Truly my favourite in Istanbul. I loooove the rooms - spacious, spotless, super glamorous. Staff is sweet, breakfast is amazing and healthy. Very peaceful, ambiance is great, great soft jazz in the lobby. A tranquil heaven to be in.

We loved our stay at the Witt! The staff were so lovely and the breakfast was delicious. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage a couple of days before check-in whilst we visited a different part of Turkey. We would love to return!

Not sure why I felt led to choose this hotel but it was a great choice. The location was good. The room was spacious and very clean. Somehow I booked it for 2026 (just not sure how that happened) . Thankfully the hotel contacted me and booked a room for us. Also we requested a late checkout and they accommodated us for that. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. My only complaints are the lighting in the room and bathroom was dull and I didn’t care for the artificial aroma used in the lobby. It’s very fake and overwhelming.

Cihangir Gem!
Loved the Witt. The staff is amazing, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are huge and the bathrooms great. Oh and that spectacular view from the roof terrace!!! Great location for our group - close to a tram stop into the old city but away from the tourist crowds. I’ve been to Istanbul often and friends lived in the area so I was prepared for the steep hills in the neighborhood. Sometimes resorted to taxis….the staff had great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Can’t wait to return to the Witt

Excellent hotel. I couldn't find any similar ones. Ideal for exploring Istanbul. The location deserves special attention. Very quiet street, despite the tourist center. Very close to the main attractions and convenient transportation. Nice breakfasts, very efficient staff in terms of cleaning the rooms. Plus very responsive administrators, helped with all questions very efficiently. Plus a nice bonus, they gave me a cake for my birthday!) I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, I will definitely stay here myself next time I visit.

It is only 20 min walk from Taksim Square and 35 min walk from Blue Mosque. The view of the hotel is impressive. You don't need to stay at the panoramic-view room. The hotel has a rooftop with incredible views.

Decent stay. No elevator here so if you’re getting terrace rooms 07 or 08, be ready for a good climb.

Amazing breakfast and owner provides quality breakfast service. Tucked in behind the Main Street it is a hidden gem you need to check out for a quality Turkish breakfast! Thank you guys for welcoming this foreigner

The atmosphere of the hotel and the room was different from what we imagined and it was quite small and the appearance was not as clean as the photo

Amazing location in Kuloglu. The room was unique and clean. A cafe recently opened next door making delicious drinks and serving tasty ice cream - recommend you try it! Staff friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

This place is absolutely awful. Poorly maintained. The bathroom is extremely badly fitted. There is no light switch beside the bed, you need to get up from bed to switch off the light. The whole place smells of sewage. The owner is barely there and not very nice. This place is to be avoided. It is very cheap, understandably. I did not want to try breakfast. Starbucks on Istiklal Caddesi provided an alternative.
