I stayed at this hotel and loved it. The room was spacious and very clean. My daughter loved it too. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Istanbul. Thank you to all the staff.

Dilek and the other reception staff were very helpful to us. The hotel was in a central location. There were restaurants and shopping malls everywhere. The hotel rooms were quite spacious and quiet. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro. The staff is very polite and friendly. We were allowed to stay an extra hour. You can leave your luggage after checkout. The room has a refrigerator and kettle.

We booked a large 34 sq m Deluxe room, but they gave us a small, shabby one. We were very tired after a difficult transatlantic flight and didn't immediately realize we had the wrong room. We dropped our bags off and went to dinner, then went straight to bed. Then we checked our reservation and realized the room didn't match ours, but it was too late to change it.
It was a frustrating moment, being deceived.

It was a great one day accommodation! The host girl is very nice and friendly. The room does not have a balcony but there smoking is allowed in the room.

The hotel is so close to Taksim square and all restaurants. As well the bus to and from airport is 10 mnts walk. The lady in reception ms. Drlik. is very helpful and kind always smiling and welcoming guests sure I ll come again

Not great. The room is not big. The facilities are old, and the front desk is a bit stupid, and he doesn't speak English... I don't know about Ctrip... I told him about the room booked on Ctrip, but I couldn't understand it, and I can only pay in cash, not by credit card.
