I do not know where to start. This place and its customer service + their unbelievable ability to adjust your needs to a top level is out of words. It has a level to have breakfast + tea and coffee. Their staff member who was attentive to our requests Burak Aktas was super kind, friendly and efficient. I surely recommend this hotel to anyone for a short or long stay. Beyond expectations

I went to this wonderful property on December 22nd and stayed until December 30th. The extraordinary thing that struck me about this property was how clean it was, how well-equipped it was, and how the staff was truly kind! It has excellent WiFi, wonderful heating, a very comfortable bed, a working fridge, extra pillows, a reception desk that's always available, and a very kind owner who makes you feel at ease and helps you with any questions you may have. There's a large mirror in the room—you get the idea! Downstairs, there's a breakfast room or reception room just for guests to use whenever they want! This property is truly fantastic. I've never seen anything so beautiful and well-equipped in Turkey.

Owner Mr. Yakub is very kind and hospitable!!!! The location is perfect. Walking distance to the restaurants, bars, clubs, bus station, near the sea.. affordable and very reasonable price. Room is good as well. There is a beautiful backyard where you can eat breakfast and relax before going out again.

We booked 5 DBL in the New Year period. They asked about hour of arrival. Even if our answer was 15:00, we arrived later in night, 22:00. Unfortunately we did not find the rooms prepared. They were adirty, the sheets and towels also dirty. We have to ask the reception to clean and to change sheets. It is nor fair to not prepare the place even when you have tome enough.

Run by 2 male family members. The younger guy is friendly and sets up the breakfast. The older guy doesn't smile much.
It's a Muslim country, so they have difficulty understanding why 2 males would want to share 1 big bed when 2 singles are available.
Housekeeping is sporadic.

we spent 3 nights there, perfect location, 5 min walking to all kinds of public transport, shops, restaurant, travel office.
24 h free Water, Tea and Coffee, rooms been ok, not to small.
Only breakfast wasn t that good, not much to choose, only basic.
