Hotel 61 in Istanbul

I couldn’t find their hotel anymore which mean they shut down (thank god) or changed their name. But this place is the most horrific place ever. I have to canceled my booking due to death in the family. I asked the owner if i can either get a refund or changed the date completely. The owner refused and even acting very rude!! He complained about how he is losing business because i have to cancel my booking. Mind you he kept my money over 200 euros but he claimed because i booked it and he can’t sell the room anymore, what even is that? He got 200 euros and blamed the customer for unable to come due to death in family? HE GOT TO KEEP THE MONEY! Yet still blamed and saying now he is losing money because he cant rent the room that I’ve paid for. Never received any compassion. Horrible owner. Disgusting and disgraceful.

Please dont visit this Hotel. The whole Hotel is dirty everywhere. The last time someone cleaned this place was when the pictures for this website was taken. We found old toilet paper under the bed, the floor was covered in dirt, there was long black hair on the bed sheets. There is Black Mold everywhere and the bathroom stinks of it so bad you cant sit in the room. Its a health risk to let someone sleep in a room with black mold like this. The Pictures dont look like the hotel at all. I made a reservation for 3 adults and 2 children. Me and my two brothers had to sleep in a double bed as three people and he didnt bother to get another bed. When we wanted to cancel the stay that i already paid for (300€) he said that he would only give us 75€ back, eventhough we only stayed one night. After much talking he gave us 100€ back bit kept 200€ eventhough we left the hotel after one night. The owner is a criminal who does not care about his costumers and scams people on the internet with fake pictures. Please DO NOT visit this hotel. I have proof of everything i said with pictures. I do not recommend staying here!!!

I stayed here 3 nights but it has been the worse stay ever. No reception and I paid extra money for breakfast but you literally get a dog's food for your breakfast and the way the staff speak and talk with you is out of control!
I have stayed in cheaper accommodations than this and they have been 100× better food, stay and customer service!

Don't waste or ruin your journey by staying in this place!!!
