Elm Suite Hotel in Istanbul

We are very pleased with the attitude and hospitality of the staff. Everything is clean and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Semra – she is a very kind and wonderful person.

Really nice place, perfect location, close to public transport, markets and restaurants. The staff is great, very polite and willing to help. The rooms are clean and cozy with all the amenities needed, if anything additional is needed, the staff will help have it. The breakfast is also nice, diverse and fresh.

It is a great place for families, it is organized and the employees are very helpful. There is elevator and good security. Rooms are clean and tidy, and if u want new towels they can provide it for you. The only disadvantage is that the wifi is slow and after a certain time it gets reset, so you have to put your passport info again. Highly recommended place, will be visiting again.

Quiet hotel, very nice services. We were very happy with our stay

I traveled with my wife and my 2 kids.
We stayed in a duplex, the kids loved the idea of an inside stairs! the staff were very friendly and helpful, the furniture and space was really great, we enjoyed our stay there, there's a parking in front of the hotel and in the building in front of the hotel, it is free of charge just ask any of the gentlemen in the reception and they will help you.
The breakfast was classical simple Turkish style, great for a quick bite.
The thing i loved is the quietness of the neighborhood...you surely can sleep all you want without any heard sound, it's a family friendly area, we had a car so i don't know about transportation.

The lightening is very light...i mean the room needs more light :) but that's fine i guess because people use these rooms for sleeping ...
was disappointed with the balcony that's over viewing rooftops of other building, to be honest i knew it's not a sea view but i expected at least a landscape not just rooftops.

Thank you for accommodating ELM Suite hotel, for your warm welcome, this great room on the upper floor (as we requested initially), an excellent house-keeping service and amazing receptionists team. We really felt like being at home at this place, though being far away from home. Thanks a million for the receptionist team that helped is Monday early morning when we were leaving but faced the situation with the the car - it didn't want to start and we needed someone and some other car with the appropriate equipment to help us with starting the car. ELM team made that as well for us.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel, every thing was exactly the same as reviews I read. Very clean and organized room, the breakfast was good and many varieties. People were very nice and responded kindly.
