had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a great location. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and quick.

We had a warm wellcome by the host even though he had to wait for us more than 2 hours because our plain was delayed We appreciate very much
The apart was amazing with awesome view Rooms where spacious and clean very comfortable. Had a nice big living room with a nice Up to standard TV Had a nice big Fridge for our beers and ice and beverages. We where amazed how close we where Walking distance to Grand Bazaar, Restaurants, Metro Can't believe our luck. The management was so helpfull Even came to help us with our luggage when we had to leave. They sent messages every day to ask if we need anything. Amenities was amazing seperate toilet, Separate BIG nice shower. 3 Bedrooms, 2 rooms with Double bed And one Room with 3 single beds. Very clean, All have aircon and spacious. Will Definately when visiting Istanbul Come stay here Again For Sure. Staff Very Friendly and helpfull Had an Awesome Stay with Alpacino Apart 👌👍

We received the ground floor flat which has no views, even though the listing on booking.com shows sea views.
Owner offered a 40euro discount on arrival, done so by "cancelling" our stay. Probably a fee avoidance thing. We later realised that this meant we couldn't post a review on booking.com.
Rooms and apartment was nothing special, but fine - not sure why the owner feels they need to deceive people.
Location is good for Blue mosque but all nearby restaurants are average, all the same, and they just want your money no matter what. I recommend staying in another area of Istanbul and travel in for the day.
The owner then intimidated us to provide a good review on google before we left.
The reviews they reply to on here saying that they are "spreading lies", are the only ones being honest.

I had a great stay at Alpacino hotel; it was a wonderful introduction to Türkiye! Only a 5 min walk to the tram station that gives you access to anywhere you will need to visit in Istanbul. The staff were some of the kindest people I’ve met, they made sure we had absolutely anything we needed and gave some great recommendations for places to visit and eat while you are staying there. If I could give them 10 stars for service I would. Highly recommend if you are looking for a lowkey hotel that is close to the city centre!!!

We stayed in Celal’s apartment for a week and it was a very nice apartment. Just like the pictures. The area is great and it is close to all the touristic places. Celal was very helpful and welcoming. He welcomed us with turkish tea, brought us some turkish delights and helped us through out our stay. Highly recommended!

It has a very nice location and the view is good, very close to the sea, we are very satisfied, we will come again
