The staff truly stood out — kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. They assisted us with taxis and anything else we needed, always making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of, which is especially important when travelling with family.
The location is excellent, very close to all major tourist attractions, so getting around with children was easy and stress-free.
This was my 6th time in Istanbul, and even though I’ve stayed in higher-ranked hotels, this one remains the coziest and most convenient, offering an excellent price for the quality and location. It truly feels like a home away from home for families.
I highly recommend Castle Franco Suites and will definitely return again.
Seems like it might be a family owned business and staff was very friendly. And lovely to have a turkish breakfast every morning.
The rooms are on the small side and can get a little humid (i could not see air-conditioning option...). But well cleaned and looked nice and cozy.
Besides that the staff was really kind and helpful and always asked if we needed something. On the last day they even helped us getting to the airport with a cheap local bus organisation, because every Taxi Driver tried to scam us with extraordinary prices. Really recommendable and would go there a second time.
