I highly recommend this hotel. I spent 7 days there. I can say that the hotel staff are very nice people. Communicative and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel is located in a very good area, close to everything. I already know that when I come to Istanbul in the future, I will only go to this hotel again. Thank you very much, I was very satisfied here.

very comfortable place with a great location in downtown,.. highly recomended to book again and again,.. around everything (suprmarket. bus station 5 min away. metro. resturant,..) and this area is very good everything is open even atfer 12midnight
receition are very friendly and helpful, farhat is a great an he help us in a lot of informationa and the morning man (i don't remember his name) but he is very helpfull
breakfast was very nice with good vretiy, chay and coffee is available 24hrs

Best budget hotel that you can get in this area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staffs are very polite and friendly. They helped us for every small thing. You must understand that in that price when you even get a basic breakfast, there is literally nothing more you can ask for. We had some issues with toilet seat and ventilation but those are manageable and negligible compared to what you get. If you want a budget hotel in a prime location, this is it.

The old man at the breakfast buffet was the only good at this so called hotel. He did his best to make sure everything was available in the poor breakfast buffet
This can't be called a hotel. We had to live a nightmare for 5 nights only because our money was non refundable
We arrived at the hotel 6 am. The sleeping guy at the front desk didn't want us in and was the rudest ever. He asked for the reservation which I showed him and he said check in is at 2pm and the hotel is full. I told him I emailed you and you said you will do your best to check us in early. Then I asked if we could stay at the reception which is 3 tables with their chairs and two armchairs. 5 minutes later I think because he wanted to continue sleeping he said I will check you in but you can't have breakfast we said sure. N.B breakfast is served in this so called reception which is the mini entrance of this so called hotel.
Room was horrible nothing compared to the pictures but we were tired and happy to be checked in early.
Under the bed was full of dust not cleaned for long months. Put the luggage on the wardrobe because you can hardly move in this small room became all full of dust. The freezer was full of ice to put a bottle. Air conditioner smelled bad when I looked at the filters they were covered in dust and I had to wash them. The room looked at dirty stairs and this was the view of the room. We had to keep the curtains closed because the view was so scary especially that the hotel was in a street full of pubs which are so loud at the weekend and sure not safe to walk alone
They didn't clean the room and when we asked they only put a towel for each of us and not even cleaned the bathroom
This was really my worst stay ever in a hotel. Not recommended at all

The service was amazing; the staff were extremely helpful, kind and professional and they were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The location was within walking distance of everything. The rooms were clean and a nice size. Clean sheets and towels every day. Overall, the hotel is the perfect place to stay and enjoy a holiday in Turkey. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and I will return to the hotel when I come back to Turkey.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Tharwat is a professional who cares a lot about customer service, and he has a very good team around him, all of them were very attentive. Daria was always tending to our concerns.
The rooms were also fabulous, value for money, excellent cleaning service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Highly Do Not Recommend!
Dirty rooms- towels & bedsheets not clean- bathroom broken tiles- stinky sofa and broken sofa bed- faulty curtains.
They claim french balconies that they dont have.
They claim late check out which they dont honor.
Rude staff - they dont converse in English whick creates a communication barrier
weak unreliable Wifi in the Room, keeps cutting off.
Kitchenette un-useable; sink out if order, no utensils, kettle very dirty .
Housekeeping & fresh towels not offered daily, and when they clean they use high Chlorine concentrate initiating severe allergic reaction and teary burning eyes!
This place ruined my Istanbul experience

Just checking out from the hotel at the moment but i can’t leave without praising this place and the lovely people who looked after us very well. All the rooms were spot on! just like they addressed through the photos. Especially super nice staffs, zubair and Daria treated us like home! Can’t wait to be back here soon!

A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!
An incredibly amateur establishment that does not even come close to a 4-star standard.
The hotel staff provided the guests with unfounded and incorrect information regarding matters that were none of their business, which led to very serious misunderstandings between us. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to interfere in the private space and communication of its guests in this manner. There were many other negative issues, but I do not see a need to state them here as they cross ethical boundaries. I definitely do not recommend this facility, which is completely devoid of professionalism and work ethics.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the biggest advantages was the nearby parking. Although it is paid parking, finding a parking space in this area can be very difficult, so having convenient parking close to the hotel made our trip much easier and stress-free.
The location is excellent, with so many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We were able to explore the area comfortably without needing transportation for most places.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel valued and at home from the moment we arrived until check-out.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
