful and smily.Breakfast was included. In general we were veey satisfied.

The room is very cute, in a style that young people will like, very clean, with a small balcony where you can smoke and enjoy the street view. The boss is very nice, he is a young brother during the day and a kind old man at night. The street downstairs is very lively! The atmosphere of entertainment will continue until the wee hours of the morning! You can talk to hi in the room! ~ The bar directly facing downstairs is very nice, the owner of the bar is very nice and enthusiastic. When he saw that we were in trouble, he took the initiative to help and helped us find the mobile phone that was left in the taxi! Great! Thank you so much! The food in the bar is also very good, too much to eat! If you live here, you must go to the bar to experience it! It is very convenient to go to Independence Avenue and Galata Tower!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Tharwat is a professional who cares a lot about customer service, and he has a very good team around him, all of them were very attentive. Daria was always tending to our concerns.
The rooms were also fabulous, value for money, excellent cleaning service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Highly Do Not Recommend!
Dirty rooms- towels & bedsheets not clean- bathroom broken tiles- stinky sofa and broken sofa bed- faulty curtains.
They claim french balconies that they dont have.
They claim late check out which they dont honor.
Rude staff - they dont converse in English whick creates a communication barrier
weak unreliable Wifi in the Room, keeps cutting off.
Kitchenette un-useable; sink out if order, no utensils, kettle very dirty .
Housekeeping & fresh towels not offered daily, and when they clean they use high Chlorine concentrate initiating severe allergic reaction and teary burning eyes!
This place ruined my Istanbul experience

Just checking out from the hotel at the moment but i can’t leave without praising this place and the lovely people who looked after us very well. All the rooms were spot on! just like they addressed through the photos. Especially super nice staffs, zubair and Daria treated us like home! Can’t wait to be back here soon!

A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!
An incredibly amateur establishment that does not even come close to a 4-star standard.
The hotel staff provided the guests with unfounded and incorrect information regarding matters that were none of their business, which led to very serious misunderstandings between us. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to interfere in the private space and communication of its guests in this manner. There were many other negative issues, but I do not see a need to state them here as they cross ethical boundaries. I definitely do not recommend this facility, which is completely devoid of professionalism and work ethics.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the biggest advantages was the nearby parking. Although it is paid parking, finding a parking space in this area can be very difficult, so having convenient parking close to the hotel made our trip much easier and stress-free.
The location is excellent, with so many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We were able to explore the area comfortably without needing transportation for most places.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel valued and at home from the moment we arrived until check-out.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
