Location is very good, every kind of public transportation is nearby. Staff is really nice and cooperative. The breakfast was delicious and there was a different offer every day. However, we booked a room with a balcony, but we were accommodated in a room without a balcony. This should be corrected on booking because the information is incorrect. We asked about it immediately and they told us that we could move to that room for the last 2 nights, which we did. Rooms could be cleaner. Overall, we are satisfied because a price was good, and those things I sad earlier will probably be corrected in the future.

Great location. Very good breakfast. Mohammed was very helpful. Good value for money with basic clean rooms. My only observation is that the photos are out of date.

Staff especially night manager Mr Mohamed

First Things first. Great value for money
Then. The Sincere friendly staff makes it such a pleasant budget place.
Woke up late for our B&B breakfast. They still accommodated us with breakfast.
The room was perfect. Everything Clean. It was not small at all.
I highly recommend this place to budget travelers.

Avoid this hotel – it’s a complete scam.
The photos shown online are outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the place. The reality was shocking: we found cockroaches, stains on the mattress, a yellowed fridge, stained curtains and overall dirty rooms (3 to be specific). The windows couldn’t even be closed. Also, the toilets were smelly and dirty, and there was trash, dead bugs and dust under the bed.

Despite having photos and videos of a cockroach climbing the wall, the hotel staff refused to acknowledge the problem and were completely uncooperative. The owner accused us of lying despite our evidence.

Do not trust this hotel, find someplace better!

The staff was friendly and helpful!

14.06.2025 Ali

The hotel is in a very good location, right on Taksim Square – everything important is nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the water in the rooms was sometimes turned off during the day. This problem seems to be quite common in the area, but for me it was a disaster! Apart from that, everything else was fairly average for the price.

Met very lovely brothers, Mami , Ali and other guests . First solo trip. A beautiful 5 day get away for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy💯

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them
He was absolutely disaster and abnormal person and lots of bad things my relatives were complaining……….

19.07.2024 Peyvand

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

11.06.2024 Mirza

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

01.03.2024 Erduan

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

29.02.2024 Bardh

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
