Loren Hotel & Suites in Istanbul

I was completely dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I ended up in a different room because someone else was assigned to my room. Even though they said they would let me stay for the day and move me to your room tomorrow, they stalled me the next day with various excuses like the water was cut off and there was construction going on in the room. I booked that room just for the terrace, but I couldn't stay. If you don't want to be disappointed, don't choose this hotel.

This is an honest review, I don’t how they got this rating but please read and save yourself and your family from these culprits.
I checked in with my parents yesterday and prior to checking in, we were talking on WhatsApp. I paid for a 3 guests room including one double and one single bed. When I paid it, it was mentioned that it will be easy accessible. That was a lie as well. They don’t even have a lift. The guy at the counter took me and my parents to the last floor which was I think 5th or 6th floor through stairs (no lift in the hotel) and tried to give us a room with only one double bed. There was a small piece of couch, he said that this will be for your 3rd guest. I got really frustrated and showed him my booking where it clearly says one double and one single bed and showed him the pictures while booking which clearly shows a double and a single twin bed. However, he wasn’t listening and his english was v poor and kept saying “ I understand “ “I understand “ even though he didn’t. My father got really upset and told me even to cancel it and book somewhere else. However it was my short trip and I literally requested him to give me a room that is shown in the pictures. I had to request him for the room that I PAID ALREADY. He wanted me to charge 60Euros for the room that was in pictures saying that this will be a different room. However after some time when I showed him again, he agreed to it and gave us the room only if we will write 5 stars because he knew that now I wouldn’t be giving them good review. We just put our luggage and went to visit Istanbul sites. We came back in the night and saw multiple bed bugs and insects on the beds. I am attaching the pictures, this won’t let me attach video. However I have the video as well. In case someone needs to verify. This is the worst hotel ever with worst staff. We checked out 0600AM early today because it was too bad. Never Ever book this hotel. All reviews either are fake or were being written because of the same situation I was in.
I wish that they close this property forever.
