I am not happy with my experience,no AC and noisy place because I needed to open windows and they don’t have glasses in Room and when I called reception they said we can’t provide that ,the room was not really clean .

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Overall it was good experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. On arrival our toilets exhaust system was not functioning we asked to change the room and it was done right away. Breakfast is average. Would be helpful if they write the names of the dishes and what’s in it. Many buses to the location no train or metro.

Although the rooms are on the smaller side, the atmosphere is really lovely. All of the staff are extremely helpful — especially Uğur, Eren, Sadullah, and the rest of the hotel team, who are all very friendly and welcoming.
The location is excellent, with easy access to all parts of Istanbul. Taksim Square is about a 20-minute walk, and you can also reach it easily by metro. In addition, the metro provides direct access to both Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Atatürk Airport, which is very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience — truly a great place to stay. I would definitely choose to stay at the same hotel again on my next visit.

room was clean , they definitely need to update sheets and water kettles , elevators working ok they make sad little sound but ok , lobby looks clean , corridors carpets between the rooms are are insanely ruined and dirty

Didn't try breakfast i didn't want to its in -2 so probably no window.
If you are able to pay 10$ to 30$ more you could get better hotel nearby in same area

Don't believe the 8-10 star reviews. This 4-star hotel doesn't even come close to deserving such a rating. Even considering it's Turkey, and you have to adjust your expectations for what a 4-star hotel means there.
But I'll start with the pros:
1. **Convenient location**: Plenty of buses and the metro is just a 10-minute walk away.
2. **Responsive staff**: Though sometimes it took 2-3 reminders.
3. **Daily cleaning**: If you remind them and ask, they'll clean every day.
4. **Clean rooms**.
Unfortunately, the cons are far more significant:
1. **Rooms don't live up to 4-star standards**: Not at all. There's no lighting besides the main overhead light. The rooms are quite worn, but not yet completely run-down. The technical condition of the rooms can be quite poor (the bathroom fan shrieked terribly, and the shower cabin was rusty). The heated floor in the bathroom couldn't be turned off, making the bathroom constantly like a steam room.
2. **No linen change**: The bed linen was never changed in seven days! They just neatly straightened out the existing sheets.
3. **Terrible water pressure and temperature**: The water temperature fluctuated so much it was almost impossible to shower.
4. **Poor amenities**: A very basic selection of toiletries; no dental kit, even if you ask at reception :(
5. **Sparse buffet**: A rather meager buffet with almost no meat! Once every two days, you might see some unappetizing sausages. I'm not counting the cold cuts, as they're terrible all over Turkey.
The hotel's real rating, considering it's a 4-star, should be around 6.5-7.0. Therefore, to bring down its current 8.4 score, it needs several 2.0-star reviews, for example.

The service is good. Location is not far from metro and shopping mall. Breakfast was ok. Room was ok a bit hot with the heat flooring system. I had to open the window constantly to cool it a bit. Internet was great.
