Excellent hotel. Convenient location. The room was small, but very cozy. The top floor has a stunning terrace. The staff is very friendly. 24-hour reception. Highly recommended!

The pictures are for reference only. It is actually very small. We booked a superior room, but the room we stayed in was an economy room. We couldn't stretch our arms and legs in the room.

Located next to Independence Avenue, it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic to help with luggage and their attitude is also very good. However, the hotel room is very small, so everyone should be mentally prepared.

A beautiful central hotel right on Istiklal Street, ideal for short trips. Very friendly and accommodating staff. It has a breathtaking rooftop terrace with views over all of Istanbul.

Nice room with balcony and convenient to metro station.

Alot of nice food innthenneighbourhood.

Right in the heart of Taksim square facing both the historic Church and Mosque.

Selected the specific room that came with balcony which was useful in the comfortable and pleasant evening. Too hot to use in the day.

Room size were unfortunately much smaller than expected. Premium paid for location. Flip side you don’t need transport to get to Main Street

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them
He was absolutely disaster and abnormal person and lots of bad things my relatives were complaining……….

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
