A very nice place, nice rooms, a great location in the heart of Istanbul with a good breakfast included ,everybody is very nice. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was like a home. People are really helpful and nice.
Safe location and you can just enjoy the diffirent part of Istanbul.
Would recommend for everyone.
Oh and we shouldnt forget the cats ♡♡♡♡

Absolutely wonderful experience. Great position and neighborhood, the rooms looks exactly like the pictures, the breakfast is delicious and there's always something new in the menu. The person staff are very kind and welcoming. I fully recommend this place.

I'd say it was really good for the price. There are very hospital hosts and I liked neighborhood even though for someone it could look like untouristic. The room was clean but the bathroom needs renovation.

The perfect option for traveling! Great location, everything is close by—transportation, cafes, sights. The breakfasts are fantastic—a huge selection, everything is fresh. No downsides, everything is superb!

We booked mentioned hotel in 20-24 march ,according trip advisor score it has 4.5 and we were sure that hotel will be fine but in fact we had a worst experience . They accommodate us in cellar , main door of our room was not closing and suspicious people where standing and watching through window .smell of dampness was in whole room . we asked staff to change room with additional charge but they refused that they do not have room on upper floor but when we checked again in booking com free room were available. Staff was unhelpful ,they even do not try to help and solve this case .As staff didn't helped we were forced to change hotel by ourselves as overnight there was impossible and not safe . we asked to return money but they declined request ,photos in booking com is totally different what is reality is . I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room as spacious, clean and comfortable, plus the location is great. Walking distance to all the major sites, and some great (affordable) local restaurants nearby in the back-streets.
Breakfast was a typical Turkish affair with bread, olives, tomato, cucumber, eggs, cheese and meat. A really nice, fresh way to start the day. I thought it was great value and would absolutely recommend it.

They have canceled to me and my friends room reservation we made for New year just three days before arrivel with explanation that bank card is not valid.It was not truth since they that get money from my account.

5 stars for super helpful and friendly friendly employees!!! Other than that you need to be lucky to get a beautiful view out of your window! I wasn't lucky:) but since whole day was outside it didn't matter much. It is located in the hills, you need to go up to the tramway and city center it is a bit extreme.

Good big room, no views on some of them...but english is a must and breakfast could be better.
