I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. It’s very close to Galata Tower and right on the road to Taksim, with the metro station nearby, which made it super convenient to get around Istanbul.
The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Wissam, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I was traveling solo, and I felt very safe and comfortable the entire time.
The cleaning ladies were lovely Amel ❤️ and the room was cleaned daily. Everything was spotless.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers — great location, amazing staff, and overall a very pleasant experience!

What a fantastic find! This hotel is an absolute gem, thanks to its superb location right in the heart of the city. The service is top-notch, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible Egyptian staff member "Wessam " in the lobby. Seriously, they're the best! Their help makes everything so much easier, and their friendliness makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel—you won't be disappointed!

We made a stopover for 4 days coming back from Toronto. Loved the Hospitality by WISSAM. He stood out of the way from getting us VIP pickup from Airport to Dropping off.
WISSAM was like a Siri. Lol
He did everything we required for a comfortable stay.

On our last two nights here the water stopped working since morning, we couldnt use the toilet or water to wash our hands and even shower that’s how bad it is. The hotel didn’t even provide water for the rooms for this major inconvenience. It went from one hour saying they are rectifying the issue to now is already been 12 hours and the issue is still not resolved. They just say it’s the whole street having this issue. Then what’s the point of staying in a hotel when such inconvenience to the guest arises and they don’t offer an alternative. The hotel area is great but is very noisy throughout the night. The room conditions were not well kept up as well. A lot of thing were broken or not functioning and it’s very underwhelming. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel..

Even if it is located in the central place, it is a big disadvantage. Taxi's cannot go next to the hotel, so we had to carry our big suitcases from 400-500 m from a street that is filled with night clubs and drunk people. Transportation from this place to other touristic places is also problematic due to traffic. Also, too noisy location. Another big disadvantage is no laundry service and breakfast is available.

One of the worst hotels I visited in Turkey... We took a family room for an almost large amount, which means we expected the room to be beautiful and respectable for a family of 3 peoples …What surprised me was a very bad room, especially not clean at all, very dirty, the floor when we entered was filled with human hair , The walls of the room are filled with moisture... The microwave is not usable due to the absence of the special inner plate and very dirty with bad smell …The refrigerator is not able to store baklava or anything else because water drips from it, submerges it and even reaches the floor of the room…this hotel caused me sadness on my vacation and we didnt ask for another room because the other family rooms had worst problems … finally ..details that pictures can describe better

This is a nice hotel that can be a problem due to the location. Its next to a high school that has concerts that can last until midnight or later. If you are unlucky enough to stay the night they have a concert, as I was, good luck sleeping. It is so loud, the windows rattle. The room itself was quite comfortable. The management tries their best.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
