Cheap, simple lodging in a working class neighborhood right in the middle of the city. The staff were very helpful and got us a room with no advanced reservation. (In December.) The Cafe next door was good too.

If you love insects and bedbugs, you should definitely book this hotel. These people fight me, hit me, when I asked for refund for my booking, which I want to cancel after staying here only one hour

This hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. We had booked it for one night, expecting a clean and decent place to stay. Instead, we left after just 20 minutes. A mouse ran out of the bathroom and disappeared under the bed, which is completely unacceptable. We checked out immediately. Our mistake was not reading the reviews before coming. Don’t make the same one.

I had stayed at this hotel for one week.
To say honest, location is good, there are supermarket, local cheaper restaurant and close to grand bazzar from the hotel.
But you should not have expectation about the room, because the room is the bare minimum. I'm worried about the security because of the door looked not tough. And i don't like the bath and toilet placement. Toilet is at the back of the bath, so my foot was always wetting.
When i stayed, there aren't bedbag, so i liked the big bed.
And services are also good, there is always people at the reception (24 hours.) I could always ask something.
And when i carried heavy luggages, they helped me even there only have the stairs.

⚠️ Bed Bugs Alert: We were looking for a budget hotel, but not one with hundreds of bed bugs. We booked the hotel in the morning, left our luggage, and went out for shopping in Istanbul. When we returned and lay down on the bed, we felt intense itching. Upon closer inspection, we saw bed bugs everywhere. We were horrified and called the reception to show them, but they did not respond and simply said, "If you want to stay, stay here; otherwise, find another room. You will not get a refund."
Now, after midnight, at 3 AM, we are out searching for another hotel, which is extremely distressing. I would say that if you have the courage to spend the whole night with bed bugs and take them home as a souvenir, then by all means, book this room!

😡😭Its a Bad place not at all a palace, oh yes it's palace with thousands of Bed Bugs, it was not less than a nightmare for me and my family. Washrooms were in worst condition, even comods were not fixed, and we were scared maybe we would fall down during using these washrooms.

This was the most revolting experience I’ve ever had! The room was crawling with bed bugs, and I could literally see them on the sheets. I was horrified and couldn’t sleep all night. The management is beyond incompetent, ignoring the issue like it’s no big deal. I’ve stayed in better motels off the highway. This place should be shut down for health violations! Save yourself the misery and stay anywhere else but here!

This hotel is an absolute nightmare! The room was infested with bed bugs, and I woke up covered in bites. It's disgusting and completely unacceptable. The staff didn't seem to care when I reported it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this filthy place!

Stay away from this flea infested Motel, it could not even be considered a hotel, considering its very dirty room infested with bugs and incompetent service. Me and my friends stayed here for two nights. On the first night we were so annoyed because we did not get the 2 rooms that we originally booked, instead they gave us one room. Worse, that room given to us was very dirty ( hairs in the showers, urine on toilet seat, dusts everywhere especially on the bed), Worse, noticed red marks of bed bugs on our skin. The hotel owner was also very rude and did not allow us to get any refund for this inconvenience.

I had a wonderful experience at this café! The atmosphere is absolutely stunning — the beautiful stone arches, cozy seating, and warm interior design create such a relaxing and classy vibe. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your time.
One of the best parts is the breathtaking view. You can clearly see the Galata Tower, and the entire surrounding area is visible from the café. The panoramic view makes the whole experience even more magical, especially while enjoying a coffee.
The service was excellent, and a special thanks to the host, Muhammad, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He made sure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely comfortable.

Visiting Halic Coffee has been an incredible experience. Great food and service, but the best is the incredible view over the Golden Horn of Estambul. Beautiful place!. Thanks.

Perfect spot for breakfast, coffee or shisha with beautiful view, except it is understaffed and you could wait way too long. 45 minutes for cappuccino (other person from table already had his long ago) and over 1 hour for breakfast. It’s okay if you have a free day, but not if you have a schedule.

Such a beautiful view and great room. We stayed in and watched the fireworks over new year from the room and it was excellent. close to the metro and easy to navigate.
The owners and staff were extremely helpful, booked a taxi to the airport for us and were very accommodating, conversating with us and offering tea.
