The place was easily reachable but the room conditions were awful! Very dirty and old stuff. It was heavy smoke smell! The mattresses were old and in very bad conditions, the toilet was not cleaned and very bad odour/smell! The owner was good and communicative!

I like the area, however, I did not know the rooms where on second and third floor also. I had four disable people with wheel chairs.

This place is perfect for a family stay as it's very close to all the historical sites, public transport, and dining and shopping options. The staff, especially the lady manager, was very helpful

It was an excellent with Safari suites. The rooms were clean as I stayed there for few days. It's is 2 minutes walk from blue mosque. Mini mart is just in front of the apartments. Ms. Evegeniya, the manager of the hotel is very cooperative and polite with a smile on her face. The restaurants are around and tram station is a walking distance. Overall it was a great experience and I strongly recommend these suites for stay. It feels like home.

I booked this apartment due to value for money and it's location. There wen't many that would cater for the size of our party (family of 7 including 1 toddler). Booking it was straight forward as well as confirmation. 24 hours before arrival we received WhatsApp message from host with entry details (main entrance and room entrance are via keypad code entry). If you're looking to stay in the Old part of Istanbul, this apartment was ideally located 5 mins walk from SultanAhmet mosque and a further 2 mins walk to the tram stop. Immediately outside the apartments is a mini supermarket for most conveniences. Plenty of places to eat from. We only had to contact the host once to request an iron and considering it's a serviced apartment rather than hotel, it was delivered very quickly. The apartment had a kettle and a microwave. A few minor let downs that might be quick fixes for the host: Shower cubicle needs to have somewhere to place soap/shampoo etc. Could do with some cups/glasses. TV - we could only get it to operate Radio Overall, very roomy, clean and excellent location and value for money. As for Istanbul, food is quite expensive (in tourist areas) whereas as bottled water is very cheap as it the public transport network.

The location is great, 150 m from Sultan Ahmet. However; I cannot agree on the room conditions. The toilet bowl runs 24/7, the shower cabin has no door, the whole bathroom is flooded with water. TV remotes have no batteries and also do not work. The handle of the shower mixer is broken. Towels and linens are old. The cleaning was done casually. Even though I didn't go in with shoes on, the bottoms of my feet turned dark from "cleaning" :)) I think that's enough. I think the managers are doing an injustice to a place in this location. Would I want to stay again? I guess, no...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
