Reviews
The location is excellent — right in the heart of Sultanahmet, within walking distance of the main attractions, yet the street itself is quiet and comfortable for resting.
The room was small but very well organized and cozy. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. Housekeeping kept everything spotless every day.
What truly makes this hotel special is the service. The staff consistently checked if we needed anything and were always ready to assist. Kursad at reception stands out for his professionalism, warmth and genuine care — he creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Murat, who helped us during breakfast, was also attentive and kind. It’s noticeable that the team has been working together for many years, which reflects positively on the management and overall experience.
One small note for future guests: sound insulation between rooms is not perfect, so some noise from neighboring rooms can be heard.
Overall, this boutique hotel offers genuine hospitality, attention to detail and consistently high service standards. It is a place run by people who truly care about their guests — and that makes all the difference.
The location is excellent — right in the center of Sultanahmet, within walking distance of all major historical attractions, yet the street is quiet at night.
The room was compact but very well organized and cozy. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. We slept very well throughout our stay. Housekeeping kept the room perfectly clean every day.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was consistently polite, attentive and ready to help. Kursad at reception is exceptionally professional and welcoming, creating a very positive first impression. Murat during breakfast was also kind and attentive. It is clear that the team works together long-term, which reflects strong management and stable service quality.
Minor point: sound insulation between rooms could be better, as some noise from neighboring rooms can be heard.
Overall, this is a boutique hotel with genuine hospitality, great service and an excellent central location. We would definitely stay here again.
The owner (sorry I can't remember your name) goes the extra mile of providing all sorts of help and advice. Such awesome service alone deserves a 5 star rating, and thank you for your friendship.
Also thanking Murat for all the help you have provided (taxi, food, hospitality).
Other aspects (room, cleanliness, breakfast, location, price etc) are all above my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel.
Lots of modern touches. Robes, good amenities, coffee maker and more. Breakfast was ok
The service was at the top👍🏻
The rooms were clean and with all necessities.
Breakfasts were very delicious and fresh👌🏻
Highly recommended!
The breakfast was excellent, the service was really amazing and very generous. They kindly helped book us a cheap taxi to the hotel with a flat rate.
Nothing more we wanted for our stay in Istanbul.
Slight downside: The room was quite small, but I felt the space was well utilized. Though you might struggle with keeping large suitcases bags open. Also the sound is not well insulated.
Breakfast was really good, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the selection of dishes changed during our stay.
There is plenty of other nice stuff about the hotel that I'm maybe forgetting, but what we'll never forget is the amazing hotel staff. Everyone, including the owner of the hotel, were genuinely welcoming, friendly, and super helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. And it really did feel like they are doing it not because it's their job, but because they are all really nice people.
I won't name anyone by name, because I don't have their permission, but a huge and heart-felt thank you to each and everyone of them for making our stay an unforgettable experience!
