The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were polite and attentive. The breakfast was delicious.

Great and safe location just in front of the italian embassy. Room was spacious and clean. Afternoon tea and snacks every day on ground floor. Breakfast was great and staff very kind and helpful.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite the Italian Consulate and very close to the harbor and Istiklal Avenue, all within walking distance. However, being within consulate grounds, vehicles cannot drive directly to the hotel entrance without prior permission, which is a drawback if you have large luggage and need to push it up a sleep slope.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The decor is super stylish, and it's really convenient for getting to all the attractions – just a quick bus ride away. Breakfast was excellent; the staff even remembered our names, and it was a semi-buffet where you could choose how you wanted your eggs cooked. The views were lovely too. The front desk service was top-notch, they even upgraded our room for free. I especially loved the turndown service: they'd quietly come in to leave chocolates and turn on the TV before we went out in the evening or went to bed – such a thoughtful touch! I really enjoyed the overall monastery-inspired design. The room was very clean and spacious. There was afternoon tea offered, but we were out exploring so we didn't get to experience it. Overall, the experience was wonderful. I don't usually leave reviews, but I honestly think this hotel is on par with, if not better than, a Ritz Carlton – obviously not competing with ultra-luxury, but considering the price point, it's incredibly satisfying. The only minor downsides were no Wi-Fi in the bathroom and it would have been even better if breakfast had more sausage options.

A wonder of a hotel. The little details - bath salts, padded slippers, premium movies on the TV etc. - lift TomTom above the ordinary. A fabulous stay.

As others have mentioned, this hotel is truly a hidden gem in Istanbul. A small boutique hotel in a great neighborhood with restaurants and public transport close by.
The hotel, an architectural treasure, offers spacious rooms that are exceptionally neat and well-maintained. Wonderful beds, wooden floors, and plenty of closet space.
Add to that the breakfast, served on the top floor with the best view of the city, prepared by the Michelin-starred restaurant Nicole – you couldn’t wish for a better start to the day. Nor for the exquisite service.

The service here is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast staff were so welcoming and even remembered my name. The front desk even helped me get my luggage to my next hotel when I couldn't find a taxi. Truly touching service!

A very classic hotel located in an upscale and quiet neighborhood. I heard it's also a place Pamuk frequently visits. The service, decor, and ambiance are all top-notch. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! The location is perfect, close to bars and restaurants, and the street feels very safe.
