Morava Hotel in Istanbul

Never again! We regretted our stay at this hotel after the first night. From a ************* in the next room, who initially argued with her customer and then consummated the deal after reaching an agreement, to the constant noise from the hallway and the dining room above. The hotel is very noisy. After we complained at reception, they refused to help us until we contacted the travel agent. After repeated correspondence and discussions between Trip.com and the hotel, we were not allowed to change rooms until the third day of our stay. The new room was one floor below and significantly smaller than the previous one. Several items were damaged, for example, the curtain was broken. The window in this room was covered by a fire escape and several air conditioning units, which were incredibly loud at night. It was more like a downgrade to our booking. We didn't really want to complain again given the remaining days and the stress we had experienced beforehand. A constant unpleasant odor could be detected in both hotel rooms and in the hallway. Overall, the hygiene at this hotel left a lot to be desired. In summary, we would definitely not visit this hotel again!

The only thing thats good is the location, they dont have swimming pool or anything else they said they closed it
The rooms are so small like tiny small and doesnt look like the picture, you book something here and when you go ask for it they ask for 50 euro extra its so bad and dirty the sheets hasnt been changed and there is like so much dirt on them
The hotel has so much stairs that need to be climbed before going out and the staff doesn't take responsibility for anything
