A Wonderful Stay at A11 Hotel – Highly Recommended!
I recently stayed at A11 Hotel in Istanbul’s Bağdat Caddesi, and it truly felt like home. The interior is simple yet elegant, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The hygiene standards are excellent, and everything was spotless throughout my stay.
One of the highlights was the breakfast—every day, they offer something different, and the quality is fantastic. It’s a great way to start the day!
The staff was exceptional—the most kind, helpful, and welcoming team I’ve encountered in Istanbul.
They were incredibly fast and attentive to every need, making the stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Candan Ozlem at reception, whose customer service went beyond expectations!
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bağdat Caddesi. Everything is within walking distance—supermarkets, dry cleaners, currency exchange, coffee houses, a wide variety of restaurants (from mid-range to fine dining), clothing stores, and high-end boutiques. It’s a fantastic spot if you want easy access to everything the area offers.
I’ll be back in two months to pick up my wedding dress, and I already know I’ll be staying at A11 Hotel again. Thank you for such a beautiful and memorable experience! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul’s Asian side.

The worst hotel i’ev ever stayed.❌❌❌ The flush is not working and the cleanliness of the beds were so awful and dirty and so much hair on the pillow. And the room atmosphere was very bad. it is not recommended at all.

My brother and I stayed at this hotel and it was a nice stay. The room was nice and breakfast was included. Great location on the Asian side of Istanbul you can catch a Turkish Dolmush like a Uber Share to take you to the waterfront to catch a ferry to the European side. The staff was great as well, especially Frat!

It’s the worst hotel experience I had. Room has no towels and and receptionist told that they have no extra towels and gave us robes. We found the blanket all burned with cigarettes and brought it to the front desk to get a new one. Again, they don’t have an extra blanket and gave us two bed sheets. What a shame. The bed was uncomfortable enough that we couldn’t even sleep 2 hours. Window blind was broken and couldn’t close it so was woken around 6am. All these problems made our stay miserable with a staff that lacks knowledge of hospitality whatsoever. Definitely not going there again and not referring anyone to stay there
