DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED
I made the reservation for 3 people. They confirmed it, but 10 minutes later they said the room was for 2 people and asked for an extra charge. Afterwards, they said it was actually for 3 people, apologized for the confusion, and then we went to the hotel. The young man at the reception repeated that we could not stay at this price and made a great effort to charge us extra. They gave us a room that was not cleaned and still had trash inside. There were no slippers, not even a glass of water. There was no refrigerator. The air conditioner had no remote control and worked randomly; if you wanted to turn it off, you had to switch it off from the breaker, risking an electric shock.

very bad hotel, the room was cold because the windows are not closed properly. the behavior of woman who works in the hotel is unfriendly , also there is no slippers and there is no rooms service and it is expensive in comparison to its level .

Super dirty, if you don’t care about your health come here. I saw bugs crawling on the wall & bathroom ground of my room, the towel smell like vinegar. Very dirty room that I stayed in.

I stayed there for little while and the rooms are so dirty so many Roches Bugs everywhere. They are so cheap and bad people even you pay them for hotel they turn off heater first thing in the morning also they turn off hot water so they don’t want the customers can use and they greedy people can save hot water and when I told them they pretend they didn’t get it. There is a few ladies working there they are gossip and Gossip Fraud all they trying to steal your money from You. Thy said you made sheet dirty you have to pay me $50 for wash!! Which is its part of their job to do wash because all hotel do that I have never seen any hotel people ask for money and I asked them show Me the sheet because in this case I can buy you new sheet which is not even more than $5 . She didn’t even show me the sheet because she knew that’s there is nothing dirty and it’s part of their job to clean. After that she said ok just pay me $20
There is owners two daughters work with full of attitude and they don’t even do their job properly besides sitting there smoking. If you complain about their workers all they said okay I will tell them! But never do !!
Be aware don’t go there and don’t trust their workers and anyone they all are full of gossiping and fraud!!

I didn't know I could sleep so peacefully in this hotel. I read negative reviews about this hotel. But I think very positive about it. I had room 403 opposite an old church. It was not luxury, But I didn't mind. Everything was nice and clean. The sheets, the pillowcase. I stayed here for a day and I really enjoyed it. I also paid 20 euros. that was for me a good deal.

Very dirty hotel we changed rooms twice and these rooms are filled with cockroaches, in two rooms wasn't working tv and air conditioner, the view from the window is sad. I dont recommend this hotel, theres so many hotels

This hotel is good. They have good service. They help you with everything. The people who work there always help you with the smallest things. It is a very nice experience.

The photos they use for advertising their hotel is very old photos from the time they refreshed their hotel, now you don’t see these conditions in their rooms, the lounge area is completely dark because all the lights are off, I’m sorry that we’ve had a very bad experience in this hotel from the service they have Mentioned in advertising to the room quality and smelly pillows and lack of language speaking

Room was extremely bad. If possible I would even give it a 0 star review.
Toilet was in a bad condition.
Room had damaged beds.
Toilet seat was dirty
No proper air conditioning.
The biggest let down was that they were charging £20/night for a room of such a bad quality.
Definitely would not recommend. This was a complete disappointment.
