Location is central to eateries and near train station. Hotel is quite dated but otherwise clean and area is not noisy.

Excellent hotel. Clean. The terrace is very beautiful. It's right in the center. Everything is nearby. There's a wonderful manager, George, who speaks Russian and responds quickly to requests.

The staff is helpful and friendly, and there's a Russian-speaking receptionist, which is a plus! The hotel is conveniently located: Istiklal Avenue, Taksim Square, and the Galata Tower are all within walking distance! The room was clean and spacious! Beautiful views of the city from the window! Delicious and varied breakfasts! I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul!

First time in Istanbul! We chose this hotel! The accommodations are excellent! The staff is friendly! The breakfasts are good! There are Russian-speaking staff, and it turns out they also speak Spanish at reception! The room is spacious, really big! The famous Istiklal Avenue is within walking distance! Free tea and coffee in the room! There's plenty of parking across the street! It's likely paid! But the hotel has parking too, just significantly smaller!

Very nice staff, nice rooms, good location, very good value for money. The reception staff speaks good English on all shifts, which is very important in Istanbul. They are very helpful when ordering food, laundry. The breakfast is not very good, but enough to get you started. Nice terrace.

Bitten by bedbugs. Ideal location. Responsive staff! But something needs to be done about the bedbugs!!!
I do not recommend the hotel restaurant! I have been suffering from poisoning for 3 days! Another small drawback: the windows are dirty.

The cleaning remains to be desired, no heating during the stay (we were in January with our children) we left the hotel early despite a complaint made, the hotel does not recognize that we complained and refuses any commercial gesture.
